So I stoped by. It's now jun 27. They tell me it will not be touch until after July 4th weekend even though they said next day service if they tow... did this for a whole month up til this day just buying time.... But there's more. I walked in today 1 month later and ask what's the update. And I that I'm kinda frustrated. He through a whole temper like he was waiting for a trigger word bad juju . He slammed my keys said I need to pay. I said you should be paying me . He slid me my keys told me to get out .. I respect my elders so I did just that ... Morale of the story terrible customer service, no integrity , didn't stand by his Words, loss money for my truck being down. I would take it to Jiffy lube or Firestone before I ever think of this place again. To the owner who might get a watered down story call me y'all have my number

They told my daughter and I that they would have my vehicle ready 11/8/24 I said okay pick up up on Monday. I talked to them Thursday and Friday and said if pick up on Monday. I called Monday morning had to leave VM. To call returned so I called again and left VM. Then I got mad and started calling all their numbers. And the number on their website that says text this number for quicker service...is a landline and can't text it!! Here it is Tuesday almost noon, their phone still not being picked up, no word on if my vehicle is fixed. Sorry this place gets an F !!!

I started taking my vehicle here after they opened in Richlands. Initially I thought "great, just…read morewhat we need in the area is another car wash". The customer service here is really good and the wash is fairly good. It doesn't wash some of the tighter areas or the wheel wells, but it's fine because of the free vacuum, glass cleaner, interior shine, towels that are abundant and included with the service. What I recently discovered, they'll clean your rubber/weather tech mats for you while you're vacuuming and detailing your vehicle. Bonus. I think the price is fair because of all the extras they offer. I also signed up for the wash club. I'll be using that a lot. For now. Expectation management. If you're looking for the wash itself to clean it immaculate, you should just do it yourself. I enjoy detailing my vehicle here. Worth a try.

Clean, and attractive, easy to get through when the line is short, and friendly staff…read more There are tons of vacuums and they provide both stick and wide hoses between every car spot so you can get into hard-to-reach places. And with vacuums between each car on both sides its easy to get the inside clean fast. Just before you go in there is a staff member who will scrub the front and rear window and the front bumper area. I don't know how well it works because I still have to scrub a bit after the wash with the wet hand towel they provide to get bugs off the front of the vehicle. They provide hand towels, to wipe down your car which you need to do because ti will be spotted and there will be places the drive-thru wash can't get clean. I wish they would drive the hand towels because they are often too wet to get your car properly wiped down. I suggest bringing your own dry tower to wipe everything down after the wash. There is a car mat station but it says no plastic which all car mats have nowadays, I don't think it works, when I tried it, it did not seem to do anything. Last, I don't feel any of the options are a great value, I'm new to Richlands but where I moved from had many car washes that were basically the same thing and cost about 40% less for each level of service. For some reason they have a paid attendant stand out by the tough screen who touches it for you and inserts your card for you, I'm glad they are making jobs for people but if you can't select your option on a touch screen on your own, you're probably not competent to be driving a car either. Its jut an unnecessary added expense.
