Today was my cousin's birthday, and she said she wanted to eat at Waffle Love. At first, I had my doubts, since waffles aren't really my favorite food. However, the waffles at Waffle Love are different than most waffle places. I got the Nutella Love with a croissant waffle, and let me tell you, it was the literal best breakfast item that has ever hit my taste buds!!! The croissant was wonderfully flaky, there was just enough Nutella to make absolutely perfect, and the strawberries were at their best. Better yet, not only was the food SPECTACULAR, the service was great! At the beginning, my Nutella Love came in with a regular waffle, when it was supposed to be croissant. But, then, a whopping five minutes later, give or take, the exact meal I had wanted showed up in front of me. And, there was only one guy actually working! The ambiance in the room was so nice. It had a nice comfortable kind of feel. On the far wall, there was a floral mural which was very well-painted! Other than the flower mural, there were paintings all over, and there was a nice chalkboard with such amazing calligraphy! In my life, I've been to countless different breakfast places. However, this one of the few that checks all the boxes. Needless to say, if you haven't already, you should definitely head over to Waffle Love RIGHT NOW!!! read more

We had so many good dishes here including the Nutella Love, churro waffle, chicken and waffles, and chicken sandwich. Everything here was really quite good. The chicken was very crispy and tasty. The waffle on the chicken sandwich was very thin and wasn't that sweet. The chicken tenders on the chicken and waffles dish was also good. Aside from chicken dishes, the savory options are pretty limited. The churro waffle was also very crispy and you can taste a lot of cinnamon on it. The Nutella Love waffle was the best -- the fruit on it was fresh and the flavors were quite balanced as a result. Definitely appreciated the beautiful artwork mural outside of the shop too. The waffles here are delicious, both sweet and savory options. They also have ample seating so it's a good place to stop by with friends. I would give it 5 stars if only the prices were a little less steep for some of the waffles, especially the sweet ones that I feel like I can easily replicate at home. Otherwise, I'd say it's worth coming to at least once because it's yummy and everyone in a group can find something they like. read more

Waffles were good. I enjoyed both the Nutella love and Cinna love, but would choose the Nutella love as the favorite. Service was sloppy (literally, my waffle box was freshly covered/stained with Nutella and strawberries when handed to me). Facility was not as clean as it should be. Definitely a dessert. After a wonderful experience at the Waffle love near Daybreak I took some friends to a Waffle Love near them in Draper Utah. Sad mistake...this site was poorly neglected. Tables filthy, customer service nonexistent, food well below our previous experience. It took 32 minutes to get 3 waffles. It was only 11:10 am and the restrooms looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in days. So very sad:( you can do better. read more

I came across Waffle Love on my way to the Provo Airport. Chicken + Waffles = Why not right?! Well...as simple as the concept of C & W there's an art to it. Now, keep in my from the South so chicken has to be done right. Waffle Love missed the mark. The chicken had no flavor or seasoning at all. Like none. I like waffle luv ok but this is the worst location I have ever been too. We did go on a Saturday for lunch. The line was pretty long. There were 3 workers and they were all making waffles. Nobody was at the register at all. They should of had 1 person at the register taking orders and the other 2 making the orders. We were there for about 15-20 minutes waiting and the line hadn't moved once. They didn't help anyone in line in that 15-20 minutes. So my sister lives in Provo and since we came in from Colorado she wanted us to try Waffle Love! Walking in the smell really hit me, it wasn't a bad smell, but it wasn't very pleasing either. It was just a very strong scent of, I'm guessing, the waffle batter? Anyways because of COVID-19 we ordered it to go. Of course I ordered the chicken and waffles and I was not disappointed. We were looking forward to eating at Waffle Love after watching the brothers compete on Food Truck Race. Sadly we were disappointed. The sweet waffles were delicious. My kids order the churro waffle with a side biscoff butter. It was crunchy and had a perfect amount of sugar and cinnamon. We also ordered the breakfast Sammy. We do not eat meat or cheese so we subbed with avocado. The flavor was tasty but the eggs were way over cooked-eggs were crunchy. My mom and dad ordered the breakfast plate. They enjoyed the waffle but the bacon burnt black. The eggs were also way over cooked. The strawberry waffle was yummy and crispy. Unfortunately they did not have dairy alternatives for coffee which is to be expected. We had to ask for milk and sugar for our coffee. It would be nice to have some kind of area to prepare your coffee. I would have also liked them to have some hot tea options. The back of the restaurant was pretty messy but the place was busy and I am sure they are short staffed like all other restaurants right now.
