Waldo's taco truck is conveniently located and has late night hours which is nice. They were very helpful and spoke English as well. We ordered Asada tacos, a quesadilla and a carne Asada burrito. They tasted great and were packaged up nice since we got them to go. They also had a selection of soda and beer as well to choose from. read more

It's really cheap but their Not authentic Mexican tacos. I think I heard one of the employees say that the owner wasn't even Mexican. But in my opinion you can find wayyyyyy better tacos around the area Ta'Carbon Tacos Tijuana are some real authentic tacos! read more

We have been driving past this corner for years and finally stopped last night to give it a try. My only regret is that we haven't done it sooner. Tortas, street tacos, and burros with your choice of meats including tripas, cabeza, asada, lengua, and many more. The food is authentic, the truck is clean, and the people are friendly. What more could you ask for? One more thing I guess......great value! My wife and I each had a delicious torta, my daughter had a quesadilla, and we each had 2 tacos for $18 which is less than we would spend at a fast food place. They set up each day around 6pm, so if you are in the area Waldo's is a place you must stop and try. read more

Give it a 3 for friendly service. I walked in and there are 2 stations, one to order one to pick up. Ordered a couple different tacos to try and wasn't impressed. The meat was very chewy the kind you chew forever then end up spitting out because you're afraid to swallow, we've all been there lol. The tacos are small, wouldn't feed a mans appetite alone a small Womans. Looks like it's a hang out for friends of the establishment. Anyway there are tons of better tacos out there. Waldo's Tacos is a Mexican food wagon vender. On the corner of Grand and 91st Ave. Open 6 pm to 11 p.m. Tues thru Saturday They serve a variety of tacos, tortas and burritos. You may order rice and or beans on the side. The tacos are small and soft. Cilantro and onion are added as a filler. I tried three different tacos......... tripas, (milk ducts) which were made to perfection. Asada ( grilled beef) which was ok and Lengua ( beef tongue) which was tender and tasty. My husband had a pork burrito, that was huge, it had rice and beans in it. It was very good. The service is fast, the food is hot. The red homemade salsa in a bottle was the best I have ever had. Mexican coke and Jarritos in different flavors are also sold. They have three tables set up there for you to sit and visit with other patrons. Or have your food to go. read more

If you like upscale fine dining Mexican sit down restaurants, and have never had authentic Mexican Food, you may not like this place; but if you enjoy authentic Mexican tacos, quesadillas and tortas, this place is for you. Great service, just okay tacos. I came here twice and the food it's just to bland for my palate. What is it with Arizona taco spots, they have water down SALSAS just Gross. I want salsa with a lot of tomato and chile, not water and tomato V8 juice! Can you change your salsa recipe? This food truck staff can not handle large crowds. I get that it is Cinco de Mayo, but really. I called in an order for 10 tacos. They informed me that it would be an hour. Once I got there I still hadn't got my 10 taco after waiting another 50 minutes. Unfortunately, I never got my tacos and they had no problem returning my money. My suggestion to WALDOS, is to improve your process by separating the orders by online/call orders and walk up orders. This way order don't fall out of place, or forgotten. I came to try Waldo's taco's food truck. I ordered a carne asada burrito and taco's al pastor. The burrito was delicious the taco's not so much. The meat lacked the seasoning. Was not spicy tangy like pastor should be. Another problem, is that they don't offer coke or Pepsi products. I like my taco's with a Mexican Coke preferably or a Pepsi. They only offer Jarritos and sangria. And to make things worse they have the crazy flavors apple, mandarin you get the point. I asked if they had strawberry jarritos and the young lady said no. I ended up with a pineapple flavor jarrito. Probably will not be back. I heard there is a new food truck opening up in surprise called taco's Tijuana. Will give them a try hopefully their pastor taco's are tastier and they offer Mexican Coke products. read more
