Had this location perform 100K mile service on my Honda Pilot, which I have owned and maintained…read moresince new. $1700 which included timing belt kit replacement (tensioner, belt, water pump). After 2 years, the engine developed a loud knock. Inspection by another shop found the timing belt disintegrating and the tensioner was failing. Calling Ken Towery's and referencing my previous work order number, they were unable to tell me what parts/manufacturer were used. When I stated a timing belt should last much longer than 2 years, they stated it was outside the warranty period and there was nothing they could do. After inspecting the parts they used, they appeared to be sub-OEM quality. Attached pictures show pieces of the timing belt as it was coming apart. Also, the wrong color anti-freeze was used for a Japanese vehicle. The front line staff is very friendly, as a positive.

Our van just had a new tire put on & the tire is going flat in KY at 3 am. The ladies made it to a tire shop & waited for them to open at 8 am. Well they told us we only work on 18 wheelers & did not help at all. They sat & watched while the ladies jacked up the van & put the spare on. This is a 19 ft van & 9 ft tall with dogs in it so little harder than changing tire on a car. What happened to being a good human & helping out if you can?
