A bit dry, not particularly fresh, but standard mass produced pork. The okra is excellent. The potato salad is very vinegar centric, to a degree that made it a bit hard to actually finish, but could be of flavor for some. With all of that said, Jones BBQ is still a much better option than the fast food options in town and worth a stopover if passing through Temple.
