Today, I found a screw in my tire. I called and asked if they took walk ins. I was able to get in at 7:15ish, the front staff was great, listened to my concerns. I told him that I found a screw in one tire but would like the others checked just in case. At 8:15 I was walking out with a patched tire. It was $27 and change. The check out was quick and friendly. Friendly and dedicated. I'd give them 5 stars except it was $140 for the diagnostic results to be "we couldn't fix it, we think it's electrical or needs a computer reset." I's still go to them again, but I kinda feel places shouldn't charge if they can't diagnose the problem. But again, still 4 stars because they are great to deal with overall. And in all honesty if I was a very wealthy person, I probably wouldn't care, because the money wouldn't matter (but it does, lol). Dont trust them; verify any work you have done in this shop. I had some work done here and mechanic over pressurized my tire. He filled it almost to the max tire pressure, and then told me it would settle after driving it for a while. I checked TPMS and it was high on the tire. I drove down the road for a few minutes to see if TPMS just needed to update and noticed everything felt off balance. I pulled over and checked pressure... and confirmed TPMS was correct and my tire had been filled intentionally to the max. I had to drain over 15psi. This would have resulted in a tire blow out that could have injured me, my family, or some third party. This was deliberate, irresponsible, and for other people that dont do 99% of their vehicle maintenance, this could have ended very badly...and they would never know to sue the company for their poor quality control and lack of concern for their customers' safety. I can't give less than one star, but the one star can stay because this experience served to reaffirm my disgust of trashy repair shops ripping people off. Don't message me trying to "fix it". Fix your employees. You will never regain my trust, nor my business, and I will ensure no one I know puts their life in your hands. read more

I'm just moved to the area and a Marine recommended this place. I'm no mechanic but I knew something was wrong. Took my truck there after a diagnostic at two places showed nothing was wrong. They took the time to find the problem, took a day to fix it. It was a problem that could have led to the engine blowing a gasket. Right now I'm happy. Truck even sounds a little better. Gonna make this short and sweet. My car is in great shape and when I took it here it was for a typical diagnostic/oil change. I had contacted another auto business and this place was recommended. Where I come from a similar business would have coffee for the people that have to wait and be warm and welcoming. This place offered nothing but did have a way of extracting more money as they had a food machine present. I felt like I was a transient and couldn't wait to leave. When I asked for a quote as to what it would cost I was told the price without the tax which was already stellar. 39.95! After waiting for a half hour I got my car back to the tune of 47.39. So essentially, for what I would have typically paid 19.95 for back home I paid almost twice that here. Sad. I thought that this would be a personable place unlike the franchises but I was wrong. Went to this location less than a month ago for 4 brand new tires. We returned our to our car yesterday to see a flat tire and took the tire to them today only to find out that when we purchased the four brand new tires that "we" did not buy the service package. Well we were never even offered the program!!!! The initial experience with them was less than blah, as they seemed bothered that we were even there and after today we shall not be troubling them with our vehicle needs. I went back to this place a year later just to have my brakes checked today and they said I needed a new timing belt so I had it done for $300. I looked back on my old receipt which was done back in January and it said I had a new timing belt replaced. I looked up timing belts and mine is good for 60,000 miles so the guy lied to me and and when I showed him the proof he said it was his mistake but still charged me because the job was done already. Where do I start. Well I was ripped off to say the least. Went in a few months ago, First (maybe second time going to this place) I went in to get my car serviced/ state inspection ( had check engine light on) the people here started out friendly, but by the end of it they were not so nice. The kept telling me I had to get a b c d don't to my car but they needed all the health and diagnostic test done to my car. I get that it needs to start the process to figure out what was going on with my car so it could pass state inspection. Long story short, they failed me for my my state and they had no clue what was wrong with my car. Told me I needed all 4 new tires and already had chosen for me what to get and what have you when it was time for me to pay for service. Ended up taking my car somewhere else to get a second opinion and, I DIDN'T actually need new tires, they were in the appropriate range, clearly. Also, was able to tell me what was wrong with my car. Ended up being less than 100 with 2 things being done rather than the 400+ and serval things that I was told I needed here. Plus, I passed my state inspection. Summary of the story, I feel like I was ripped off to say the least! read more

Where do I begin.. Terrible. Went in for a state inspection last week and it was terrible service. First it took forever for anyone to even realize I was there. Most of all, I got a crooked inspection done to my car. By crooked I mean I was scammed. Told me I had several things wrong and couldn't even give me an explanation to why or what, just kept repeating. Told me my tire what showing underlining tread when it clearly wasn't, newer tires and I know how to measure them myself. Tried to get me to spend money on all these things that were apparently wrong, I refused but they kept repeating how I needed this stuff done. Needless to say I paid for the state inspection and a test on my car ( before I realized they were cheating me) took my car to another shop and it turned out my car had nothing wrong! Have taken my RV here for brake and tire service and spent a couple thousand dollars which I thought was more than fair. Today I take my daughters 2010 for focus in for inspection. They call me and say needs wipers and head light. Tell them to do the work, how long, how much? He says 45 min to an hour and $138.00. I figure most of it labor but that seems high. He calls me back 10 min later and says its done. No way, I just got charged $70.00 for changing a $1.00 light bulb. Argued on the phone, he said what do you want to pay? So ticked off I said $50. Went to autozone before i picked up car and asked them about it. Guy said he would of put it in for free if I bought it there. Went to Blacks Tire to pick up the car, after making a seen he charged me for inspection, wiper blades and bulb, $58.00. Why was I over charged in the the first place. Won't be going back there and now I wonder about my break work. read more
