When you want a good southern breakfast at any time then this is still a spot you have to put on your list. Service has always been great and fast. Coffee never ends. Food is delicious and always sweet and buttery. Leave your healthy diet at home though.

Had drop in at a Waffle House in Daytona Beach , you can never go wrong with eating breakfast at any Waffle House. They have the best breakfast specials ever!!!

A good place for Southern comfort food and, especially, waffles! This is one of the (over) 2100 locations located in the United States. It looks like there are about 190 Waffle Houses in Florida and at least 2 within a mile of each other. They are located on the opposite sides of the I-95 and Okeechobee Road intersection. This particular restaurant is located on the northeast side of the junction. Parking is limited at the location but there is additional parking in the adjacent parking lot to the north. It is set up like a typical Waffle house with a staff that greets you when you enter. You can eat at the tall counter, low counter, or in the booths to the left and right of the counters. The menu is regular American fare with Eggs omelets for breakfast and sandwiches for breakfast. The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant was not very crowded when we visited. The place was very clean. The waitress came to take our order quickly. We ordered the waffles (of course) and bacon and drinks. The food came out quickly and tasted very good. The staff was very professional, the price was good and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Ordered the hash browns with everything. You couldn't ask for a more delicious plate of food at really reasonable prices.

There's not a ton of space, which I'm sure makes the rush brunch worse. Facilities were to clean and well maintained, well decorated as well. Our server Ashley was friendly and great. The food was delicious! My fiance and I both got veggie omelettes, he was able to add bacon to his and sub the potatoes for a fruit cup. We got an English muffin and wheat toast. Their wheat toast was massive and hearty, with seeds on the crust. I loved it! Veggie omelettes are always a good test of a chefs skills as they can be super wet from the high water content in veggies. Ours were cooked perfectly, no soppy mess and the veggies tasted crisp and fresh. I don't know if this is a downside, but the menu claimed the omelettes were 4 eggs, but it sure felt like 6 or 7! It was massive! The fruit cup didn't have a bunch of copout fruit in it, it came with really fresh strawberries, bananas and blackberries along with cantaloupe and pineapple. The only truly negative thing I noticed was the jam came in a small plastic cup and when I tasted the jam, it tasted like the plastic, so I couldn't eat it. Overall this is a great breakfast spot that rivals the sitting veterans on the area (first watch, kekes). Give it a go, but be wary of busy rush hours!

We both tried something different. I had the bacon pancakes which were drool worthy. She had an English muffin with pesto, tomato, and eggs with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Which was also amazing! We were told the wait was 30 minutes for two people but it was only around 15 minutes. Katie took care of us and overall she was ok. She was busy as I saw her attending to tables outside but it felt like she did the bare minimum. She took our order, refilled our drinks, and assisted us in paying our bill. Food didn't take long to come out and almost every table was full with a large mob waiting inside and outside of the restaurant. I enjoyed the food although it could have been hotter. Both of our meals were warm so we think it could have been sitting for a while in the kitchen before we were served. I liked the eggs Benedict as the meal had a nice texture overall and the hollandaise sauce was tasty. Potatoes were crispy and I found the seasoning to be perfect. They need smaller plates because I felt like the cost of the meal was more than what it was actually worth. You can see in the picture that my meal appears small because the plate is so big. I ate it all so fast and I was actually still hungry at the end. I didn't know my meal came with some fruit so that was a nice touch. Our server did try to upsell us a couple times offering me a side of toast or some fritters for the table when we sat. It's a decent place to stop at in town. It's very casual and gives diner vibes with the semi sticky menus.
