I immediately went to Athens Ford where I was informed that Rapid Lube did not put the oil stick back in all the way, causing oil to pour on the motor. I tried to call back up there and tell them and they hung up on me. After further research I found the owner and his number. Mr. Leon Smallwood informed me that his employees said I was rude and he had lawyers to do whatever I had to do. Please don't ever take your car here. It's like playing russian roulette. I went back the next day and they said they removed the monitors and didn't replace them, just put regular valves on. So, they sent me home with three missing monitors. As on older woman, I don't know a lot about cars and I feel he was definitely trying to take advantage of me. They also asked for a donation to a charity.
