BOTH drive-thru AND walk-in prescription pick up areas are SLOWWWWWWW. They need to hire either more people, or faster, people. Both would be preferable. No one should have to wait, sometimes over, a half hour for a completed order. NO POWER CHAIRS are offered for the disabled. Isn't a large pharmacy the most logical place to find such a service? Staff does not know how to bill Insurance correctly. There's a long wait every single time. I recommend going to the pharmacy at Target across the way. It took Target 5 minutes to bill my insurance compared to the 45 minutes it took Walgreens with no resolution. Terrible service at this location. read more

I like to fill my prescriptions at this Walgreens as staffs are friendly and fast. I could get my medication in less than 15 minutes. They even contact my doctor for me and call insurance to get my insurance billing information as I don't have my insurance card with me at the pharmacy. They are awesome!!!!! read more

This pharmacy is so slow. My mom called 2 days before and then couple hours on the same day of pick up. When I passed by the drive thru her prescription still was not ready. They made me come inside the store to wait. Why bother having a drive thru! While I was waiting heard many costumers complain about wait. Do not get your prescription here. read more

I was here and asked a lady with white hair what aisle were the cough drops. She waved her hand at me to tell me to stop so she can continue doing what she was doing. I felt that was very rude. She gave me a mean look. I didn't do anything to her I was just here for something simple. She did know by memory what aisle they were located. This is one of the worst pharmacy's- I liked the fact that they had a drive thru- but it is seriously 40-60min wait sitting in the drive thru.... the last time on a thurs at 330pm I came in the pharmacy I needed a refill of my child's asthma medicine (which they had a refill available, so it wasn't a call the dr or complicated situation) they told me it wouldn't be ready until 7pm!!! So I had them fill it and came back on a Saturday about 4pm to pick it up- there were 4 people in line ahead of me, everyone was mad and a couple ended up leaving- they only had 2 people working and were so slow- this place is a joke! I'm going elsewhere from now on! Too many bad experiences here.... read more

The pharmacy here is just has terrible service... I had to come back 4 or 5 times just to pick up my daughter's prescription. The first time, they said the order wasn't in and give it another 30 minutes. Ok, did that. Second time, they said that doctors sent it to the wrong place. Ok, called the dr to confirm where it was sent to and it was sent to them. Came back again, and this time I went inside, the line was consistently keep piling up. Lap corps called me in for bloodwork before i can speak to one of them. (I was second in line) Came back out and the line was backed up, no surprise. One of workers looked over worked, while another was scanning stuff in and the third look like she had nothing to do. So by the time I got up and spoke to someone, which took forever even when I was first in line, she informed me it would take 20 minutes. So I left and came back in the drive thru to repeat the process ‍ . I don't know if they're under staffed. Lap corps was great however. read more

Do not go to this pharmacy location. Their workers are lazy and can never get your prescription filled on time! There's always a long wait, they don't seem to care about the long line, they would just take their sweet time on everything. read more

I am currently sick and need fluids to help get over this bug. I feel achey and drained. I pop in to "quickly" get drinks. As I walk past the register, I see about nine people in line. I figure they will get around to getting another cashier up front before I get there. While I am there, one male voice calls another male employee to the back. I see a girl employee place items at the register for a customer who is waiting in line. Therefore, with the guy behind the register,there are at least four employees in the store, but only one person is checking out the 10+ people now standing in line. The young man ringing then stops his checking out a customer to announce that the store will be closing on three mins. I announce from the back of the line, if you get another cashier up here, you'll get us all out faster. He says to me, "the other registers are closed and I will be the only one ringing customers up." With that, I placed the ten drinks I had for purchasing on an empty register (spend your closing time putting things away rather than checking us out then - unfortunately for you that doesn't earn the store any money), and I went to 7-11 down the street- where I undoubtedly paid more, but got rung up quicker. It's the second time in three months that the line caused me to rethink my purchase. Follow up: it's weeks later and I drove a farther distance to CVS because the lack of concern for the customer irritates me so much. read more

Slowest pharmacy ever! 30+ mins for drive though with only 2-3 cars in line! I changed to an online pharmacy just because they were so bad.

Went here for the first time thinking it would be convenient because of the drive-thru. I drove up with only one car ahead of me and they were there for 25 minutes until they finally drove out. I drove up and was totally ignored for another 10 minutes. I pushed the call button just to tell me they would be right with me. People continued to ignore me for another 5 min. 40 minutes just to drop off a prescription? Totally defeats the purpose of a drive thru! Not to mention I held for another 20 minutes on the phone just to make sure it was ready 2 hours later. Will not be transferring my prescriptions here and will drive to Chino Hills Rite Aid where I consistently got fast and great service. read more

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever gone too. About 90% of the time they don't have my prescriptions in stock (and I don't take a ton of different medications), they say it'll take about 3 days to get but then at times they've "forgotten" to include my prescription on their order so I've had to wait an additional 3 days. That's very frustrating when you go to the dr for an issue, leave with a prescription for medication and then have to wait 6 days. They've told me that they couldn't fill my prescription because there was an issue with my insurance company's system, but I was able to fill my son's prescription at a different pharmacy. I tried calling the following day to see if my medication was filled, say on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and finally just hung up. My husband went to the pharmacy the next day to see if it was ready because we couldn't get them on ther phone and had to wait while they filled it, although they'd had the prescription for 24 hours. I don't believe at all that the insurance company was having issues. But I still had to wait to get my medicine. I will be transferring all of my future medications to a different pharmacy so I don't have to deal with this place. read more

Pharmacy sucks !!!!! Currently waiting still waiting it's 8:09 I got here at 6:43 the urgent care sent the prescriptions and they couldn't see it . Just like last time this place is ridiculous it's been to long and they said it would be 15 minutes . Then they tell me another 5 just because they didn't have enough instructions on one medication ... it's been 13 minutes and they still have not told me anything . This place is annoying they don't care . People are trying to get their medications and go home not wait so long this is why it was sent ahead of time ! Get your shit together ! Long wait for prescription. Dropped at 5:30, asked to come back at 7:30. When got there at 8:00 to give some room, then was told to come back at 8:30pm. it's too much of wait while item is in stock. it's always take significant wait time in this location. They are very slow in service ( Drive thru) you need to wait 25 minutes and then they will tell you that they need to order it just come back later. Imagine after waiting 25 minutes waiting in the window . One time I was there talking to the pharmacist he had my medicine in his hand instead of helping me right away to pay it he told me to go in line again.
