The wait time at the pharmacy, walk in or drive thru, is absolutely horrible. The pharmacy seems to always be understaffed. This is not the result of staffing lately due to Covid. This has been an ongoing issue now for quite a long time. I do not feel that anyone should have to continuously wait close to an hour to just pick up a prescription. There seldom is ever more that 1 person assisting customers and sometimes this one person is doing both inside and drive thru at the same time. This service in this Walgreens is the worst and bunch of crooks. Bought two Apple Cards and I was told transaction didn't go through. Was told by employee that it was probably due to problem with my bank. I logged on to my account and showed that the money was taken out already - paying debit. Was told that they cannot do anything and that I have to call my bank. I cannot dispute this because I put in my PIN number to pay. Beware of their customer service and they will not return your money even if they make the mistake. read more

They keep making mistakes about my insurance for Medication coverage. I even called the insurance and being told it's approved and the pharmacy can put the overwrite code they provided and it will go through. But still, each refill it's a battle! It Always has a long wait time, Waiting in line 30 mins or more for just a pick up is NORMAL here. Of course if you go in like 10 am or 2 pm there is no line, but anywhere near peak hour the line gets long really fast. One time waited an hour in the store for pickup. The young Asian lady who is one of pharmacist in this location, seriously needs customer service training, never had a pleasant experience with her nor see her being nice and patient to anyone, even heard her yelling over the phone to a customer once. Offered free DoorDash delivery for a while, which was nice, then switched to FedEX, now takes 2-3 days to deliver for the same city! It's time to switch! read more

The place was ok. However, the lines were long and very slow. One of the employees were mean to us too. The gift card we got had a problem. It couldn't go through. This wasn't the first time this happened. This time we had enough so we went back to the store. The employee's attitude was just plain rude. She gave us a number to call, but the number was wrong. The way the pharmacy is ran is ridiculous! They have ONE person working both the counter inside as well as the drive through window. One person working 2 counters? Why? There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive through and it took me almost an hour, AN HOUR, to get to the window to pick up a prescription. If you value your time then I recommend having prescriptions filled elsewhere. Walgreens, please schedule enough employees in your pharmacy to properly assist your customers. Time is valuable and it shouldn't take an hour for someone to pick up a prescription that is ready and waiting. Time to find a new pharmacy!! read more

The worst pharmacy I have ever been. I have been waited at least 20 mins in line with only 4 ppl ahead of me. The staff told me to wait for 2 hours for the medicine ready. After 2 hours, I waited another 20 mins in line to pick up, turn out I just need to get it from the racks outside. Why the hack I have to wait for 2 hours for that? Why don't tell me upfront? Yesterday, July 2, 2022, I received an email that informed me, my prescription is due now but the pharmacy was temporarily closed. So, later on in the day, at approximately 6:45 PST, I called to get a little more information on how long the pharmacy was going to be closed. The initial representative just gave me the pharmacy hours and did not understand beyond that the words coming from my mouth. She offered to get the manager on the line, I thought perfect! So when the manager came to the line she went all around the mulberry bush just to basically tell me the pharmacy was short staff. I was receptive until her sarcasm kicked in...she proceeded to tell me I should've called the pharmacy. Hello special ed, when I received the email that told me the pharmacy was closed, why would I think to call the closed pharmacy? So I told her that I was calling her but realized in the midst of the conversation, professionalism didn't exist and she probably needed to attend some classes that would better prepare her for interacting with customers. If it's not one thing it's a million with this location. Please, I deal with a clientele of known felons all day and give them more respect than she gave me and some of my people reciprocate the respect given. This Walgreens is a disgrace. For the past 15 years my mother has her insurance/prescriptions with Walgreens. She moved and changed her pick up location to this Walgreens in Eastvale. After processing the refills online, she went to pick them up and was told that her insurance is no longer working with Walgreens and she needed to contact her insurance for more information. Say what? From one day to the other, the 3rd biggest medical insurance in the U.S. no longer works with Walgreens? Sounds like comedy, right? It totally was. This was clearly a lack of service and commitment to not only the general public but also her 15 year long customer. After contacting a Walgreens 5 miles away, she was able to obtain her refills within 2 hours without any issues. read more

I was just in store picking up a photo order and when I got home I realized a mistake had been made and I was missing a photo. No problem, I called the store and the phone in the photo department is broken (which it has been for over a month btw) so I spoke to a cashier. I didn't get her name but she was very nice. I asked for a refund for the missing photo and she placed me on hold to speak to the manager. after she came back she let me know I could only get point put onto my Walgreens account since "I didn't want to drive back to the store" I asked to what the managers name was and she said Henry and when I asked to speak to him she said did "didn't want to speak to me and didn't even want to answer the phone" how rude and unprofessional of HENRY. As a store manager it is your job to speak to upset customers and deal with mistakes your store has made! I can't believe he refused to speak with me. Incompetent, rude, and poor customer service at the pharmacy. Completely agree with what others say about the staff demeanor and laziness and inability/unwillingness to help you. The staff here simply DO NOT CARE and are full of excuses. First, I was trying to get my pain meds after delivering my baby because I was supposedly not in the system after how many years, and they did not get the Rx my doctor submitted. I spoke to two people, neither offered any help or solutions, before getting to 3rd person who looked into it and took steps to actually fix it. Next, I tried to fill my son's prescription and they claimed my son's DOB was incorrect/invalid and therefore could not use my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and the date was of course correct. I went back to tell them my insurance confirmed the date of birth was actually correct and that my insurance called the pharmacy (while I was on hold) to state the same. The staff person at first lied and said my insurance never called. Later she then says she did talk to my insurance company, which confirmed the correct date of birth. Then she and the manager claimed that the issue was not the date of birth but some other issue, claiming my son wasn't active on my plan, even though at the same time the manager gives me a print out saying it was rejected for "invalid birthdate". Ummm, really? Why would my insurance confirm him and his DOB on the phone? Why didn't the pharmacy staff discuss this WHEN THEY ALREADY HAD MY INSURANCE COMPANY ON THE PHONE? When I went back to resolve this myself WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON THE LINE, staff repeatedly refused to talk to my insurance company and just wanted to shoo me away (despite having a crying newborn and toddler in the car). Absolutely appalling. Go to the CVS drive thru instead! I would give it negative stars if I could. read more

Worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Every time I go, there's something. Customer service is unheard of. Pull up to the window, at least say we'll be with you rather than let me sit there for 20 minutes.few weeks ago,I had several scripts to pick up. Get a call that there's a problem with one. Hour later they call back, still a problem. I call them and they tell me there's no refill on one particular script. I had to explain to them that I've never had that script before. Then yesterday another Dr seems a script for me to them. I wait until this morning, get there as they open. Cashier looks up my script, takes id, then disappears for 10 minutes without saying a word. I can see her through the wi dow helping other people. When they finally come to window turns out they lost my script from yesterday and had to refill it while I'm waiting. Could have just said something. When the cashier puts the bag in the drawer, it's all the way in the back and I can't reach it. I mention it to her she says it's all they way out. I explain not the drawer, the bag, push it close to the front. She gives me an exasperated look like I did something wrong. I'm moving my business elsewhere. read more

Poor pharmacy supervisor, he must be getting all the blame for their non-existent customer service only when he's not around. The ladies act busy all the time and can't multitask, as if it's their first day on the job. They don't have any sense of urgency if there was 300 wounded soldiers waiting inside or outside. They would rather be on the phone holding for some bull crap insurance check while looking at their nails than helping another customer aging away waiting for assistance. Never apologetic for the long wait, and when and if they do utter the SORRY word, it comes with a blank stare and you know they don't mean it. And if it's the store manager covering the pharmacy front, her condescending attitude will make you feel like a homeless off the freeway ramp begging her to fill your prescriptions. Working in healthcare industry, these ladies should know better that Life Is Short and Precious. And if you're not happy with your job, you need to go elsewhere or at least pretend you care about your customers. read more
