Thirdly, and this is what prompted me to write this review, their scheduling for follow-up Rotation & Balance is horrible. I was contacted after making an online appointment to ask if I would be waiting for the vehicle. As a result of saying yes, it was recommended to me to choose the next day to ensure the vehicle would get prompt attention. HOWEVER, that was not the case. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes (including the 30 minutes I showed up early) my vehicle was still not in the bay being serviced. In the words of Seinfeld, you know how to take the reservation, you just dont know how to honor the reservation. So disappointed in the whole Tire Discounter experience. As I drove away I called them back to tell they didn't fix it there is still a vibration. They told me I know better than them what's going on with my car and I authorized the fix so I'm stuck with the payment. Moreover, it took them a week to get my shocks replaced. The vibration was coming from the front. Now, all of a sudden after they had it the vibration is coming from the rear and the front is fine. On Friday, 10-24-25, I took my car to have an oil change at meineke in South Huntsville location. When my wife arrived to pick it up, she noticed a large crack on the passenger side of the windshield. I immediately brought it to the technician's attention, and he called the manager, Logan (Anthony), back to inspect the damage. Once Logan came back into the shop, he took pictures of the damage and said he would contact me back the next day for a resolution. I waited until 4 p.m. the next day and had to call him myself. He claimed to have reviewed the footage and said "nothing happened," suggesting the crack occurred after the car was parked outside, facing a highway, and therefore they would not be take responsibility and would do nothing even though the car was in their custody. Additionally, they forgot to put the "oil change" sticker on the windshield, a small detail that says a lot about their lack of care and attention... I then requested the corporate number, which he said he didn't have, and would get back to me, which also did not happen yet. I later emailed Meineke corporate, only to be told that the locations are "independently owned and operated," and they couldn't do anything either. Translating to that being my problem after all, even though the damage occurred during the time the car was in their custody. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed by their lack of accountability and professionalism. I had to take my broken truck to Toyota to fix. Toyota told me discount tire put the lug nuts on and broke all six of them including all six lugs. They had a hard time getting them off. Toyota fixed my broken wheel at a cost of 525.00. And discount tire just says they nothing to do with it. DISCOUNT TIRE will brake your vehicle and not fix it. I also heard another customer had there wheels work on and when they drove off the parking lot the whole wheel came off. Discount was supposed to just check my air in my tire and ended up breaking my truck. And now tells me its out of their hands. Save yourself a lot of money and dont go there for anything. They will break your vehicle.

It didn't cost me anything i used my Ford pass points But i could have had two works oil change done for what Quick lanes charged me for one !!!!!!!!!
