I usually like waffle house but this location is exceptionally terrible. water here tastes like it came straight from a creek. I ordered the all star meal with bacon and the bacon was dry as a desert and looked extremely disturbing. I don't think i've ever seen worse bacon in my life and i'm honestly surprised they even dared to give it to me in the condition it was in. I didn't even eat one bite of it and i just rested a plate over it because it was literally garbage on a plate. This is what it looked like after i put the plate on it.. a crumbled mess of carcinogens. my stomach hurts after eating at this place and i wouldn't be surprised if i started violently vomiting or shitting blood. I went here with a group of 5 friends. The server put all our bills on one check without even asking us, even though we needed to all be separate checks. I'm not mad, but i do believe that there are times in life when the experience at a place that is supposed to serve food to civilians is so exceptionally awful, that it would actually be a sin not to post a review and spread the word to others to avoid this place. I used to get breakfast here regularly. Something changed and they have new people on the morning shift. Now an order that once took 10 minutes takes over 30. I always placed my orders online and never had an issue. The last 3 times I've waited an additional 20 minutes once arriving to the store. read more

We stopped in here tonight, Saturday for dinner and sat down at the bar stools. I was excited about being at my first Waffle House because we saw them all the way down highway 20, but sadly we chose the wrong one. I guess I will start by saying the team did not have any form of communication going on. I think 6 our of 7 parties were unhappy with their meals or timing of their meals. One person told a server that was not their own that their waffles were missing and she came in front of us on the bar stools and mocked them, and never even told the other server. Then, what should have been a quick meal turned out to be an hour meal and we ended up just paying for what we had after the hour and left because it was taking too long and the cook did not cook the items correctly. He threw away multiple eggs because he was doing too many things at one time. Also, the eggs were on top of the stove, not in a cold place like they ought to be. And all of the servers were handling food while also handling money. It was disgusting. The waffle machine was also extremely messy and looked like it had days worth of waffle mix on it. The workers stare at my family as we came. I usually love going to Waffle House but at this one the workers are straight up rude. I can't get a customary order. For example, I don't like bacon but the employee would not let me get it without it. Also, my dad wanted more coffee and held up his cup of coffee like he always has to ask the waiter for more. Instead the waiter held up her finger to his face and said" Give me a second" and went off to the back room to talk to fellow employees. Finally after their little chitchat, our waiter finally gave my dad some coffee. Also, many of the employees when they are not cooking or serving, their on their phones. The bathrooms are okay. The only problem is that their bathrooms are not cleaned properly and they kinda smell like alcohol. Finally, their is one employee, Carol, if you rush her she gets mad and yells " GIVE ME A SECOND!" I would definitely recommend coming to Waffle House just certainly not this one. read more

Service was good, as I know it's not the waiters fault for the product that comes out of the kitchen. I was NOT impressed at all with the food!! Steak ordered was supposed to be medium not well. It was brought to the table before the rest of the meal. Therefore it was cold when the rest of the meal arrived. Eggs were under cooked, had to send them back. Experience learned! read more

Some of the best service I've ever had. The servers and the kitchen were polite and respectful they greeted us as soon as we came in the door. The food came out quickly. The establishment was clean and well kept, especially the bathroom. Then young gentlemen were very personable and chatted with us after they brought our food. Great service! read more

Gross...Gross....Gross. This Waffle House was infested with flies. The 2 employees on staff Sunday, Nov. 6th were horrible. The restaurant was filthy and the care of the food and prep area was horrendous. Chelsea sneezed and blew her noise - never washed her hands - never used gloves for anything. The cook came from the back carrying a pink bookbag - no hand washing - partially put on plastic gloves to drop batter. Saliva was all around her mouth and her hair flailing all over the food. Writing this comment makes vomit swell in my throat. Chelsea played on her phone the entire I swatted flies waiting at the counter. Typical lazy slackers and new the manager wouldn't care because this was not an isolated action. Horrible and gross. Will make sure DHEC is confronted as to how this location has an "A" on the door. read more

My family and I have eaten here for many years. Reasonable price, decent selection. Am thankful they are in this location as we live out in the country. Nice people to serve you. This is a "working man's" place to eat. Not real fancy but over 30 years have been in 50+ locations. Just good solid value for the money. read more
