A few friends and I went to this Waffle House. We got 3 waffles with a side of hash browns. 10/10 waffles. The service was quick and friendly! Thank you Kasey!

    Floating black stuff

I'm In Disgust!!!!!! Fly's were everywhere! And our drinks had so many thing in it! This was an disappointing and nasty experience. I don't suggest you or your family going to this location. This was horrible.

Water with dead bugs and brown stuff around the cup at Waffle House this was found in two drinks.

This disappointing. Very nasty and not clean at all. There was flys flying around. Customer service was all right the lady look at us weird when we ask for a new drink 5 times because there was stuff in our drink the food was alright. I would rather go somewhere else.

Amazing service always, the staff is so kind and welcoming, I usually go with friends and everything is pretty cheap!

We used to have family in the area, but unfortunately haven't been down here in 5 years as a result of them not being in the area anymore. When we used to stop in, the service was unbeatable. Everyone would treat you like family, and would get you your food fast. Now, since the restaurant is under ***new ownership***, we are not sure if that is still the case. Our server was great (she remembered our family even after 5 years (connected the dots to us)), but the rest of the employees and the community within the restaurant felt a bit stuffy. They used to have the best coffee. It is still good now, but something changed (not quite as good). Their pancakes are unfortunately rubbery, but contrastively, they have great bacon; crisp with a bit of fat, that's how we like it. Their hash browns have not changed one bit. They are still crispy!! Some stuff has changed in the atmosphere of the restaurant. They generally have the same theme, but some of the signs have changed. If you get lucky, you may get to eat your food with Shaquille O'Neal in the restaurant! He lives in the area, and comes in every now and then to get some food and pay for everybody's meal. What a great guy!

Now where should I begin with this treacherous place? Amongst my family we consider local breakfast…read morespots as a rendezvous of sorts not just for the enjoyment of food but--to enjoy our connections. Our time of arrival was around 10:40-10:50 am and the time of we had left was 12:04. Of course socializing with family takes a large portion of this time but the comparable difference from the socialization to the waiting truly felt like it was interminable. In my opinion the place was slightly above average of what it cookie hold: my family (table of 7), around 30 people including us, 5 waiters, 1 cleaner, and from what I saw 2 chefs. I had ordered 4 sausages with scrambled eggs and crepes with cream cheese; I would say I hate cream cheese and that was an error made by me but other than that the food truly was splendid. I had ordered another portion of crepes (emphasized with Nutella instead of cream cheese this time.) I had done this due to the portion sizes: be aware the portions may be small for someone with a big appetite. I had waited 30 minutes for 2 small crepes I would say the size of my hand. While waiting I observed my area, multiple people sitting alone and no group was larger than 4 besides us; however, every group was waiting longer than we had as well. I find it truly absurd the service was truly lacking in chefs. I personally would not come back here due to small portions, inadequate service, and a fluctuating amount of people walking in and out ruining service time.

Everything is made fresh in-house, including the chips, and every meal has been hot, fresh, and delicious. This visit, we ordered the Alamo Burrito, and it was so good! It was packed with flavor and served with a generous side of homemade guacamole. We also tried the steak quesadilla, which was filled with steak, onions, and peppers--absolutely delicious. This was actually my second breakfast visit, and the experience was outstanding once again. The service is excellent, and the food is consistently delicious. I ordered the Dutch Baby both times because it's that good! My husband enjoyed his skillet meal, and the grandchildren loved their freshly made chicken tenders. My grandson also raved about the mini pancakes and French fries. Whether you visit for breakfast or lunch, the food is amazing. Combined with the friendly service and attention to detail, this is a place we will definitely keep coming back to!

She expanded from cooking for her churchfellows. Spacious room, 20+ tables, clean. Serve perch, mullet, catfish as well as bbq'd meats. Baked beans are a star--richly maple-sweet and meaty. Lima beans made with pig tail bones and flavorful but perhaps too salty. Baked mac & cheese was great/cheesy, but I'm a creamier/not baked fan. Unique peach cobbler with a light cake and peaches on the bottom. Delicious change. Anxious to try the grits & fish breakfast. I have no doubt Mz Babae will have a following with her southern/soul food.
