    Chicken Wrap

Just claimed 1 free chicken wrap with my sgv passport. The chicken wrap took over 15 minutes to make it was a dead Tuesday around 2pm. I don't know why it took so long. Food was okay. The chicken wrap was served hot, filled with lots of pickled veggies, chicken, and some red sauce. I'm not too sure what caused me to go to the restroom right away? I'm not sure was it the veggies issue? If it were featured on my sgv passport. I mostly would pass up for it.

Wow!!!! I can't believe I have been going to Blossom Market Hall for years now and ONLY NOW just discovered Wahib's Mediterranean Express. But I can confidently say that after one meal here, I will be coming back~ Items ordered: 5/5 - Chicken Plate - Garlic Fries - Lamb Gyro Wrap - Baklava Everything here was freshly cooked and made to perfection. But my favorite dish was by far the chicken plate. Let me preface this first with a foodie confession. I'm usually not the biggest fan of chicken kebabs (I prefer beef). Most of the time I find them very dry and bland. However, after hearing from the owner's son that it is their best selling dish, I was convinced to try it. And it truly exceeded all my expectations! With each bite, the meat was packed with juicy, delicious flavor and just melted into my mouth. And with the combination of aromatic rice, grilled zucchini, and fresh hummus, my dad and I completely devoured our plate. Now it got me to thinking: what makes it so different from other places? Well, I actually learned that the owners import a special olive oil to infuse into all their meats, giving it a rich flavor without excess fat. Next time when I return, I'm definitely trying the beef kebab to compare! SERVICE: 5/5 Honestly some of the nicest, humblest, and friendly staff I've ever seen! They were able to answer my questions and offer suggestions, which I deeply appreciate as a foodie aiming to try the best of what each establishment offers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location is quite convenient and inside Blossom Food Hall with other food vendors in vicinity.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] (I've actually came several times for ice cream and didn't realize how extensive it was). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seating is plentiful with bar seating and tables throughout the food court.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Of note, because it's located on Mission Drive, parking may be limited during certain hours but there's a parking lot in the back. I didn't have an issue finding parking although I can see it easily getting packed on busier events. Overall, with its deliciously made food and fantastic service, they definitely earned me as a regular - and I'll bring the family this time

We ordered: Chicken Kebob Plate Gyro Plate Beef Kebob Wrap Garlic French Fries Wahib's Mediterranean Grill serves up the freshest and most delicious Mediterranean cuisine in the SGV! The chicken kebob was tender and juicy with amazing seasoning, the gyro meat was packed with flavor, and the beef wrap was so satisfying with every bite. Especially when paired with their refreshing and creamy tzatziki sauce! The pita bread was insanely fluffy and pillowy as well, which paired nicely with hummus and side sauces. The garlic fries were crispy dangerously addictive! The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted super fresh, and the service was warm and welcoming. The perfect spot for a casual healthier lunch option or when you're craving authentic Mediterranean food in the SGV!

Beef Kebob Plate - Filet Mignon ($19.99) - Above View

I had a lovely experience at Wahib's Mediterranean Express (San Gabriel). I ordered the Beef Kebab Plate ($19.99 - Filet Mignon at Medium Rare). It's juicy & plump steak, fresh rice, salad, pita bread, and clean hummus. WOW! It's cooked perfectly. JUICY!! I arrived at Wahib's Mediterranean Express (San Gabriel) around 6:32PM. Parking is very easy. If there's no carnival or special events, there's a huge available lot. However, there's also plentiful, free street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers order at the counter. Staff (receipt says Melly) is welcoming, professional, and hardworking. When finished, customers receive an electronic pager that buzzes/beeps when the meal is ready. My meal was ready around eight minutes. Amazing time!! As mentioned, I ordered the Beef Kebab Plate ($19.99 - Filet Mignon at Medium Rare). It's perhaps one of the BEST versions of this meal that I've ever tasted. The filet mignon steak is thick, plump, and juicy. There's a clean, fresh meat flavor that I typically only associate with upscale steak restaurants. I'm AMAZED! Next, the rice is warm and fresh, and the hummus is clean and satisfying. I happily feasted. I left full with a smile. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Regarding ambiance, Wahib's Mediterranean Express (San Gabriel) is a food stall inside the popular Blossom Market Hall. The location is fairly clean, and there's many available tables inside. I enjoyed the vibrant artwork on this food hall's ceiling. All in all, ambiance is fairly minimal[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Overall, I found unexpected joy at Wahib's Mediterranean Express (San Gabriel). There's integrity in its ingredients, and the food tasted delightful. If searching for a steak kebab plate, this is a very easy recommendation. 4.9 out of 5. GO!!

Delicious Mediterranean food with an excellent combo deal that is more than enough for 2 people. Food does take a bit of time but it's because they cook it after ordering. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and is cooked to perfection. The sides that come with the combo pair incredibly well with the rice and proteins. We will definitely be back and keep this spot in our rotation.

I was reading an article about Blossom Market Hall (BMH) located at San Gabriel Mission District to find out what's good to eat at this food hall. Wahib's Mediterranean Grill came up as a must try. Well, I was on it! It's one of the 13 vendors on the first floor at BMH. They are known for their authentic Lebanese-Mediterranean kebob plates (beef, chicken, kefta, lule), other plates (falafel, gyro, salmon, vegan), wraps, soup & salads, fries, and various appetizers. Desserts and drinks are available, too. My eldest daughter and I had already eaten, but we wanted to support this vendor during our first visit. Gentleman behind the register was nice and friendly. Lady who bagged my order was okay... not too smiley though. I got their Chipotle Fries as it was recommended in the article. Pricing wasn't too bad for the amount of fries given. It took them about 10 minutes to complete my to-go order. Lots of fries which was great. However, I didn't know the fries were going to be smothered with sauce on top. Otherwise, I would have asked for the sauce to be on the side. Anyway, fries with chipotle sauce was very tasty. There is a spicy kick to it, but manageable. I would order it again, but with sauce on the side. Free parking behind the food hall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Stool and table/chair seating are available inside with limited outside patio seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Restrooms are near the front entrance. Wifi is available. We would love to return to Wahib's to try their main plates and appetizers next time. We'll be coming hungry for sure.

Wahib Mediterranean Grill is a must try Mediterranean food at Blossom Market Hall. It is located at the very left corner inside the hall. The menu includes; chicken kebob plates, salmon plates, Gyro, beef Kebob, kefta kebob, falafel, lule, wraps, salads, fries, hummus, stuffed grape leaves to mention a few. In addition to desserts and drinks. I ordered kefta kebob and chicken kebob combo plate for one. It came with salad, rice, grilled zucchini, hummus and pita bread. The plate had generous portions. The beef and chicken kebob were very very juicy and flavorful. Their hummus was rich and creamy. Everything was fantastic. Shoutout to Bashar! He was a very nice gentleman and friendly too. He told me that they opened three years ago. The staff were very nice. The service was fast. I will be back soon to try more of their delicious menu.

The absolute best Baklava!! It's also the freshest!

This is absolutely the freshest and delicious Baklavas in town!! The ingredients are over the top!!

Amazing quality and taste. Owner made it up. Good business..support it...it was nice and a good chicken, juicy and charred taste

Absolutely delicious!!!! I'm quite picky with my hummus but the hummus here is EXCELLENT. The rice is so flavorful and we can't forget the garlic sauce on the side! Excellent Mediterranean food and I'm looking forward to coming here again. The employee who took my order even brought my order to me and asked me how everything tasted when I went to ask for a bag after. So kind!

My first time here ordering for lunch and it did take a little bit for the food to buzz ready but I realized it's bc it was all freshly made to order! As this is low key casual setting, you order at the counter and you sit anywhere inside Blossom Market Hall or outside and bus your own trays. The FOOD was delicious! I ordered the COMBO FOR 2 with rice, salad, pita, hummus- it was definitely more than enough food for 2 :) - The CHICKEN was surprisingly NOT dry and over grilled bc it was actually very tender and juicy. - The BEEF was great too and the slices were nicely sliced for easy consumption. I'll definitely be coming back again for more COMBOS FOR 2 if I'm really hungry!

    Nina S.

The plate very good the meat very tender and juicy . Today the food came out kinda slow but they got very busy

This is inside the Blossom Market Hall. Decided to try this out since I like mediterranean cuisine. I had the Beef Kebab Plate which is filet mignon (preferred it medium well) with rice pilaf, salad, tomato, thin onion slices, a big green Cuban pepper (I think), pita bread and hummus. The meat was juicy and flavorful. I ate all the veggies except for the pepper and onions. The pita bread was ok. I had ordred a grape flavored sparkling water for my drink. Customer service was okay. The staff did not look that happy. Maybe they were tired or something. But not a big deal. Overall, the food was good.

I finally had the chance to stop in for a solo early dinner, but unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to my expectations. I ordered the Lule Kabob Combo ($22), which included skewers of minced beef and chicken, rice, veggies, pita, hummus, and a side salad. The highlights of the meal were definitely the salad and the grilled tomato; the pomegranate seeds in the rice were also a nice touch. However, the meats weren't to my taste--the chicken had an odd aftertaste, and while the beef was better, neither really worked for me. Adding the provided sumac and lemon helped, but I wouldn't order the kebabs again. Additionally, the hummus lacked creaminess, and the pita tasted like it was mass-produced rather than fresh. On the positive side, the portion sizes are very generous for the price point, and I left feeling full. I also have to mention that the patio is adorable and very "Instagrammable," so it's a great spot if you're looking for a photo-friendly environment. A quick note for future visitors: they are currently having issues with their card reader and are requesting cash or Zelle. It felt a little unusual to be rung up on a register only to pay via Zelle, but it wasn't a major deal. While I appreciated the atmosphere and value, the food itself just wasn't for me, so I likely won't be returning.

So when I was paying I asked the guy and he said oh I didn't know. Back told me we don't have any. Anyways it didn't taste good and the parsley was not cut properly. My husband and I shared the chicken and a plate Order of falafel. That took 30 mins because of falafel. Really though frying falafel shouldn't take that long! My sister loves their chicken and she didn't even eat it. Forgot to mention when I went to get the chicken, they didn't have anymore then he said this the last one. I'm just confused on how there is nothing left when they have another 4-5 hours! I got an extra tabouleh which she didn't eat either Management need to be better and food shouldn't be taking 30+ mins! This is a fast food place
