The manager said I could have my RV towed to the parking lot and park it around back. They offered me a "free oil change". They said I could work on it in there parking lot and use there tools for free. They have very competitive prices and are at the heart of the community with all the amenities with in walking distance of there store. They even said they could get the special order parts by the next day.They even said I could plug my RV in one of the store outlets while I work on it. I have been to many of the Memphis Tennessee corporate owned companies stores across the country. This store has the best people if you are broken down.

He told me the only wiper blades he had for my truck was $37.95 each. I ask if there was any others he didn't answer. It was raining outside. So don't go to auto zone for wiper blades unless you have a $100 bill .

Service is usually good but sometimes you get someone that just doesn't want to be there like my experience last night. Tried to get the service guy to pull up my purchase history to tell me when I bought brakes last for one of my vehicles and if the parts were still under warranty. I don't know if he just didn't want to fool with me or what but he basically told me it wasn't in the computer. Well he just left and started helping other customers so I took over the computer and found what I wanted. Lol. ‍. Today I went back to swap out my old warranty parts and buy some other parts and the guy I got was amazing.

I was recently in the area to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family, we discovered that my left…read moreheadlight was burnt out on the night we were going to be driving back home to Pennsylvania in the middle of the night. The employee (I believe his name was Aaron) was super helpful. I thought the headlight would be easy enough to change on our own, but it wasn't. It was on the side where the battery was and it needed to be somewhat taken apart to change the bulb. The AutoZone employee we got did whatever he could to get us back up and running for our drive home! Thank you!!!
