"cant" prepare my meds and i need meds now.. me, the customer, gets to wait until Walgreens gets around to my script waiting in in their queue. Like 24 hrs later I can go stand in their line in the store...or drive thru. Yay! Not fair. Broken system. Hire more people instead of working the 2-3 people like slaves. They are nice and can be but need more help. Second complaint review. I dont go to escripts because sometimes you cant wait for the delivery, but Walgreens around the corner takes just as long because they are always short staffed. There is nothing I hate more than being a forced captive customer that this and you know....what's an extra day of 90 degree heat and a rash that burns and itches right Walgreens? And yes Ill complain to corperate. I call there 2 hours after my appointment to ensure they received my docs orders and they should frantic on the phone when you ask .."will this be ready tonight?"

Eventually, I felt pressured and was given the shot even though I had said no. I understand that vaccinations are important and that medical professionals want to keep patients safe, but I believe consent and patient choice are equally important. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected because my decision wasn't honored.

While waiting she was loudly rude to the person in front of me, and I received similar treatment. When I got home my wife and daughter knew exactly who I was talking about. I saw some plastic spoons on top of the counter and asked about those . She simple stated we don't use those the others are smaller. There was no empathy. I recently moved down the street and this did not make me feel like a valued customer. I hope you coach your team on how to be empathetic to your customer and try and go above and beyond. I wasn't asking for a full scoop she could have just offered to provide the same size scoop as the small spoons

I quickly found what I needed. It was super fast and easy. The staff I interacted with was really helpful; I spoke to one staff member (I forgot her name, but she was great) who answered my questions and helped me right away. The store was well-stocked, and everything was clean, aisles, windows, all looked great. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area. Great job to the team!

They were giving me a hard time saying the phone number did not match. It was just printed at the pharmacy. I had the extra Care card to scan, but they said I needed the phone number.. the only two phone numbers that have ever been on file or her personal cell phone and her deceased husbands and neither of those worked. She has come to this location, countless times for her prescription and never had an issue.. due to this experience we will be switching to another pharmacy altogether. I have worked in retail before, and it would've been as simple as marking the item down and honoring the price, but instead they gave up when it is their system that is having the issue.
