I was there for a bit in drive through, because she was checking my insurance information to see if they would cover my medication. I am never one to write reviews but i would like to share my experience so no one has to go through what i went through. am NEVER going back to this pharmacy again. I had the worst experience after getting my second dose of my covid vaccine. I was extremely nervous to get my second dose, i waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled time waiting for the pharmacist to arrive. when she arrived, i got called into the room to get it. i sat down and was taking deep breaths because i suffer from major anxiety. i told her i was okay and wanted to get it, i just needed a minute to calm down. she immediately said "i've never had any patient act the way you are right now." "are you going to get it? if not, please get out because i have things to do." i told her yes, that i wanted to get it and i just needed a minute. she then GRABBED my arm and gave it to me and told me to grab my stuff on the way out. i understand some people get impatient, but during this time, it's hard on everyone. pharmacists that i have been to in the past, have treated me with great care and the most patience. instead of disrespecting me, she should have had respected my wishes and gave me reassurance during this hard time. read more

This review is for the pharmacy only. I have never dreaded or hated going to a Walgreens pharmacy like I have with this one. The only thing that keeps me going is because it's down the street from my house. It doesn't matter the time or day this pharmacy is slooooow! I can't even justify it for lack of stuff because from the looks of it they have plenty. I've been to other Walgreens pharmacies before and it's never this slow. My experiences have been both walk up or drive thru. On top of it, their staff needs to be trained better. They once didn't run my prescription because my insurance was done, mind you they had my new insurance on file, and didn't bother to run it or call me. Just horrible. read more

I was in eye surgery and my sweet husband went to pickup my Rx for pain meds - the idiot Asian pharmacy tech gave my sweetheart such a hard time and made my husband go back twice making my Eye surgical team redo the Rx and then still they wouldn't fill it. The supervisor of the medical office called them and would still not honor the Rx saying they (the idiot tech) has to call her. On top of that instead of calling the correct medical office where I was at, they kept calling the corporate office location - what morons!! My husband left upset and frustrated with their incompetence and shameful customer service. Next thing you know, the medical office and the Walgreens pharmacist hookup and she says she was just going to fill it, but my husband left! Who wants to put up with all this crap?!$&@# We went to the WALGREENS in MENIFEE and got awesome customer service, NO TROUBLE, no attitude, friendly faces wanting to help me toward healing!! *** WALGREENS pharmacy tech of Murrieta Hot Springs (near Sam's Club)... you need to change your etiquette, your service really sucks!! read more

They have some good deals in here for the most part. It can be hard to find some things though, since the way that they have the place organized is really odd. I takes some getting used to, but once you have shopped there a few times it isn't too bad. There are some very friendly staff at this location for the most part, and I have never had any problem with them. Although, they have nobody on the floor whatsoever at any time, so if you have a question or need help finding something, you have to walk all the ay over to the register to get someone. Also Walgreen's has a terrible prescription policy. There generics are joke for the most part. Final Opinion - Some great bargains, but be prepared to search for them read more

5 STAR sevice from the assistant manager SARAH K. On December 23 , 2020 I had an issue with my western union which I did on their kiosk all the time and then cashier will print out a receipt. Sad to say i " Lost" my copy of the MTCN which is the most important thing, a lady name Gabbi said that there's no way they can print out a copy and just gave me a brochure of western union saying just call the customer service and come back to the store if needed.... I came back to the store and there is a lady who is very busy attending customer complaints and as soon as she is done she started helping me and patiently talk to the western union customer service and did not send me away but instead help me with all her best and she did successfully complete my transaction and get my money back easily Best customer service I encountered at walgreens! I came here after visiting the A+ Urgent Care up the street to get my prescription. I usually go to CVS but it was 8 and Walgreens was open later. I don't live in the area and was visiting my parents, i leave tomorrow morning for work at 6 am and then I'm heading back home which is about 2 hours away. When i arrived to Walgreens it was 8:20 and they said "ok give us 30 minutes to fill this." I said "ok i will go home and be right back." I had my toddler in the car so i wanted to drop her off at my parents so my dad could watch him and then come back to grab my medication. On the website it says the pharmacy closes at 10. So I arrive back at the pharmacy at 9:15 where a VERY rude lady turned the mic on to the drive thru of the pharmacy and said they were closed. The website had said 10 they closed but i get sometimes those times are wrong. But why at 8:20 would you tell me to come back in 30 minutes for my prescription when you close at 9?! Not once was this told to me. This wouldn't be a huge deal if i lived in the area but i don't and am leaving at 6 am tomorrow to head home. The pharmacy doesn't open until 8 am. I will be gone by then. The Indian lady in the pharmacy (i didn't get her name) proceeded to tell me "so why are you just now getting here if we close at 9?" I was amazed at how rude she was, clearly if i had known they closed i would've waited there instead of leaving. Once again why would you tell me to wait 30 minutes and hear me say I'll be back knowing you close at that time? She then proceeds to cut me off saying what time they open in the morning as i has already mentioned to her MULTIPLE times I'm not from the area and will already be gone tomorrow by the time they open. She says "ok go to the menifee location they are 24 hours." She had told me she would transfer my prescription to them and i could grab it. So i drive all the way across town to get it and they told me she 1.never called it in and 2. It wasn't even in their system. I couldn't call the doctor who prescribed it either because they closed at 8 pm. So after driving around town at almost 10 pm now i have no medication and have to go to my local doctor tomorrow afternoon and get a medication prescribed to me and go through the entire process again. I now see why you have 2 stars. Thankfully i don't live here and don't deal with this often. Maybe if you hired more professional people in your pharmacy that know how to speak to people and do their jobs you would get better ratings. (Not to mention when i first got their before i left and waited in like for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me and heard this lady speak the same to customers earlier that day too). I'd be embarrassed to have someone like that working for me. read more

The store itself is clean and well maintained, and employees are always friendly and helpful. But I had a minor problem with the PHARMACY technician lady this afternoon. She was obviously uncomfortable being asked twice why it was taking that long to just hand over the medication that was ready for pick up, she said "you are rude" probably because I appeared to be impatient. It should take a lot for an employee to say to a customer "you are rude." But she was quick to fire. Perhaps you should find another employment before a nervous breakdown. But thanks to the young pharmacist guy there who is always friendly. read more

Don' use the pharmacy very much anymore, but I really like their app for making photo prints. Usually they'll have a large discount code.

By far the BEST pharmacy I have ever been to. My son has pretty complex meds but the pharmacy staff are always super friendly and helpful. They go over and beyond for us. Especially, Josh and Vickie =) read more

This five star review is just for Vicky in the pharmacy. Every time I am there she is quick, efficient, and knows what she is doing! Today she was working along with the pharmacist who from what I understood, does not normally work at the store. They were getting slammed with people walking up to the counter and at the drive-through, Vicky and the pharmacist were both running back-and-forth between filling prescriptions receiving orders and handing them out. It was a real shame in walking out, and I will say one of the other staff members did come back and help bring people up, to see how busy they are in the pharmacy, and how much business that pharmacy brings into the store and yet they are left to work like that all the time. They're really needs to be more consideration and thought given to staffing of the pharmacy area. Well that was just the pharmacist and one assistant, I counted four people on the floor, not counting the ones it came back to help them run the drive-through window. Vicky and her constant professionalism when I come in is the reason I keep coming. I really hope some consideration is given to better staffing that pharmacy. read more

Okay i love walgreens but the staff there has always been just awful. I get my photos printed there and have to wait 10 minutes till i can actually find an employee to ask to help me. Usually they say "ok ill.find someone" but then they retreat back to the cash register to twirl their thumbs. LIKE SERIOUSLY. So i then wait about 10-15 minutes more and then someone finally crawls out of the back room and assists me. A few times i have just left in a rage because i just didnt have the time to waist 30 minutes to get my photos. This place is a joke. read more

Walgreens pharmacy service really sucks. My md called in a prescription and they actually dont have the medicine. It was tamiflu. So why did they not just tell my doctors office that they ran out so that the nurse would have just called somewhere? I dunno because walgreen pharmacy sucks! And the weird part is they even ran my insurance to make sure the medication was covered and then tell me they ran put of stock! Wtf? Walgreens corporate if you care about your costumers pls fire all the pharmacy staff or at least re train them. read more

Worst pharmacy in murrieta, the pharmacy staff argues on your medication. They take too long. I had argue with gal about my medication. I told her I will get sick if I dont take two. Always been two. Shes like says one on the bottle take one a day. So the pharmacist came to me saying we can only fill what it says on the bottle, but I told her how many years have I been coming here. U always done my prescription and its been two. Shes like ya I know Mrs Reynolds. But right now says one. And I huffed ripped the bag out of her hands. She like you know what I can fill one more prescription and its 30 days worth and u gotta see the Dr. I said I just saw him week ago. She goes ok I will call him and call u. But right now will fill u 30 days worth.. They call my name and pharmacist guy helps me. I asked if the bottle says take two a day or one. He says on the bottle take two a day. I said thankyou, Asian gal argued with me for 15 min on taking one. Hes like im sorry. I said no not Ur fault its hers. I will never go back here. I hope they lose lots of customers because they screw with people. read more

This is the best pharmacy in the area. All the staff are friendly and nice. The store is neat and clean and they follow all necessary rules for the safety of their customers. It may be busy at times but they are doing their best to give 100% customer service. Comparatively the best over all. read more

If you need your prescription - DON'T GO HERE - We have filled my child's medication here several times. It is the SAME prescription, we have it refilled every 90 days.... ONE would think they could anticipate that we would be back - NOPE - I try to drop it off, told I'm two days TOO soon, come back - I ask, will it be here when I come back "YES" - I drop it off, told it is out of stock, has to be ordered, this is a Friday, it will arrive on Monday - NO - it doesn't arrive, now - 11 days later, still no medication, there is a "rush" order put in, 10 days AFTER we dropped it off, and we MAY have it with the next delivery - really? What a joke - My child's medication is out for nearly two weeks - it isn't cheap, all told, it is 5k to YOU a year - if and when we EVER get this filled this is the last time - I'm so sick of this place having NOTHING in stock and NO concern if or when they will get it, no sense of urgency - If it were THEIR child without medication I bet it would be different - go someplace else unless you need to buy an enema, this place needs one! read more
