Made reservations in advance and was able to get seated right away. The host was friendly and knowledgeable and walked us through the inside of the layout of the restaurant from drinks - curry/rice station - sauce station - toppings. Jabyn was our server and he was also knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Also friendly and attentive. For my drink, I opted for the Jasmine milk tea and it was self served just like all the other drinks. It was actually really good and the tea flavor was strong, and it had the right amount of sweetness as well. I even brought it to go out the restaurant (no lid though). Our table ordered the gold tier, the A5 Short rib and the A5 finger meat was really tender and good quality. The lobster roll was not worth it at all. It was kind of sad actually. Tori nigiris were delicious! I liked the tempura okra as well, it was lightly battered and great with the salt/pepper seasoning mix. The curry was a bit too watery for my preference. I usually like a thicker consistency. The hamachi and salmon nigiri tasted pretty fresh. I grabbed the pineapples from the bar and grilled it which was a nice touch. Egg tarts were flaky and the vanilla ice cream was tasty! You order via the touch screen tablet that was on each table and can order 10 dishes at a time. The only downside is that it is a "timed" dinner, which not that I felt rushed, but I kept that in the back of my mind which kind of hindered my experience a little bit. It is located next to Del Friscos On the outside of the galleria. Parking - Yellow Garage and then walk inside passed JD shoes And through the glass doors back outside to see Waygu House

Went here for the husband's birthday and definitely in the top 5 restaurants I've ever been to hands down. For an AYCE, it had an intimate setting with lots of walls and coves of tables so it's not just one large open space. The waiter Minh was really great and helpful and gave good advice on what to order as it was our first time. We got the diamond tier and it was worth it. The A5 brisket was one of our favorites, so you have to order that. Scallops cook in a nice sauce they have, the Hokkaido uni presentations where they torch the sauce on top at the table is fun and the dish seafood deliciousness. They've got a few self serve areas for sauces, fruits, desserts, and an array of drinks including some milk teas. The jasmine milk tea was delicious, great flavor and not overly sweet. I could go on about every impeccable dish but I'll just say, go and try it all for yourself. You won't regret it.

Located in Galleria Park, parking was expectedly a NIGHTMARE especially on weekends. This being said, I made a reservation for a Sunday dinner, and parking was indeed extremely difficult to find but possible. Upon checking in, note that you will not be seated until your whole party is present. Then, your host will show you all of the restaurants included amenities, along with the AYCE wagyu! This includes milk tea, slushies, a rice dispenser, curry, dessert, and more! Then after getting situated at your table with the waiter and choosing your tier (I opted for silver), you may order your unlimited foods through the touch screen tablet. Table time is limited to 70 minutes, with the capacity to order up to 10 items every 7 minutes. I was (positively) overwhelmed by the amount of options available! Along with the obvious meat selection, there were hot appetizers and even hotpot! Super affordable given the selection and limitless food and drinks available. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in Houston craving an especially big-back experience!

Came for a weekend lunch at 12:30pm but the restaurant wasn't crowded. However, I would make reservation nonetheless, to prevent disappointment. I was introduced to the various food stations before being brought to my table. I liked the ordering system that the restaurant used. I chose the tier which I want and the server input my option into the system. The screen on my table would show the tier and would start the count down on the number of minutes I have left to put my order in. I could put in 15 items in one order. If I would like to put in another order, I would have to wait 7 minutes which wasn't too bad at all. The server would come to help to cook some meats. My server was always present and helpful. There were great meat and sides options. The meat was fresh and of good quality. I tried different nigiri and they were good. There were slushies, two different kinds of milk tea (I was told it was made in-house), and fountain drinks to choose from. Rice and miso soup were self-service too. Dessert choices were matcha crepe cake, Swiss rolls, chocolate or vanilla soft serves, cheese tart, or egg tart. They were all yummy options. The interior of the restaurant is simple, and the colors are warm and welcoming. There are outdoor tables which I believe are for customers who are waiting for available tables, as the tables do not have the grill. Wagyu House isn't in The Galleria shopping mall. The nearest exit from the mall to Wagyu House is from The Cheesecake Factory. Turn left and walk all the way straight. Wagyu House is beside Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse.

5th in the series of chubby group 5 stars all the way around from food, service. And we will keep going until we try all of the restaurants. Hopefully I get blessed with a black card

Halfway to 90! In town from the DFW and let the bday festivities commence!! But first - FOOD!! I had such a divine birthday experience here, and a huge part of that was because of Su. As soon as he asked what if I was celebrating anything and I told him it was my birthday, he made the whole experience feel sooooo special. You order from a pad style device and it was easy and seamless. Food came out quickly and fresh!! Ironically, if you view some of my videos you'll easily see how customer centric and focused they are. The servers were the main event. The quality easily justified the pricing IMO. Quality of the meat was on par for the course. Beautiful marbled, buttery and tender in the best way. They have a salad bar style area with some really fresh ingredients to add to your experience. Think kimchi, mushrooms, clams, wasabi octopus. A rice machine that you can elevate if you so choose w/ a Wagyu curry - think of an extremely Bougie beef stew - sooooo good!!! I really enjoyed the cooking element - much different than other "open flame" BBQ's I've been to. I feel style cooked the meat more slowly and was more forgiving! ( in case you get distracted while eating all the other goodness they offer!) His recommendations were completely on point, and everything I had was OMG delicious. He was patient with me, always smiling, and just had such a kind, welcoming presence. He even asked if I wanted them to sing for my birthday, which I thought was such a sweet gesture. I turned it down ( I didn't want all that attention or smoke lol) so I said " let's just keep it between us two" and just like that Su and I had a secret pact. Honestly, just the offer to sing made me feel so cared for in that moment. The restaurant was clean, the service was perfect, and everyone was amazing, but I definitely have to give a special shoutout to SU! He may have been my server, but he truly helped turn dinner into an experience and a really beautiful one at that. Highly recommend. I had an amazing time and will definitely be back like soon. Like maybe today soon!

Beautiful interior and atmosphere -- the restaurant feels upscale and the service from Kyle was excellent. The specialty short ribs were my favorite dish, but most of the regular meats were just okay for me. The seafood unfortunately tasted too fishy for my taste, and the toro handroll had a bitter flavor that threw off my appetite afterward. I did enjoy the matcha crepe and liked that drinks are included with AYCE. Overall, I think the experience stands out more for the atmosphere and service than the food itself. Also, the 90 minutes goes by very fast, so order early.

Please note this was their second day being open. When I arrived, there were people already there waiting for it to open. They had their Yelp iPad outside for people to join the waitlist. The wait wasn't too long after they opened as they were giving people time to walk through the restaurant and get seated at their table. There was staff meeting along the way to your desk greeting you and clapping as well. Lucky for me, this isn't my first time at this chain, so I was familiar with most of the process. I selected my tier and started ordering all the meat and items as I can from the iPad to maximum time. After that, I explored the drink and side/food bar to see what they were offering. I like that they had slushies here that are included. For the side section, for them being just open, some of the sides were not refilled or placed out yet. I didn't get to the food bar, but I did get to try one of their wagyu sliders, and it wasn't bad. The meat did take some time to come out. How the system works is you are able to order about 10 items every 7 minutes, but when you place that order, it goes to your waiter or waitress to confirm it, so there is a process time involved before it heads to the kitchen. Which I understand is to prevent people from overordering, but it is taking time out of the experience. When the meat arrived, it was good, it was tender. But as I was ordering the same cut of meat, I noticed it was either cut differently or the marbling was different, which led to a more chewier experience. Also, once you order, you kind of lose sight of what came out unless you were able to listen to everything the staff mentioned that came out each round. I wish there was an option on the iPad to say it was delivered or completed or in progress. I think this will also help with the overordering of food. As for the waitress who helped me, she was nice and friendly. It was her first day. She asked if she could do some of the cooking and asked for feedback throughout the experience to help her learn and recommend things to other customers in the future.

First of all you can do valet parking which costs $12 or find parking in the garage. When you walk in the hostess explains the menu and different tiers on the menu. The whole table has to select the same tier. Once you're seated you're timed and only get 90 mins to eat. The inside had tables with screens on them. The screen showing you the amount of time you have left. You order on the screen and theres a limit of the amount of meats you can order per round (7 min increments). The meats do come out quickly and you cook it yourself. The special meats are cooked by the server. I did the diamond tier and you select two special meats and 2 special dishes per person. The concept of this did not make it feel like it was unlimited because you're timed. 90 minutes go quick especially when you're cooking your own food. They have desserts, fruits, curry rice, sauces, and milk teas that are self service. They have a bunch of different cuts of meats and even had a few sushi items. The quality of the meats were delicious. Some of them melt in your mouth. My favorite was the a5 striploin. It was so buttery smooth and had a little umami flavor to it. The rice was a perfect touch with this meat. The sushi was also not bad my favorite was the toro nigiri and maguri nigiri. I thought the pieces of fish was generous. The server was also great. He was very accommodating and explained everything well.

Customers should be able to decide what feels fair based on the level of service they actually received. The food was fine, but the aggressive tip expectation leaves a bad impression.

I also, grabbed an order of spicy edamame as I have to have some veggies when I dine out. The roll I finally decided to get was I can't remember the name right now, but had all my favorites: salmon, tuna, and cream cheese. I also had nigiri yellowtail as I can't go eat sushi without having my yellowtail fix. I really wish I had (3) stomachs as I wanted to try a few more rolls.
