This damage now requires me to replace the entire headlight, which is discontinued and extremely difficult to find. While the employees attempted to locate the part and claimed it was in stock based on online information, it turned out it was not available anywhere. Throughout this process, the staff appeared inexperienced, unknowledgeable, and lacked a positive or professional attitude, which only added to the frustration of the situation. About a month prior to that visit, I had gone to the same location for a new car battery. The employees struggled significantly to remove the old battery. After installing the new one, they applied a jelly-like substance to "prevent corrosion." Unfortunately, this caused the opposite effect and led to my starter failing, which cost me over $500 to repair. Due to these repeated issues, poor workmanship, and unprofessional service, I would strongly recommend either doing the work yourself or going to a professional mechanic instead of relying on this location for installations or assistance.
