I'm in town on our annual vacation visiting Coco Beach and after a long day we decided to stop at the waffle house. It has become a tradition to head to the waffle house after some good drinking at the sandbar. The food and service at the waffle house was terrific and Manager Sean and Kat provided great service and conversation making it a great night with great food. I will return again and highly recommend to anyone in the area to stop in to this waffle house. read more

This was our first time trying the Waffle House. It was pretty busy but right when we walked in the first door Kevin already had the second door open for us. We were a party of two and Kevin pointed out some different spots for us to sit. He was very helpful. I also witnessed him point out other spots for a bigger group to fit. He did a wonderful job! Misty was our server. She made sure to answer all questions. She seemed very attentive to what we wanted and when we were talking. We definitely will be going back. We got quite a bit of food (egg scramble dish and an all American? I'm not for sure the names of them) but we got our food quickly and it was very nice. We wanted something quick, easy, but not fast food. This Waffle House met all our expectations. Only downfall of this Waffle House was that it's hard to come here in large parties. So if you have more than 4/5 people don't expect to sit together as it is quite small. However, do EXPECT that the staff will try to help sit you closer together. read more

This is the best Waffle House experience I've EVER had, hands down. The cook was so kind as in to open the front door for us! He even had a wonderful selection of slow RB&B music on the touch tunes which really enhanced mine and my husbands anniversary dinner. After the food was served our cook made sure to approach every table to ask about the quality and experience. The waffles were superb and patty melt out of this world. 10/10 we will be back! read more

Staff was a little overwhelmed and more concerned about gossiping and carping with each other -- and we got harassed a little in the parking lot by a man who wouldn't quit staring at our license plate and then wanted to question us on where we were from, et al....the food was standard Waffle House fare and was affordable and good. read more

I can't believe I'm writing a positive review for a Waffle House. Due to Hurricane Mathew our normal breakfast place was closed. The Waffle House was the only breakfast place we could find. It's been decades since I stepped foot into one of these places. I guess all I remember was greasy food and everyone was smoking. We'll, they can't smoke anymore and the food wasn't as greasy. This really happened. Came in at 7:30, no one else in the restaurant, at least three people working. We had a party of six, three booths, all were filthy and full of food/plates. Host said that we could sit at the counter (also dirty) and refused to clean any of the booths. Go elsewhere. read more

Your typical Waffle House and that's just fine with me. We were on our way to Port Canaveral and in need of a quick hot meal, WH delivered! It was my boyfriend's first experience with WH and I think we enjoyed the experience all around. The service was great even though they were pretty busy and you just cannot go wrong without the All Star breakfast with a chocolate chip waffle! The coffee was hot and fresh and refilled several times during our meal. For the amount of food and the options to customize your meal, you really can't beat the price. As usual, WH was clean and even the bathroom was spotless. Forever a Waffle House fan! read more

We were seated immediately, our waitress was friendly, and our food came out quickly. I got a pecan waffle (so good), bacon, and a large order of extra crispy hash browns with cheese. Everything was great, though next time I'll skip the cheese on the hash browns; it's literally just a slice of American melted on top. It's like any other Waffle House. You can't get much better than a good greasy spoon place. This is that place. We stopped here with the kids before checking into our hotel at the beach. This is one of the cleanest restaurants ever. I mean from the parking lot on into the restaurant, clean clean clean. There was someone cleaning the windows, the tables and just straightening out behind the counter the whole time we were there. I could go there just for the coffee. Seems all waffle houses have the best coffee. The staff is the most polite team you could ask for. And they are not phony polite nice, just plain nice. You can tell they were trained well in their job. The food is also exactly as ordered and hot every time. Eggs over medium with great tasting bacon and perfect raisin bread.This is a place to get too early as there has been many times we had to wait for a table and wait we did. Excellent location. Very friendly employees and the food was cooked to perfection. Haven't had hash browns that good in a long time and the eggs were just the right consistency. Also it was extremely clean. Probably the cleanest Waffle House I've ever been to. Too bad we live so far from this location but next time we're in cocoa we'll be stopping in. read more

Went back again this year and had a great time... They forgot about one of our waffles in the iron and it got "well done" - but it was great... make them this way all the time! They were crispy and caramelized on the outside and soft on the inside... everyone wanted some of mine instead of the other regular ones. read more

Loved being greeted at the door by a very attentive employee (Kev) taking our name and giving us an estimated time to be seated. The place was packed and they had our family of five seated within 15 minutes which wasn't bad considering it was 9:30 on a Sunday morning! Service was awesome, fast, and very friendly... and the food was great. The only complaint I have was that there was only one table that could comfortably accommodate a family of five. Absolutely the worst food! I live in Atlanta where Waffle House was born. The cook last night was awful. Waffle under cooked, bacon rubbery. My cheesesteak omelette was over done and swimming in butter/grease. At least the cheese grits were good. I was up most of the night with heartburn and threw up this morning. This was my first visit to the Waffle House and I expected a restaurant with the name Waffle House to have amazing waffles with endless topping options. Instead, there were the standard varieties (strawberry, blueberry and chocolate chip) that taste like the Bisquick ones I could make at home. The diner was packed with people in their bathing suits. Stopped last night around 7 pm looking forward to some good Ole Waffle House food. We have eaten at many Waffle Houses across the U.S. There were literally no customers in the place and 3 employees standing there. There was hip-hop music blaring louder than most bars. Before we sat down I asked a waitress if they could turn it down. It was so loud she had to lean in and yell at me to ask me to repeat myself. When I did she said that she couldn't because the controls were locked in the office. We promptly left and went and had a delicious (and quiet) dinner at IHOP just down the street. read more

I live in Cocoa Beach and have been coming here for years late night. I changed up and came because I wanted breakfast for dinner. It's a different crew than I am used to seeing and the crowd is very different. The difference was it wasn't as busy. But the food was just as good as 2 AM. The cook cooked my over easy eggs to perfection and my hash browns had the golden brown crispy crunch on the outside that everyone loves. The server did a great job keeping my beverage filled. We were in town for the evening after attempting to support a locally owned restaurant (which indicated they were open until 11:00pm) sadly we were told they closed their kitchen at 10:00pm. Being hungry we headed toward home. We attempted to grab fast food however they were also closed. We noticed Waffle House was open. As we walked in we noticed that the customers who were leaving wore joyful smiles. We sat at the bar and were greeted by two smiling servers, Sam and Samantha. The staff was so pleasant, and the music lead to taping feet and waggling heads. The food was prompt, hot, delicious and hit that empty spot in our stomachs. This has to be one of the best Waffle House experiences I have had. If you find yourself in the Cocoa Beach area on a Thursday night around 10:30pm we recommend you drop in here. It will surly lift your mood and have you leaving with a smile on your face too. read more

I'm giving 5stars because its exactly what i go in for : great diner food, the waitstaff are always nice. It's a basic breakfast house, that kicks the booties off the likes of IHOP or Denny's (bllllehhhk!). My son loves it because "breakfasts are too sweet at other restaurants". When you order med rare steak with eggs, the steak -is-medium rare, not boot leather. When its packed (mornings) it can be slow to get in and out, but other times is speedy. read more

I'm giving this place 3 stars, because although the the food was good, the service was not that great. The servers were all upset about everything. Two were complaining about the tip they were left. Another server was cursing, talking really loud complaining about her previous customers. Then they started complaining about who had to do the dishes and began to argue with each other. Two of them began to do dishes, and we're just slamming the dishes. Since we sat on the counter we were in the middle of everything. There was a couple guys standing outside smoking pot, and the people walking in were just not pleasant. read more

The staff at this Waffle House is exceptional. The wait staff are friendly, courteous and prompt - especially Kadeja. They have one call person who calls in the orders to the cook which makes the food prep very efficient. T other waffle houses many are screaming orders and the cooks and wait staff are always arguing. The cooks here are right on - fast and timely and the food is cooked to exact order. Bacon, eggs, waffles, hash browns - it's what's for breakfast. If you'd like to go somewhere and pay more feel free. This is the best Waffle House I have visited by far. read more

This place blew me away. It was one of the best breakfasts I've had in ages. I stopped eating out breakfast cause it is always disappointing. I'd rather cook or find a bakery with good coffee and pastries. We were in town for two days and ate breakfast here both days! The food was spectacular, the service was quick and perfect. Prices are more than reasonable and it was actually pretty cool how they had the whole operation set up: like a well oiled machine. The waffles are delicious.. but really those hash browns are so damn good! I added jalapeños and onions and now I'm going to crave them forever! I don't believe I've ever had a bad experience at a Waffle House but had to leave a review. We had exceptional service and as always food was great! We do not have waffle houses up north so it's always a pleasure to visit one when in the south. Which we do not come down south without going to a waffle House. What waffle house isn't delicious? Service was good, however only giving it 3 stars because it was filthy in the back area where they cook. The floor was terrible- and even saw a woman "cleaning" which to her meant taking a used glass, slamming it into some water and putting it on a drying rack. There was also a MISERABLE woman who was not our waitress, but working the register-- who was just terrible. A man was attempting to pay the bill, and she didn't even look at him and just gave him his change and he said have a great day, and she walked away from him. What a b......... anyways- food was good, OJ was fresh but they really need to clean as they go (the floor) because it was a diaster. read more
