Ive always loved eating Wahoos in so cal and was excited when I heard one was going to open near me. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. My food was cold and the service at the bar was very bad. Both bartenders seemed to only want to serve their buddies and ignore the other customers. I also had to ask for my check three times and still never got it (i just left my money on the bar.) Very dissapointing overall. read more

One of my favorite places to eat. The food is very good and the staff members are great. Over the years I've been eating here I have never had a single negative experience. The manager, Suly, is super nice and very professional and it's obvious she has influenced her team with her philosophy on customer service. Was in the area and found this restaurant on yelp . Looked at the menu and everything sounded so good so I said why not . Jamie helped us out and was wonderful . Explained the menu very well and was very patient. Definitely will be coming back here . I recommend the burritos and the street tacos . Check out there happy hour as well .! I wavered on two or three stars, finally going with that third star due to the carnitas tacos with the green sauce. Other than that we were not that impressed. The nachos were just stale chips with melted cheese and taste straight from the microwave. The Carne asada that was on the bowl meal was really tough and flavorless. We waited 10 minutes at the front counter, only to be yelled at by one of the waitresses stating "were not able to serve you right now." So I asked "why is that." She replied " were out of stuff." So we went to tropical smoothie which is sad that they had twice the customer service as this place. It's a bummer, heard great things about the place and we will never know now. Either the management is leaving their employees out to fail. Or they are horrible at hiring. Two others behind us heard there whole thing and said hey wouldn't be back either. We stopped in after hanging out with some friends in the area. The bar staff was great. Gene was a very happy go lucky guy and made us rookies feel like long time bar flies after a few minutes. Drinks were made very good and service was great. Food was just ok but better than your average bar food like pizza and wings. If I'm in the area again I would stop back by and grab a few cold ones. First visit! The food was good. I wasn't a huge fan of the salsa that came with the chips, but I'm probably just picky.

Brought our dog to the patio... Had a great view of Vegas and or server was super! They had my favorite beer and great options for the kids.

This place was pretty good. My only issue is that there were more beans and rice than there was tacos and I'm not a huge fan of beans even though the beans were pretty tasty. Our family's favorite place to eat in Henderson! It's very close to home so we were excited when they came to Henderson and for the last couple of years they continue to impress us!! I felt the tacos were bland. I had the carne asada tacos and the grilled fish tacos. I tried both the specialty slaw sauce and the reg sauce. My friend had one of their chicken burritos, which had a little more flavor. The atmosphere however is pretty cool. Not sure I will eat there again. read more

I've never had a bad experience. Most of the poor reviews seem to have to do with the bar. I've only been in the restaurant side. I think the music they play is great. Unbelievable food, questionable service I went to the restaurant for the first time but wasn't super hungry so I knew I wasn't going to order anything too large. My wife was really wanting fish tacos and I had heard nothing but great things, so we chose Wahoo's. My wife ordered her tacos and I just decided to order a steak quesadilla, because it wasn't that big AND it was only $7.49. I made the order and looked at the review to see that she charged me $9.49. I told her that the menu said $7.49 and her reply was "I don't know what to tell you. Maybe they raised the prices." I told her again, but the menu says it's $7.49. Her reply, "Sorry." She then told me that she could give me some chips and salsa for free, but as she started ringing it up, it came up as $1. I told her that it was charging me an extra dollar and she said, "Oh well I guess it isn't free." I told her I didn't want it and sat down. I will say, the taste of the food HEAVILY outweighed the poor service. The carne asada was cooked to perfection! Could have been one of the best tasting quesadillas I've ever had. Well worth $9.49... even if it wasn't priced correctly. read more

Ordered Wahoo's for the first time through Door Dash. First off, they took forever with the order. The poor dasher was stuck there waiting for the order for about 25 minutes. Then the food arrived with a bunch of our items missing. Door Dash credited me for the items, but that's not really their fault, completely the restaurant's fault. Then, for the first time in a long time, I refused to eat what I ordered because it was so poorly made. I ordered the fish and chips. First off the fries were cold and super soggy. The fish sticks were just sad. Flat, hardly any meat and no flavor. The frozen ones at the grocery store are better than what they're serving here! There was also no tartar sauce or vinegar and they forgot the spicy ketchup that was supposed to come with the fries. Super disappointed and probably will never eat or order from here again. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star is my husband and daughter said their food was good (even though they forgot the drink my daughter ordered with her meal). read more
