After he walked away, I checked the drawer myself and the shade was actually there. I also asked about my free birthday gift, and he told me it was only available during your birthday month. But when I got to the register, the cashier immediately told me I still had my free birthday gift available. The misinformation and rude attitude really took away from what should've been a fun Mother's Day shopping trip. Thankfully the cashier was much more helpful and kind.

I started getting regular facials with Grace, their esthetician, who has magic hands for facial massage. I have received compliments from friends and family about the improvement in my skin since I started getting regular facials. I have been a regular customer of the store since they started in the late-1990s. I am very thankful that I live within 5-10 minutes of Pro Beauty Center. They also carry cute bags and accessories.
