My wife usually uses Wally Park exclusively when she flies. She notified me that one of her tires was showing low on the computer when she was parking for a trip. I called to ask if they could assist as I would assume this is a common occurrence. I was told that this was not the parks responsibility and I was welcome to call a tow truck.. WHAT A NIGHTMARE.....I recommend that you not use WallyPark. This last Sunday, 1/5/25, I had a terrible experience with WallyPark. I had been on travel for 11 days. I returned to the International Airport in Atlanta, but I was very sick. Our flight had been delayed by over 4 hours, and we were very tired as we had been traveling over 20 hours. I called WallyPark and was told that a shuttle would pickup me and my wife at the International terminal. After being put on hold for a couple minutes, we were told that a pickup was "confirmed". We waited about 1/2 hour out in the cold, and then I called back. Again, I was put on hold, and again was told that our pickup was "confirmed". We then waited another 1/2 hour with no shuttle to pick us up. I called again, and a different person answered. I asked where our pickup was. I was then informed that since it was after 8:30 p.m., no shuttles pickup at the International terminal. I explained that I had called twice previously, and that I had been told that pickup was confirmed. The representative told me I needed to take a free shuttle to the Domestic Terminal and then I could be picked up. We walked over to the free shuttle, and found an extensive line that was estimated to be at least 1/2 hour before we would be picked up to go to the Domestic Terminal. As I was very sick, and had been waiting for well over an hour in the cold. So, my wife and I took a taxi to WallyPark. it cost us $40, but at least we could get our car. Then I was charged $15.95 due to the additional time as a result of my flight delay, and lack of pickup from WallyPark. Based on my horrendous experience, I do not intend to use WallyPark again. read more

It is okay as a parking service but I wouldn't consider it as my first option. One of the drivers was clearly unconcerned about my safety one day while I was on the bus driving at high speeds to my destination. I arrived and there was no one at the gate for any assistance. I scanned my qr code that I got from my on line reservation, but there was no signage or staff to indicate where to park. I just picked a spot and then had to walk to the end of the aisle with my bags to get the bus driver to know I was there. We proceeded to pick up many more people. One particular person parked in the wrong place because of course there was no 1 to tell us the right places to park and he followed him around the parking lot until he parked in the correct space and then picked him up. This whole process took about 20 minutes. Instead of having multiple buses, there only ever seemed to be one bus picking up people. We expressed to the bus driver that a few of us had flights to catch soon. The bus driver just indicated that you should come to the airport 3 to 4 hours early, I'm gonna do what my boss tells me to do, and that's it. I can appreciate that, but at the same time Wally Park should have more buses picking people up, this is the only off airport parking place I've ever been to where there's only one bus on the premises for pick up dropping them off especially on a Friday. I would not recommend Wally Park. They do not have enough staff to serve adequately. read more

I have been using Wally for years I will say this the wait for drivers can take longer than other companies, and that is why it is not 5 stars but this driver, Russell was one of the best I ever had at Wally the only one who tells you leave bags on crub he will put them on bus and take them off bus when you get to your car. You don't even need to ask. I was lucky he was my driver to arrivals and 5 days later my pickup driver .And unlike some other shuttle drivers at other companies I have used, he does not demand anything in return.. he tells me it's just his job.. but I tipped him anyway for his great attitude and service read more

The supervisor Tina was my driver last week to the airport . I was beyond disappointed, annoyed with the level of customer service and time management. I arrived at Wally Park at 4:03 AM. I did not pull out of the gate until 4:20 AM. That is ridiculous especially since there was another shuttle on site. Tina was terrible the entire bus was complaining. She drove around the lot until every single seat was filled. This morning I arrived at Wally park at 4:05 AM I walked up to Shuttle and witness supervisor Tina as my driver. I walked back to my car so fast, I will weather pay $19 at the airport then drive on the shuttle with her and arrive extremely late to the airport. Let me start with the Pros. Price and that's the end of it. Now Cons: 1- Although in their confusing instructions(outside door A1 or A2?) they mention for pick up, text "Shuttle" to (678) 293-7255, but they absolutely have no idea how many people request shuttle pick ups at the same time. As a result they just send one rude driver and just imagine you're at ATL waiting 30 min for the shuttle and when it arrives and while you're loading your luggage in the back, other people jump in and take all the seats. Well, the only thing you can do is taking back your luggage and politely ask the driver to use her radio and ask for another shuttle. Then "Benicia" the driver starts screaming at you that "get away from me. I'm doing my job etc". Very rude, harassing and unprofessional behavior. 2- obviously you asked the driver to use her radio for a reason. Cuz they are not answering their phones and put you on hold for 25-40 min. Long story short, I gave up and called uber. Paid $33 to get there and pick up my car. Benicia, the rude driver was there. I tried to complain but there were no ears for that. They just don't care! I was waiting for a Wally bus standing under the letter H next to the little booth and a male Wally driver was driving up towards me so I walked out of the booth and onto the street as the driver slowed down thinking he's going to stop and pick me up. I have been waiting on a bus to pick me up and take me back to the lot for over 30 minutes. All of the other parking shuttle companies have buses coming in every 2-3 minutes. I have used these guys plenty over the years and always had a good experience, but my last 3 flights in the last 4 months have been horrible with them. I will never use Wally Park again. Well, if you're smart and are reading ahead of time then let me spare you the pain and tell you why I will no longer use Wally Park. Arrived in ATL. Waited almost 30 minutes after texting their number as requested. Call their office. No one picked up. Driver was nice. Seemed like he did the best he could but my goodness what a horrible experience. I guess they are short staffed? What a shame. Had to enter the van from the BACK of the vehicle which was fine for me but I felt bad for the older couple who were asked to do the same. In short: Book with another company. Got to the pickup lane, waited over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. The customer representative said that traffic was the issue. However, other shuttles were arriving at a minimum of 3 per company during the same time. There were over 40 people including children waiting. Some decided to Uber because it was late and they still had to drive several hours to their destination. When the shuttle finally showed up, it was rushed by people desperately wanting to get to their vehicles but everyone couldn't fit. It was a nightmare! My husband and I have used this location for years. We were pleased they expanded. However, what we are not pleased with is the raised prices and subpar service. The driver passed by a group of people instead of waiting to pick us up at the assigned area. Also, he remained in his seat and did not assist anyone with their luggage. The ONLY benefit of Wally Park in Atlanta is their new covered parking area. Everything else sucks. They raised prices but haven't improved services. Every other company has more buses that make more trips and keep customers from waiting for extended periods. Do t bother complaining.
