He literally laughed in my face when I told him I would have to hold off on buying a prescription because it was not able to be covered by my insurance and I couldn't afford it. I have never felt so belittled by a customer service worker. He needs to have respect for others and learn how to do the customer service portion of his job. I have been a customer of Total Care Pharmacy for over 5 years now. I have to say that they are…read morewonderful. Whenever I need refills, they are usually ready for me. They are knowledgeable about medication when I get a new prescription and want to know what it's for. I moved over to Hemet and was looking for a new pharmacy when I received a call from Total Care, checking on the request to change pharmacies. When I explained that I had moved, they said that they would get me my meds. That made me happy because with Total Care gives you a smile when you enter and you feel important not just next one in line.

The line is so bad that sheriffs watching it... THIS IS INSANE I swear to god there are days I much rather die than go on being treated like this. They dont care if you get your meds anyways.. they just give you a notice that its out of stock and basically its not their problem and yadda yadda SO what are we supposed to do just go without our medication and hope we dont die? I HATE WALLGREENS UPDATE:: despite the written prescription that says NO MYLAN they gave me the wrong meds and when I went to talk to them a black man name THADIUS at the counseling window, He started raising his voice at me when the manger was standing right there allowing him to talk to me like dirt and blame me..he claims that there is a sign to "check your meds before driving off. " My labels all had another medicine name I wasnt even picking up, yet they all said NO MYLAN & he gave me mylan anyways. There is no sign in the drive through and he continued to blame me and act hostile. rather than apologize for the mistake he raised his voice at me blaming me for everything.. I am writing corporate to have him fired. I only went there because I paid for delivery that stood me up 2 nights in a row. She was super professional and chill. Love when the staff at Walgreens are nice! I was super impressed with how hard everyone on the team was working. No aisle was left messy, and everything was organized and easy to find. I stopped by to pick up a few things before heading home and I swear each time I come to this Walgreens it gets better and better. It's located on Beaumont Ave, and at the corner of a neat little plaza. I found great parking and was able to stop by in a breeze. I got a good deal on Liquid Death (Sparkling Water), they had a 2 for $4 deal that I could not pass up. I highly recommend Walgreens if you're trying to quench your thirst. They usually always have a deal on soda, water, etc. Per usual, this Walgreens has a photo section, loads of wine, make-up and more. The pharmacy looked pretty good.

After checking EVERY AISLE and going back to the register, she then pages overhead for her coworker. The coworker finally makes his way up and I ask him if they have any of a product in the back - his answer was "no we don't have any, you can come back tomorrow or I can call a manager". Didn't bother even looking. The manager, Maria, came up to the front and I asked for a rain check or to get the Tylenol brand at the price of the generic, which she said she couldn't do a price match but would give me a rain check. Then suddenly the register isn't working, so she has to wait and then try from the other register. Then the other register won't let her issue a rain check either. She then offers to give me one at half price - but when I clarify that I'd like the price matched to the store brand's price, she called her manager and he said no. Apparently he said to have me come back on Wednesday to get the rain check. Folks, I have a child that's running a fever due to getting his immunization shots. I'm not coming back two days later to save a few bucks. Maria was kind enough to still give me the half off of one of the bottles but all of this hassle and back and forth over a few dollars took about 15 mins while my son is screaming and crying at home. Congrats to whoever it was that Maria called - you lost our business over three dollars. Hope it was worth it!

I have been to several Walgreens locations and this one is by far the worst...they cannot get prescriptions in a timely manner, they cancel orders without any reason or orders just go from "processing" to nowhere to be found! Not only are the staff rude but they are also extremely dramatic and defensive so don't ask any questions about YOUR account and the LIFE SAVING/ALTERING medications you need!!!
