Went in here tonight to get a few things and the two young employees working there were absolutely rude!

No way would I ever recommend this business with Don working as a pharmacist. He has on many occasions out and out lied to us because he did not do his job correctly. This isn't Taco Bell this is medicine that heavily affects our lives. Don says one thing then doesn't follow through. You had better count your meds too because evidently there is an issue of common mathematics. We have documented lies, twisted responses and sometimes 2-3 different excuses in a single day. On my prescriptions he has been inefficient and now bordering the realm of litigation for his continual lies and misdoings. Seems funny the store policy is to ask for the store manager to help find out your med updates. Again all because of Don who began this by treating my wife with incredible rudeness. Like any good man of worth, I told him what's up if he continues to speak to my wife with total disrespect. Now we are setting a meeting with the district manager requesting his immediate termination and to speak of the possibilities of malpractice coming into effect in this situation. All because of Dons mouth and propensity to lie instead of standing on what he first said. For any of you that don't know that's the true mark of a coward who later finds out he has said something he damn well knows he shouldn't have and then backpedals to try and save his own backside... You are in the medical profession (for a few more days) and we have witnessed this exact same issue in person waiting in line. Literally on almost any day there is someone yelling at Mr Intelligence because he screwed up and then starts the story telling part of his personality. Illegal behavior for a licensed pharmacist not to mention lightyears from ethical or moral. More to follow here and in the news. Others who have fallen to his ways are being asked to contact us for signatures and possible class action pending further discussion with medical malpractice attorneys. If Walgreens Eastvale Pharmacy has treated you inappropriately in any way we want to hear from you. Enough is simply enough. There are many pharmacists looking for work, this community does not prosper from such unethical medical staff at any level. I hate to say this BUT this is the absolutely worst pharmacy I've ever been too !!! I really don't know if there is a manager in there cuz if they do they need to be let go Asap ! I have given this pharmacy so many times for my prescriptions that are never ready and I keep coming back !! Stupidity I called they said it will be ready in 15 min ok perfect I even give them 30 min ! And I get there and the first thing they say is " can u come back in 20 min " WTF This is def the only pharmacy with the worst staff or needs to hire very qualified pharmacists that can have there prescriptions ready when they say !!! read more

Pharmacy is totally incompetent!!! My wife had oral surgery yesterday afternoon and the Dr sent a pain prescription over before the surgery so i could pick it up before she needed it. Walgreens an hour later tells me they need something (some kind of authorization) and now the Dr office is closed. Next morning with her in a GREAT deal of pain they are still telling us they need to contact the Dr... we call Dr... they call Walgreens.. The problem is the insurance company, the script costs $15 total, my copay would make it $4 and change... doesnt seem right so they have to get some kind of okay... meanwhile my wife is in massive pain and it is 18hours later and they are holding it up for a $10 payment question!!!!!!! I'll pay the whole thing if you would tell me why it is being held up.... Wish i could give negative stars on this review, I am so pissed right now!!! read more

My wife called in a prescription at 9am. We have been waiting and checking for updates all day. Her fever hasn't broken and she has been waiting for her physicians order to be filled by this pharmacy. 7 hours of waiting while the pharmacy says "they are working on it." I show up frustrated 15 mins before closing thinking it has to be filled by now. The clerk comes to the window and I give my information only to hear" oh we don't have this medication in stock, soonest I'll have it is 48 hrs." " you can try to call around other pharmacies in the area, but I can't do that for you, you have to." My level of frustration met its limit. I have been working in healthcare for 15 years. This delay in service and lack of communication is harmful. I'll be calling the California department of public health. read more

Walgreens corporate office should really step in and either close this pharmacy or assess the current staffing. This pharmacy is a joke. I've taken the same meds for three years. My doctor sends the refills and without fail, I have to call EVERY MONTH because they can't seem to fill them without me calling. Half the time, the medication is out of stock but shows as "we are running late" so I have to call again and ask if it's OOS or actually being filled. I just called and they told me they "don't know if it's OOS yet". I guess I have to "wait and find out". Honestly, this place is the worst. I don't know why I've continued to subject myself to this pharmacy, but I'm done. read more

I managed to show up to the drive thru pharmacy at 1:28pm just before their 1:30pm lunch time and the sign said open. They answered the buzzer at 1:28 and said they were closed to which I advised them it wasn't 1:30 yet and I just needed to pick up a prescription. The female on the other side said they were closed and I again told them I had arrived prior to the listed lunch time. Her response was to grab the open sign and switch it to closed and say they were on lunch. I advised her that she was a class act for that and she just said that it was lunch time. I again reminded her that I had arrived before lunch and it was still only 1:29pm. Suddenly a male voice came on and tried to help me (ultimately there was a problem with the insurance). Unable to get the prescription I began to drive away and the female voice came back on "have a nice daaayyyyy!" Not a good way to run a pharmacy at all. read more

This is a very clean Walgreens. Great employees, that take care of customers & even have curbside pick up.

This Hass to be the most mismanaged pharmacy in the entire United States. Multiple times they've told us to come back on a certain day because they don't have a medication filled and they would have it on another day but every time that we've come back they seem to not have it and then they give us a hard time saying they can't find any more information even though they pull it up every single time to tell us to come back because they don't have it. This is absolutely disgusting on the customer service, and this place probably needs to clean house and fire every single person that works there because they clearly don't know what they're doing especially the person in charge of the drive-through read more

The wait I have for prescriptions ALREADY called in, is usually 3 times as long as my doctor visits. I see my PCP within 20 minutes yet can't get my prescriptions for at LEAST an hour at this Walgreens location. Why do they only have ONE line for everything? There should be a prescription drop off line and a separate pick up line. Also, I've told them MANY times to change me from Kaiser to Aetna, yet it never fails, when it's time to pay for my medicine, they tell me they do not accept Kaiser. I inform them AGAIN, that I now have Aetna and that just throws the attendant off for some reason. Now she doesn't know how to change it to Aetna and I end up paying out of pocket full price each and every time. Next time, I ask to have my meds mailed to me and just suffer the time it takes to receive them by mail. read more

Just got the Flu Shot and while I was there a Covid Booster but didn't have my Covid Card showing the records of getting the shots , The Pharmacist who administered the Flu shot gave me a Website that had all my information needed! Thanks Walgreens All caught up and good to go ! read more

If you don't allow drop offs for FedEx maybe don't be a contracted drop off location. Had a pre printed FedEx label and a box with a countertop ice maker and the employee refused it. Don't contract for things you can't handle. Oh, and your employee was a total moron. Told me to go all the way to Ontario miles away when there was a postal Annex literally across the street that was more than happy to have my future business! read more

Drive through for pharmacy takes ~20 - 25 minutes per car. Pharmacy staff redundantly forgets to apply my insurance and will try to charge more than what I should be paying, unless I remember each time to ask them to check to make sure they applied my insurance correctly. At the point that I think I'll go to a different pharmacy. read more

I know sometimes it gets busy, I pulled up in drive thru at the window 10 minutes after ringing the buzzer 2x and no acknowledgement. , no one came to say " we'll be right with you, nothing. Where's the customer service?? You can clearly see people walking back and forth. 15 minutes still no acknowledgement. finally after the 4th buzz someone came to assist. If I could give them no stars I would! They are the most incompetent store I've ever had to deal with. I sent in about 8 documents that needed to be printed out for same day pickup. After sending it, I realized that something needed to be edited but I wasn't able to cancel it on my end so I called them. After being on hold for 10 minutes because no one was in the photo department, I finally spoke to someone and she kept getting my name wrong after telling her multiple times what the order was under. When she finally got my name right, I told her I wanted to cancel my original order and resubmit it with the correct one. She said okay and told me I would receive a confirmation email. I sent in the correct one an hour later. My order confirmation showed that I would be able to pick it up after 3:00pm. When I realized that it was almost 7 and I haven't received any email about canceling my first order or a pick up notification for my second one, I called the store. I was on hold for another 15 minutes before someone answered! They took my name down and said they would look into it and give me a call back. I waited for 30 minutes with no call back so I called again and another girl answered saying they never looked into my order and NO ONE EVER CANCELED MY ORIGINAL ORDER! So they printed out the original WRONG one! After repeating what I had originally called for a new girl blamed their mess up on "having too much to do" in the store and "paper jams." She then told me she'll cancel the first, wrong order and print out the correct one. She told me to give her an hour and a half just in case there was more paper jams. I waited two and a half hours before going back in. After all this headache I was finally happy to get my order. COME TO FIND OUT THAT THEY STILL PRINTED MY ORDER OUT WRONG. I didn't get my order in the end and I'm pissed. Ridiculous!!!!! read more

I was in town for a family trip and I ran out of my blood pressure meds and I stoped into to see if they Would give me a emergency supply of 3 tablets and I got shut down by the pharmacist. Never have I ever been Shut down on my medication, talk about rude and not wanting to do there job, so sad that there manager doesn't care about there customers and wants to tell somebody no. First time going to this Walgreens. I first went to the Labcorp. They seemed really unorganized because the employees were running around frantically looking for a lost key and their computer was not working. After my testing I bought a few items, the old lady at the cash register was pretty rude. Jessica at the Labcorp has a pretty big mouth. I would rather go to Quest. read more

This drive through pharmacy is extremely slow. People go through this for medication for sick people as well and they take about 10-15 min a person. I have a sick 8 month old and had to sit in line for 30 minutes. Completely ridiculous. read more

I was at this store "on Limonite, Eastvale" a couple of days ago. I believe this is the first time visiting this store location. I was returning a product that only they carry. The person who assisted me have no bedside manner! Rude and very unpleasant, unkind attitude and most of all unprofessional! She asked why I'm returning, told her I bought one for a less expensive, and shared with her that did you know that the curbside ordering is a competitive pricing. Her response " I didn't know anything about that !" Real sarcastic and snotty attitude! My response to her was "that's why I'm sharing them with you" ! Then she was having issues with my receipt claiming she couldn't scan and read the barcode & called for help. She said and pointed go there and wait someone will help you! WOW !!! Then the shift supervisor came and assisted me. She was kind, professional with great attitude. We even strike a quality conversation regarding the product for "puffy eyes"Thank you Dana ! Your kindness is appreciated. I'm well aware that it's hard to get quality employee with skills of good customer service attitude, but that person shouldn't be in the front line of service. read more

I don't understand the lack of respect for customer's time. We made an appointment for a vaccination at 4:30 and we don't get to see the pharmacist until 5:15. What is the point of asking people to schedule an appointment if you don't adhere to it. We were told they were using the "patient room" for a meeting. Then after the meeting is over we are finally checked in. But then we see the pharmacist take care of other prescriptions. This is a vaccination appointment! I called ahead because I have a very fussy baby who needs Benadryl. I called around to the local drive thru pharmacy's and none of them would agree to let me drive thru and buy Benadryl because it was not a prescription. I called this location and the wonderful woman on the other end could hear my upset and the baby crying in the background. The nice lady who helped me was named Anum. She agreed to allow me to drive up and buy some. EXCELLENT customer service and such a nice way to help other moms. It's really cold outside today and it's hard when you have two little ones and especially when sick & you don't have another adult to help out at the current moment. It was rather urgent. Drive through pharmacy is EXTREMELY SLOW. I frequently wait while the employee takes their sweet time. I've waited in the line in the drive through multiple times so long that it hits closing time where you will be turned away due to the fact that they take their sweet time. Expect a considerable wait time on a regular basis. Second visit recently. Still slow AF. read more

whenever i need something late at night or need something in the middle of the day this would be the best place, i live right next to this walgreens and ive been going there since i was a baby and all staff knows me kinda i go here everyday and its the best and i can always have options. its also cheap so if i need makeup cause i just ran out then i go there!
