I ended up having to call 22 times just to get through. To make matters worse, when the guy finally answered the phone, he sounded completely annoyed to be helping me.While the actual issue was eventually fixed, the customer service was extremely frustrating. I really wish I could have given them a 5-star review, but because of the poor communication and the hassle it took to get a resolution, a 3-star rating is the absolute highest I can go. read more

Time management and customer service really need improvement. There were only two people in line, yet I waited about 20 minutes without being helped. The employee kept walking in and out and never asked if we needed anything. I eventually left and took my business elsewhere. I've been coming here for a long time, but the quality of service has gone downhill. The staff are often rude when you ask questions or request assistance. Management or corporate should definitely look into this. read more

I had an appointment. I was on time. There was no place to park where I was instructed to park on the paperwork and the auto job manager was extremely rude when I tried to ask where to park. It took 2 HOURS to mount 2 tires on rims and put on truck. The mechanics are slow, in no hurry what so ever. It is difficult to communicate with the mechanics on things ...how much air to put in the tires, etc. The mechanic seemed to be very unaware about air levels in different size tires, etc. It is ridiculous that you have to wait in a long line when your car is ready after service. That should be a separate person handling this. Only one person at the counter. The whole operation is unprofessional and questionable on skill level....a lot of red flags. Corporate definitely does not care about the auto center operation. I won't be going back. read more

I bought a battery in September and it's now dead. The issue is that I have been calling tge rosedale and gosford location for two days and finally someone put me on hold. 5 minutes later I was hung up on. I called back and someone answered again after 3 minutes of constant ringing to tell me she needs to transfer me back and no one has been answering the calls. She got back one the phone and said no one is answering. I am assuming she was an answering service, but I asked why I have been calling two wal-mart locations for two days and no one can answer the call. She had no answer or concern for the issue. I don't know why no one can answer the phone and no one knows how to transfer a call to someone that can answer a phone. I know it's wal-mart but come one get your crap together and answer a phone call. And train the people who answer your calls what to do. The manager should be aware as you could be missing potential sales and revenue because you staff is incompetent and doesn't know how to answer anything but a cell phone in hand. What's a landline? Figure it out!!! Don't buy anything unless you plan on going in for all problems. read more

Best customer service I have seen at a Walmart auto care center!! Line was a bit long although I was served quickly and efficiently. Car was taken into service within 15 minutes and oil change was completed within 30-40 mins. Great service! read more

An oil change at Walmart is the cheapest in town, but it doesn't include topping off all fluids and the air filter replacement, like most other oil change places do. Some of them even including a car wash. The only fluids they top off are power steering and window washing fluid. They don't check the coolant or change the air filter. SO If you want just a cheap oil change, this is it. If you care to spend $10-$20 more than you can get all fluids topped off, plus a new air filter and even a car wash. Next time,I'll take it to Mobil, they offered all that for a special of $69.99. I just came here because I was in the area. But I'll never come back here for any type of car service. The customer service people here are awful at customer service. They wanted to charge extra for the purchase of air filter, wipers, etc. And extra for installing them. I said no thanks, I'll wait until the next oil change and then I'll take the car to a real oil change shop. Works of all, they left by car, windows down and unlocked all by itself parked on the back when they were done. Anyone could've taken anything. What's so difficult about locking the doors? I guess we don't pay enough for them to do that. read more

He was very helpful when it came to purchasing and installment of all 4 tires on my car! Plus also the workers in the back who were working very hard that day on Black Friday. One word...Mike! Auto care is necessary and not always fun. I will continue to patronize this auto care center if Mike is there. Several employees were working, but by far, Mike was the friendliest, most helpful, and engaging. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. Show up early if you don't want to spend additional time waiting for work to be completed. There is a seating area while you wait. read more

Store manager called back and said she would definitely sit down and talk to the employees that made such a disastrous store experience. Manager was very nice and apologetic. I don't think that will necessarily have me get service done on my car there again but it was nice to hear back from a manager. read more

Fidel is just on top of his game! This guy is doing everything. It's only him working at the front and there's been many people in line. He's been going back and forth very quickly and trying to get everyone taken care of. He's great and looks like he cares for his job and for the people that are coming in to get service here. I gave him a little bit of a hard time but he handled it very easily and resolved my problem. Good stuff FIDEL! Really appreciate you boss!! read more
