At the register I was offered the opportunity to purchase, on sale 2/$5 fuel cleaners. I accepted and was very appreciative of the fact he recommended an item I will need for my vehicle and the benefit! Micheal went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle outside by hooking up the monitor, checking my battery (which was located in the rear of the vehicle under a cover for the spare tire), the alternator, and even placed the air fresheners inside my car vents! Micheal truly displayed superior customer service, acknowledged my concerns and answered all my questions in a professional and pleasant manner! AUTOZONE JOB WELL DONE WHEN YOU SELECTED MICHEAL!!!!!

I was able to find the product I needed on their website, plug in the correct Napa location from which I wanted to order, and check the little box for free next day delivery, and just like that... The Napa Fairy (I mean, super reliable delivery driver. Lol!) came to my doorstep with the product and receipt in hand. I made sure to call to follow up on my online order to ensure it went through to the store with no issues, and the staff answered quickly and was very friendly. Super appreciated since my car was stressing me out! I mean, who offers service like that anymore, especially when it comes to auto problems?? His little machine showed that a new battery was needed and 'maybe' there'd be some credit for this one. He could not have been less help or more rude...... Now, the rest of the story....the car had trouble starting this morning so I went to Walmart/Greenfield. They said I needed new battery so after 'investing' in a very expensive battery which I was told would last at least 4 years and probably closer to 7 years, I now have a $49 Walmart battery.
