I stopped in over the weekend as they were part of an event at wall street and it was the best spot to get your espresso martinis! The bartenders were nice and got everyone's espresso tini orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. You could tell they were prepared for the crowds and were able to deliver. I've been to Wall Street a few times and it's my favorite place in the area. The staff is always nice and does a great job getting your drink right! My friends and I went here as part of a pub crawl for Cinco De Mayo on May 3rd . It was a great time until a couple of my friends went to the other side of the bar to try and order. The platinum blonde dude with the brown 'stache took one of my friend's orders and said "I'm not worried about them. They're broke" pointing to us...the group that was there as part of the pub crawl. Apparently, he didn't know that she was with us and she came back to tell me, too. Such a shame. I never cared for this place but we won't be going back. read more

I've never felt so disrespected by an employee in my life! Came with a girlfriend to get a drink after an event on Saturday 1/17. We were the only two customers in the ENTIRE room. We wait for several minutes while the male bartender talks to another female employee. He saw us but made no hurry to greet us or serve us. I'm patient and brush it off. My girlfriend goes to bathroom. Now I'm the ONLY person there. After several minutes he finally acknowledges that I've been standing there and I order two drinks. He asks if I want drinks my way or his way and I'm so confused bc it's Tito's and cran - I just want what I ordered without the riddle. Then, the bartender asks to see my hands and I'm so confused so I hold up my hands and he grabs them and holds them and comments that im married. I was excited to come to this restaurant and ended up really disappointed. As every other Friday, every payday Friday, a coworker and myself, select a restaurant and go there for lunch. We went in, saw the bar area 2 groups of two sitting there, and the tables, we sat at a table. A group of four came in a minute behind us and sat at the bar and another group of 2 sat at the bar. We were not acknowledged by anyone. The bartender took care of the group of four that came in right behind us and then the other 2 people that came in. We were patiently waiting. Finally one of the girls in one of the duos at the bar gets up, comes to us and tells us the bartender is really busy, her apologies, do we want anything to drink? She also told us she works there and was there mistakenly by a wrong schedule, but she will get approval from manager to clock in. Well, Jessy was our server, and her service was ok. Our server's name was Terrell (I think). He was on top of bringing the little ones' food and drinks so they didn't have to wait long to eat. The atmosphere here is casual and a little noisy, so the little ones fit right in. We tried the Dos Dips appetizer, which is nachos served with queso mixed with black beans and guacamole. We added queso to the Dos Dips appetizer, which turned it into Tres Dips. It was very good. My grand daughter loved the guacamole. I ordered the Mexican Rice Bowl which contained rice. salsa, refried beans, roasted chicken, sour cream, and cheese. The portion size was huge. My bowl tasted excellent and was very filling. My husband enjoyed the Jerk Chicken Sandwich that he ordered. Our server was very attentive throughout the meal, checking on us and refilling drinks frequently. This place on Sunday has a simple brunch. It does not get a lot of people, so it can serve the brunch purpose. They have drink specials including $15 unlimited mimosa with different juices. As well as bloody Mary's etc. Our server was very friendly and patient with our large group. My chicken and waffles were good, it's served with fries which I actually couldn't eat it all. Ok so it's a tex mex spot right, but the fried chicken sandwich is literally one of the best I have tasted! As one of my fave guilty pleasure treats, I have had a few and can say this one is muy rico. The sweet sauce is a nice contrast of sweet and sourish, the chicken is generous and fried to perfection, brioche bun is buttery soft and it is always super fresh. Fries are solid every-time. Half is really perfect for me, could be great to share. They have amazing drink specials and the staff is kind and on point all the time. As a local, I expected downtown food to taste amazing if you compare it to other cities. To start, the chicken in the Mexican rice bowl was too cooked.it was not full of flavor and was super dry. Secondly, they added way too much beans so when you mix the food together, all you could taste is the beans. I am a person who finish my food but it was very hard to finish for sure. I would give 4 stars for the food itself but because the service I received was so terrible, I'm giving 2 stars. I ordered the appetizer of chicken nachos, which were really good and a big portion! I didn't even finish it all! my friend had a rice bowl and that looked amazing as well. Now as for the service. it was particularly slow that day as it was early afternoon and raining (we sat outside). The waitress did not bring us menus, we got them ourselves. & we had to go to the bar inside to order drinks. Our waitress was training a new girl and unfortunately I think they chose the wrong person to train her. I must have asked for a highchair 5 times before we got up and grabbed one ourselves - after the waitress told us they didn't even have one. I went here during happy hour and my boyfriend and I shared a steak quesadilla along with a couple drinks. Service was really friendly and attentive but I wish our server was more well versed in the happy hour menu. We didn't realize the HH menu was so small and only certain items applied to it. It said quesadilla on the HH menu but it was only chicken for the deal. When we asked our server before ordering he just said "yeah, I think so" but we probably should've had him check first so we didn't realize until our bill came. Five minutes later one of our group went and got menus from a container near the door. They also asked the bouncer if he could find someone to come over to our table. He didn't. I picked out what I wanted to order for dinner, but after being TOTALLY ignored for twenty minutes, we decided to leave. Not one employee acknowledged us and the bouncer said nothing as we left. We came here for their Happy Hour which is surprisingly from 2pm-7pm. We had gone to another restaurant's Happy Hour the day before so we were looking for cheap eats. The restaurant is located on the corner of Wall Street right across from Subway. Parking is limited to street parking or business parking. The sign at the front of the restaurant will direct whether or not you need to wait to be seated or to seat yourself. We sat outside since it was lovely. Fair warning, when you do sit outside you'll likely be interrupted by passerby's. The restaurant is colorful and plays a variety of music - when we were there Sum 41, Blink 182 and your alternatives oldies were playing. I ordered the $9 platter which allows you to try 4 of their Happy Hour special tacos (i.e. Beef/Chicken, Pescado, Chicken and ) The Pescado had to be my favorite. They used earthy spices to season the tilapia and it was delicious. The beef taco was delicious as well. I will have to say the Chicken was odd, it felt like I was eating popcorn chicken in a soft tortilla wrap - it didn't hit my palate. Service was great. Tonight's visit offered a very tasty meal (not a healthy option, but that choice was mine) paired with extremely attentive and really friendly service by Kylee (Thanks!!). Our group of friends chose exterior seating and that worked out great. Lots of leisure time by dining a bit early, so we never once felt rushed. I have been to this bar 1,000 times for drinks - service is great, it gets really busy on the weekends. We decided to go there for dinner last week. Our service was WAY better than I thought - I guess I just assumed a downtown bar wouldn't have good service for food only, but I was wrong! The server was great, very friendly and patient with us while we decided on the meals. The food is pretty good too! I thought the mac & cheese was going to be seasoned in some type of Cajun sauce, however it was the chicken that was. No worries, however are the people that ordered seem to enjoy their meal. We were a bit disgusted when we weren't Given straws, we ask our waiter what happened to the straws and he told us that the store is practicing to not use so many straws because of what they do to the environment, we still asked for straws anyway because we thought that was ridiculous for restaurants of this caliber did not hand out straws or to expect people to use their mouth on restaurant glass cups.
