Making an appointment was fast and easy and customer service was great up to this point. So far so good. I made my appointment for 8am for a diagnostic and was told i could expect to hear something back around noon. After not hearing anything, I called close to 1pm and was told my car was next for service. When 4pm came around and I didn't hear anything I called again only to find out my car still wasn't looked at. At this point I was told to expect my car to be kept overnight but only because I asked about it. I was pretty frustrated considering I had an early appointment, all I needed was a diagnostic and for the simple fact I had to call for all updates not to mention having to now coordinate a ride home. I called again first thing in the morning and was then told I would have answers around 9. I was convinced then that my car wasn't looked at, at all the day prior. I did get a call shortly after 9 and I was apologized to and did get the answers I needed on my car. When I picked up my car, they were super apologetic and assured me this was not the normal way they conducted business. Because of the inconvenience, I was not charged for the diagnostic. While I was thankful, I was really disappointed with my whole experience. I understand things happen but good communication makes all the difference. Maybe my case was really just a one off, but this trip made me want to take my business elsewhere.

We figured they did great with fixing my car a few months back when my brakes went out so we'd go there again. Well to say the least they put a new starter in but now the display in my car isn't working it's just a black screen. No radio, no gps no nothing. After 1 hr I went to pickup my car and they charge me for oil change and tire rotation and state inspection. When I came to car I noticed that they didn't touch tires! I new that because wheel cover plates were in same bad position to cover air access to tire and I strictly mention about that in front when I left car. So unreliable and not honest service! I've had my car for 2 years and I only trust it with the very capable hands at K&H. It's a good idea to call before you show up, as they can get busy, and good for them, they deserve the business. I also am grateful that they were open on Labor Day to get my oil change in the very timely fashion that I've come to expect from them. I appreciate that they explain the options and help me to make an educated decision before moving with the fix for whatever the problem is.
