I have been coming to this Walgreens for a few years. The store is usually clean and the staff are usually helpful and attentive. They have a good variety of merchandise. I recommend buying items on sale or with coupons as much as possible. The prices here are not too bad for a drug store, but you can obviously purchase these same items for less at a mass merchandiser. Sales and coupons are actually pretty good deals. Their rewards program is not a good as it used to be, but I guess it is better than nothing. read more

Currently dealing with a workers comp injury and the amount of stress that I have to go through with my adjuster is enough as it is. Every time I come to this location, the Pharmacy goes the full distance and highly exceeds my expectations, Michelle specifically. Constant follow ups, status/prescription updates and different ways to help me out through this tough time with a blown out lower back has me beyond relieved. She has gone out her way to call my adjuster several times when it's not even her standard procedure to do so. The pharmacy workers are imbeciles, they constantly say that prescription is on back order every time which pretty much seems like a lie that they tell. They will give you the wrong prescription and say it's a "substitute" without telling you anything. I have a strong disliking for the three idiot women who work at the pharmacy department. read more

First pharmacy been to... Plus I think they're racist. THey didn't want to fill my prescription and they didn't even give me a good enough reason why not. I even talk to the manager and still there was nothing done about how I was mistreated. I've been there twice, the first time was ok but the 2nd time they treated me like a criminal. I will never go there again and apparently I can't ; because I'm banned. Well... the manager said I wasn't band but they said they will not feel any of my prescriptions anymore and that is SO stupid to me because that means I'm banned!!!! I would say more but I'm about to eat and this already pissed me off for the day. Let me add they even write a note on my name stating " they wasn't comfortable filling my scripts and anyone who fills it needs to take caution" like cmon now. We came in to the Walgreens Pharmacy on November 5th for our third Covid vaccination (our booster). We had a problem with our insurance because our cards had mistakenly been charged earlier in the day for a vaccination at the Glendora store even though we had tried to cancel our appointments at that location. The Lab Technician, MARILENA, was so patient and helpful, and even though it took a while at the end of what was , for her, a very long day, it all worked out fine and we got our shots. The three of us were so grateful to MARILENA for her patience, kindness and care! This turned out to be a very positive experience for all of us. read more

It is hard to find staff here! I tried finding some baby aspirin for my mother a while back, and it took me forever to find someone to point me in the right direction. What was worse is that when they came, they couldn't even find it either! Major bummer. Decent prices, but poor service. read more

You guys must think I'm crazy giving this Walgreens a 4 star and believe me I've had the same experience with customer service. I've been coming here since it opened, it's my go to place when I need something at the last minute. Well ever since I met one of the employees by the name of Irene, she has always been helpful, attentive and always giving great customer service. They need more Irene's and I guarantee their Yelp page will be a 5 star all the way through. Go meet Irene, shes usually at cosmetics and say hello and always go to her when you need help on something in the store she'll be happy to help. I was in this store yesterday 15april2020 entered the store walked around ask a clerk a few questions was given information on what I asked got my items stood in the line got to the cashier had a conversation with her after I paid I was rudely told you will not be able to enter the store again unless your wearing a mask. Its a dumb idiotic rule LA county as set upon everyone whom enters a place of business. I don't know why I was able to walk in and around the store and converse with employees with out them saying anything as to why are you not wearing a mask. I just got off the phone with a manager and I am happy to report that the rude employee that treated this young man portly NO LONGER WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! Whoooo Hoooo! had she still been employed there, I'd have had some colorful words to share. we are in 2022 now. less than two years ago this took place. unbelievably horrible. shouldn't have happened. as a Military Veteran myself, it made my skin crawl how this young man was treated. I don't blame him for being so upset. Thank God he kept his cool. so many get taken down and beaten and even shot when they've fought back against being falsely accused for something. This is their lives people, their reputations and it can squash dreams they've made and even ruin lives. it just sickens me to the core that people of color still have to fight to be heard. now we are in a place where the pendulum is swinging far left and things are getting so out of hand. we need a balance and people truly need to treat one another like human beings and not like animals. read more

Came here to pick up a FedEx package and Eddie, the Walgreens employee, was very helpful and assisted me in solving an issue that was clearly something wrong with the backend processing by FedEx. After some digging Eddie and I were able to find out my package was actually held at a different location. I would definitely come back to this location if I'm ever in the area again! read more

Walgreens Manager really needs to get on top of whoever is supposed to clean the restrooms. I was there this week and was disgusted by the restroom, which looks like months or even years worth of hair and dust on the floors. One restroom (handicapped) was out of service and the other restroom had the lock missing which allows people to see through. Worse than a gas station restroom. read more

Five stars for this store. 10 stars if it was possible for the pharmacy. The techs here are the absolute best. Not only are they very professional but don't talk to you in a condescending way. I've changed my prescriptions here just for the mere fact that they are professional. Thank you a million times just for being so nice and professional every time I'm in. This store is clean with good customer service. I needed to get a blood pressure cuff or wrist band. The young lady at the pharmacy answered my questions and was very helpful. I put her recommendation in my cart then picked up a few other items. I started towards the front of the store when I started getting dizzy and the room was spinning. I dropped onto a ledge by the checkout counters before passing out. Right away a lady hurried from the photo counter to me. She was compassionate and caring - big difference from the treatment I had just received at CVS on Citrus! I am going to see if my prescription insurance, Caremark, will let me use this pharmacy instead of CVS. I have liked this store the few times I have been there. read more

I have been coming here for years! I get my tobacco here once in a while and I also coupon here as well. The customer service here is cool depending on who u get while checking out. Lots of new employees here now within the last year. The staff here and are very friendly and always greet you. Love the seasonal clearance here as well . read more

They lie about the time they are going to have your prescription ready. Dropped mine off at 5:00 p.m. they said they'll have it ready in 30 minutes. My husband went to pick it up at 6:30pm and it wasn't ready. They told him in 30 more minutes. It's now 8:00p.m. I'm still waiting for my prescription. read more

Walgreens is greedy and not convenient. This comment is not for specific staff. This is for the company. I wanted to print a set of photos for Canadian visa. I took the photo by myself and used their online instant photo printing. When I went to the store to pick it up, the staff there told me they could not sell any passport/visa type photo through the online printing, or they would loose their jobs. Walgreens can only print passport/visa photo taken in their store. And that would cost 13 dollars plus tax, while online printing only costs a quarter. Since it was late in the day, and I needed it the next day, I agreed to let them take the picture. Ironically, they found they could only do Canadian passport photo, not the visa photo, which is a different size. Finally I went home empty hand, and had to go to Walmart to print the photo early the next day. Walgreens wouldn't even sell me the photo that their service cannot make. All they want is to let you spend more money. read more
