They have a huge menu up by the cashier where you order your meal. We'd heard their burgers are the best, so I went with the single w/mighty sauce (their special sauce, which is 1000 Island dressing and mayo...it was perfect on the burger), which came with a fountain drink and fries. Hubby got a double cheeseburger w/mighty sauce, as well. The burgers are chargrilled and served on toasted Hawaiian rolls...so good!!! After we ate our perfectly cooked burgers, we decided to try one of their famous fried treats. We went with the deep fried oreos...OMG! They were melt in your mouth delicious and probably not a good idea, because I never wanted to stop eating them...LOL!!! We totally enjoyed all the food and atmosphere, but I will say, the customer service was also on point. A lot of food for the money! We ordered a gyro and a burger and were planning on sharing each so we had them cut both in half. We never made it to the burger and had to take it home. The fries are the best I've had in years and I rarely like fries. The staff and management are very friendly and Mike the owner will come and hang out with you. It's more of a 4.5 but that's not an option so I gave it a five. The place is so much fun! It is decorated in a superhero theme and they have video games that the kids can play for free. The food is tasty and not overpriced. Unlike most chain places, when I wanted to order a combo but asked the guy what the price would be if I did not want a soda, he offered to take a couple of bucks off the price. The walls at Wally's are covered with Marvel Comic Decor, I really enjoyed looking around as my meal was being prepared. Wally's offers a large menu to select from and there are lots of condiments to choose from. You can build your own burger or get one of Wally's specialty burgers. On this visit my lunch companion and I ordered cheese burgers, onion rings, and cokes. The burgers at Wally's are flavorful, juicy, and very large. These burgers are large enough for two (if you want to share). Wally's uses grilled King's Hawaiian rolls for their burgers, which gives these burgers a slightly sweet taste, making it the perfect burger combination. The onion rings at Wally's are delicious, thin, crispy with onion in every bite. In addition to great burgers Wally's offers many desserts (deep fried brownies, Twinkies, oreos, ice cream etc). Oh my gosh! Such a hidden gem of a restaurant! I almost want to keep it a secret but I have been telling everyone I know to check this place out! Not only is their food amazing, but their super hero decorated restaurant makes it more amazing! We're not a super hero family but we were blown away and love that they play movies, it's my kids favorite thing, besides their food and arcade games. The staff here has to be the sweetest and most welcoming I've ever met! From the moment you walk in, to ordering, to getting your food (they take it to your table if they're not busy) and until you leave you'll have great service! This place is amazing! We went there for my grandsons birthday and the staff was so polite and just seemed happy to be there. The gentleman running this place has to be one of the friendliest, welcoming people in the restaurant business. He asked when I walked in if I had been there before and when I said no he came out from behind the counter to explain all of the food available. I had a basic cheeseburger combo and it came out perfect. They toast King's Hawaiian Rolls for buns, then perfectly cook the patty and add the toppings. The fries were great as well. I have had some awesome burgers since moving to Phoenix, but this might be the best. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Saw this place and finally made it in with my kiddos for dinner. The place looks normal walking up with what they offer on the outside. Still the worse burger place in town. After not having gone there for over 3 years because of being so bad I heard they had new owners so I tried it again Horrible, Horrible Hamburger, and Fries.. Hamburger patties over cooked, 1 slice of tomato, very little lettuce and onion, one little slice of pickle, don't know where the cheese went, drowned in thousand Island, put between an untoasted bun than just smashed together flat.
