We came here on a Monday around 2pm. There was no wait and a few tables were taken. The service was good, both our server and the runners were friendly. The selection during lunch was good as well, not too much and not too little. My kids enjoyed this Wagyu Factory in Rancho. My only issue is that the bathroom was that the bathroom wasn't as clean. And when you have young children it makes things difficult.

Amazing quality and incredibly fresh meat! Every cut was beautifully marbled, tender, and packed with flavor. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect for a BBQ night. Definitely coming back

Another good experience at another chubby group location. Positives: -service was very good and our server Christie was very helpful. She answered all of our questions and made sure we got everything we asked for. -food selection was very good. I like that there's only 1 tier and it's cheaper than chubby cattle of the weekdays. Negatives: -the ambience was kinda like a night club. Very dark with loud music. I can see how some people might not like it. That's the only thing I didn't like from this experience. Overall 5/5 I'll be coming back again for sure

First time dining at Wagyu Factory, and as a Chubby Group member, I had to check it out. I'm not sure when they officially opened, but from the outside it looks like they took over an older building. Once you walk in, though, you immediately get that familiar Chubby Group restaurant vibe. The space is on the smaller side, and I didn't notice a salad or side dish bar. We were seated right away, but our table for four felt a bit small and slightly cramped. The menu looked decent, and the member pricing was reasonable. Service was excellent. The servers and bussers were very attentive and stayed on top of everything. The food came out quickly, and the meat was delicious, juicy, flavorful, and the marinade is perfect and not overpowering. The sides were great as well. I also appreciated the ventilation system; the exhaust worked really well, and we didn't leave smelling like smoke. The only downside for me was the tablet ordering system. It was a bit frustrating to use, so I ended up ordering directly from our server instead, who was more than happy to help. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back.

Octopus dumplings were so good. Try it!!!

We came in on a Sunday night and waited about 45 minutes. The server was well trained and explained everything clearly, which we appreciated. We have been to Chubby Cattle a few times before, so we are already familiar with the concept. I have seen some reviews comparing this location to other restaurants in the Chubby group, which does not feel entirely fair since the pricing here is lower, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. We decided to do the half hotpot and BBQ option, but honestly it was not the best choice. The hotpot ran way too hot, while the grill did not seem to get enough heat. Some of the appetizers were good, others were just okay. Service was decent but a bit inconsistent. No one checked on us very often, and the iPad froze at times, which made it hard to get assistance. Overall, we would probably only come back if it is convenient, but we would not go out of our way.

First off, this location was definitely a letdown compared to the Brea one. It's not buffet, this spot is AYCE where you order through a kiosk and the food is brought out to you. The space is really small, and waiting outside in the cold was not a great experience--having heaters for customers would've made a big difference. That said, our server Francis was informative and attentive. The menu, felt limited. The brisket and beef tongue came out chewy and tough, which was disappointing. Honestly, don't believe all the hype from social media influencers.... They offer both hot pot and Korean BBQ, but it seemed like hardly anyone was doing hot pot. Even our server suggested skipping it due to the lack of vegetable variety. At that point, they might as well just focus on AYCE instead. Overall, I've been to a few Chubby Cattle locations, and this one was by far the worst. On top of everything, we also felt rushed because of the time limit. I've been to Niku and Wagyu Masters which is more expensive but at least they don't rush us.

the Food, service and ambiance is great. Just wondering why they meat slice so tiny. I can still recommend the place

THANK YOU MARCO! We had a really great experience at Wagyu Factory, Mainly thanks to our server Marco. He was THE BEST! He was awesome, super friendly and patient. We probably bugged him too many times for dropped chopsticks, iPad was shut down twice, needed more water, more cheese corn etc.. but he never once seemed annoyed. Always come back with a smile and conversation. The food itself was great, but the grill was SLOW! I think this restaurant is meant for smaller groups. For a group of 6 we only get one grill and it takes time. The heat pan doesn't heat up even. I was also a little surprised by how limited the wagyu options were. Overall, solid food! Get the yuzu short plate, cheese corn and dessert!

3 stars for food 5 stars for staff/service I thought food here was decent but I far more appreciate the amazing service we experienced. All of our servers were so great, attentive, and personable. They definitely made us feel taken care of. In terms of food, I thought the meat quality was pretty good. My only gripe with this spot is they do not have as many non meat options. Among many other things, they do not have rice paper so I felt that was a miss and they did not have tofu which I think is a necessary hotpot ingredient. Making the experience very beef heavy and one note. However, we really enjoyed the tomato broth and would get that again. It does make the grilling area very small though but worth it in my opinion

What a place! Truly enjoyed every minute here thanks to the team! We had the best servers come by and the best team make sure we were well taken care of. Top notch service here truly made our night. Holiday feasting can't get any better than this place. Loved the selections and truly couldn't stop eating. We choose the regular set menu which was plenty for a group of 3. It includes amazing meat choices and seafood plus plenty of appetizers to choose from. You can select a menu and then have ayce of those meats available in that set. You have also the choice of vegetables and can get all the appetizers you want. I loved the dessert the most actually haha plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from. I had strawberry and vanilla which was such a nice combo. We'll be back to try all the different broths. I loved our sukiyaki but since the pot is divided you can get two broths which we didn't do this last time and just had two sides with the same broth. Take advantage of the variety right!? Bring your friends family and anyone who loves hot pot. It's got great vibes food and staff! Thanks for making my holiday meal something so memorable!!

Been there twice Price is not exactly affordable but considering they offer waygu it's not bad. Not every beef on their menu are waygu and the ones that are, come with an additional price tag. They have a membership system which the servers will try to sell, unless you're going to dine multiple times through the year, it's not necessary but you do get perks like birthday meal, discounted prices, etc They recently came out with their hotpot option, not the best. Will probably stick with bbq next time. It's a free option at least for dinner, and it was fun to try. Soup base was extremely bland. We tried the Hokkaido seafood broth, can't recommend.

Wagyu steaks. Had about 5 of these lol

Does this Chubby Broup restaurant offer both hot pot and BBQ or just BBQ?

    Yep! 👍🏿

Unfortunately, at this time they do not take reservations.

Does this restaurant allow parties of 1? Im asking because Chubby Cattle doesn't

The rolls came very saucy, and most plates had an aesthetic appearance. Personally, if I were to ever revisit this location, I'd only order the garlic noodles w/ shrimp & the nigiri. For this review, I will focus on the Lobster Tail Roll ($36), Gyoza ($14), and Monaka Ice Cream ($7). I arrived at Kuwada (Rancho Cucamonga) on Sunday (around 12:50PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE. I had a reservation for 1PM, but a reservation felt superfluous since the restaurant was VERY empty. Throughout the entire dining experience, I only noticed one other group arrive. Staff is the HIGHLIGHT! Staff (receipt says JoJo) was the MAIN superstar. JoJo charmed the table; JoJo maintained a professional, kind demeanor; and JoJo worked very hard. JoJo gave excellent recommendations, and JoJo maintained a friendly, bright smile throughout our visit. Regarding food, it felt inconsistent. The food in the beginning was plated elegantly and carefully. However, as time progressed, it felt like the kitchen was beginning to rush despite the lack of customers. Food arrived very slowly, and later plates looked a little splattered and untidy. Thankfully, most of the food was very good. It's a journey of texture, fresh ingredients, and light & bright flavors. The Lobster Tail Roll ($36) had fried lobster bits, asparagus, avocado, masago, eel sauce, and mayo. It tasted like a vegetable roll at times. The Gyoza ($14 - 6 Piece) was panfried with seasoned pork and vegetables. Tasty!! And the Monaka Ice Cream ($7) is tiny with Macaroon Shell and a small scoop of Green Tea Ice Cream. All in all, these dishes didn't feel special, but they were prepared well enough. On ambiance, Kuwada (Rancho Cucamonga) is very attractive. The location is dimly lit, very clean, and spacious. However, the music is awkward at times. There were moments where light, lovely music was playing... only for random yelling music to briefly appear... to then suddenly be replaced with a country-style song. It all felt surreal. I don't think it was intended, but I think their music playlist was accidentally switched to the wrong track. Overall, Kuwada (Rancho Cucamonga) is an interesting experience. Honestly, the only reason this review is "5 Stars" is because our waitress was EXEMPLARY. Although the ambiance and cooking staff was lackluster, the front of house is MAGIC. This is a not bad, pricey place. 4.5 out of 5

I called to let them know and they were completely understanding! When we arrived, we were greeted and seated promptly. Waters were brought to the table quickly as well. The decor in this place is amazing! They were also playing really good music! We started with the combination carpaccio which was perfect because we each got to try the tuna, salmon and yellowtail. It was delicious! Then we ordered the Surf & Turf roll which is spicy crab and coconut shrimp, topped with seared Wagyu, truffle oil yuzu, and eel sauce--absolutely incredible! Next was the Kuwada roll which is crab, avocado and tempura flakes, topped with baked lobster, eel sauce, and masago. The presentation on this one was extraordinary--and the flavor was amazing! Finally we finished with the Shrimp Lover Roll which is crab shrimp tempura and cucumber, topped with shrimp, avocado, spicy mayo, and eel sauce--another winner! Jojo did an excellent job serving and clearing plates, as well as keeping our water filled! This place is a treasure and I can't wait to go back!

Bonus: a small selection of Japanese drinks (I grabbed a Calpico and canned green tea). Didn't spot a restroom, so plan accordingly. Service was efficient and friendly, with all the basics (chopsticks, soy sauce) included. No hiccups. What stood out most was the value-to-quality ratio. For the price, the fish was fresh, well-portioned, and satisfying. I'd definitely come back to try their Hokkaido Bowl or Deluxe Chirashi--both look like strong contenders if you want variety. On top of that, the ambiance was perfect, clean, welcoming, and such a great vibe that makes you want to sit back and enjoy every bite. Highly, highly recommend!!!

The space doesn't remind me of a sushi restaurant and more of a sports bar, but the space was playing the World Cup and was fit for the occasion. Their AYCE is a great price ($39.99), excluding their premium sushi rolls. Since I refrain from ordering rolls at an AYCE, this part didn't bother me much. We maxed out all the limited items, which was very generous, however, I wasn't sure of how many rounds were available, or how many pieces total were going to be included in the limited items, so we ended up with a LOT of nigiri. Our service was great, but spotty at several times. I loved all the nigiri items, especially the peppered salmon, ikura, and halibut. I'd pass on the red clam nigiri, and the fried appetizers as they were big portions but very filling! Delicious melt in your mouth pieces of yellowtail and salmon were the highlights for me. My friends enjoyed their unagi, and our friend's daughter enjoyed all the cooked items. Overall, I could say I understand the appeal of the restaurant!
