Most bizarre experience of my life. Picked up a prescription in the drive-thru. The girl at the window was really sweet and efficient, but a mystery voice came out of nowhere and started announcing my prescription, instructions, and side effects over the loud speaker! A nice modern Walgreens. Never had any issues getting in-and-out of the front end. Occasionally there's a cashier in training that's slow or easily flustered, but we all gotta start somewhere. Patience is key. They keep the grocery and cosmetics section well stocked. Pharmacy is hit or miss, depending on how busy or how stressed out the employees are. Can take a while to be served, even if there's nobody else in line. It's not a Walgreens I go out of my way to get to, but it's still a solid location. read more

I wish yelp offered negative star ratings. The pharmacy personnel fail to offer even the barest amount of customer service. They didn't call in to my doctor for a new prescription when it expired. They didn't notify me that the prescription expired. Their own label showed refills available. And they did this on 2 separate prescriptions in the same week. Are they not trained or perhaps no one at Walgreens cares that they are incompetent and rude? read more

Customer service is mediocre at best. The staff working the floor are not very friendly. The pharmacy's customer service is better. Several hours after my doctor sends the prescription to the pharmacy, it is never ready when I show up to pick it up. It appears they will process your prescription when you are there to pick it up in person, so forget about giving them the whole day to process it while I run errands! From a business standpoint, I see why they do this, however, this sucks for the customer who has to wait more time to get prescriptions filled. Thanks to this location, I have opted to do online pharmacy for my basic Diabetic supplies, it's more convenient and I do not have to deal with unsavory characters outside the store hustling money for bogus charities, gas money, or addicts who want to self medicate. I really dread it when I have to come to this location for emergency medication like anti-biotics. Every time I go here, someone is always hustling and bustling for money by the entrance door and at the parking lot. This has been going on for a decade and is not acceptable. Coming at night time is worse, when unsavory characters are high as a kite come hustling for for money to self medicate, the moment I open my car door. It's a huge safety issue and I would avoid this Walgrens at night! I have brought this safety issue to the Assistant Manager several times, however, all I got was I'll bring it to the manager, years later, nothing as changed. read more

Several weeks ago, I stop by for a Singapore Visa pic, the Asian lady did a awesome job to print it into Singapore Visa pic size and match the requirement. But today, the lady is so bad. New and so far so good :) Nice lighting, clean, and organized. I was greeted when I walked in, not sure I've experienced that before at a Walgreens. Maybe I'm behind the times but it was my first time seeing baskets with rollers and a longer handle for you to drag it!! Pretty cool! So my co-worker told me that Lay's chips were on sale and on certain bags, there were $3 off on Tostitos salsa/cheese. I went to the Sunnyvale location but they didn't have it so I decided to go to the Mountain View location. Parking is limited but you can always find a spot as it shares it's parking spaces with another store. As soon as I walked inside, I went straight to the chips aisle and got what I wanted and proceeded to the cashier station. I stood there for about 5 minutes before someone showed up to ring me up. Overall, the cashier was nice but I hoped that someone would be at the cashier station at all times. I was on my lunch break and this store is on a busy street. Good thing my job is just 10-15 minutes away. read more

Photo department needs better attendants! If you're going to tell a customer that photos are going to processed at a certain time, then by all means, services must be rendered! I request my photos at the projected time to learn my photos request had not been processed! Seriously??? Management, if the photo technician is on lunch (as the case today) please train other workers to inform customers that they are not equipped to process photos. Then, have the clerk let the customer know that the pictures will not be ready at time specified on the computer. Thank you. read more

I needed to stock up on soda and snacks late nite in preparation of the following day's road trip and Walgreen's had everything I needed at reasonable prices. They had two cashiers working and the lines went by pretty quickly. This was @ 11:30pm at night! Not a bad place but the guy at the register needs to pull his mask off his chin and put it over his mouth and nose. It a pharmacy, right? Lots of sick and vulnerable people pass through. Everything is great except pricing. Here for passport pic and its' outrageously expensive. $45 for 6 pictures with tax. CRAZY!!, I've never ever paid so much for 6 pictures. It's so much cheaper back in Malaysia and Singapore. How much does a paper cost?! With converted exchange rate it's RM200 or S$60 for 6 pics which cost probably RM15 or S$5 at most. Super crazy rate, don't ever take your pictures here! Or take it yourself and just print it. I'm pretty sure it's overpriced. Wouldn't have taken it if ain't for urgent matter. I absolutely adore the drive thru to pick up scripts! Especially to avoid standing in line with folks who can't quite figure out how to sneeze in one's elbow. (Preferably their own.) I mean, sometimes a sneeze or cough trigger fast & furious, so I suppose they can just get away from ya. Extremely rude customer service. We came to take a photo of our child and the assistant manager was extremely rude saying 'I don't have 30 minutes to waste taking a photo of your kid'. Are you kidding me? He took one blurry photo and then refused to take anymore saying he was too busy despite the store being empty. This is a brand new walgreens so still has the new store look. Everything in here is nice and clean. Its very unlike the other walgreen closer to my house. Their pharmacy section and also the front area check out counters does get backed up since there are not that many people working at all times so that's a little inconvenient. Also, I am not sure if it is because their staff is new as well, but the pharmacy department staff is quite slow with helping out people. read more

I went in there to get medication for my 19 month old son Who was a premie of 2 months. He was just d/c from the childrens hospital and the first two pharmacy we went to directed is to this one. I asked if the lady could please help me find an open pharmacy and she called someone on the over head over. One of the women asked her what's going on, tried to make it seem like she was going to help. oh nope she wasnt, she wa being nosey. I asked her if she knew a pharmacy that was open we could go to? she said She didn't, I asked if she could help be find one because the last two directed us to them. She rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders like "AND" I said excuse me, ummmm I have a 1 year old baby that needs medicine and I need your help to find an open pharmacy she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes again. i asked for the name and she told me after I read Destiny on her name tag. I asked her if she was ok and told her I wasn't being rude nor competeing with her nor did I want to argue I was just needing help to find a pharmacy for my baby. She did it again, the shoulders and the eyes. i Just said wow and said she was incredible on my way out the door. She was rude and didn't even give a crap. Pharmacies are part of the medical field chain the helps care for others by giving people the medication therapy needed to heal which means that person is sick or injured and for her not to give a ish about a 1 year old baby. She should probably work somewhere else. this is unacceptable and Walgreens has lost a loyal customer forever. Having employees tell a worried mother (me) to my face that they don't care and "and" with their body language and when my husband went in to talk to the manager that guy didn't today a word when she was doing that in front of her manager. She was even laughing at him, that manager man what a coward!! I would have asked her to remove her self for the moment and stepped in as Managers should in moments like this. This Walgreens is clean and new and is in a great location right on the corner but the bad thing is that the parking lot is very very small only a couple of spots available and it closes early its not 24 hours which is kinda bad cuz what if u need some type of over the counter meds and they are not accessible to u. review for the pharmacy. pros: open 24/7 cons: they dont seem to really know what theyre doing. case in point: waited FOREVER in line (5-10 min) with no one in front of me. finally get to the front, ask the lady a prescription+insurance question, she says "you have to go to the drop off window". proceed over there (here's where the real frustration begins) "pharmacist" is unwilling/unable to help. i was hoping to get more useful/creative type solutions to an insurance workaround. but she's just not in the mood to help i guess. i just said, fine. can i please just pay for this toothpaste at least. she said "you have to go back to the pickup window" basically... spent a good 20 min at walgreens for zero help and no information, just to purchase toothpaste. read more

My experience with this Walgreens has been a positive one, particularly because of the drive-thru pharmacy. They are quick and pleasant to deal with it. The wait at other pharmacies in the area are usually long and time it takes for them to fill a prescription so happy to give this Walgreens a 4 star. read more

This is only for the photo department. I do not know what is going on with their machine, but my prints turned out awful!!! They were devoid of warm colors. They really should check their ink levels before printing out photos. read more
