Yesterday, I only came to women clothing department. I didn't look the rest of Walmart. I was so impressed how organize and neat "all" the clothing racks were. Yes, "all"! I showed you the picture here. I only took 1 rack picture, but all racks were like on this picture, including undergarments area! I have never seen like these before, anywhere. I always find some of the lowest prices on Walmart.com. This time, I confirmed with an employee that I couldn't do an in-store pickup and instead needed to park at a curbside spot, use their app to let them know I was there, and wait for someone to deliver my order to my car. The staff was efficient and friendly in delivering my items. Overall, it was slightly inconvenient to have to download another app on my phone. However, finding parking in the designated spot was easy, and the delivery speed was quick. read more

I was already in Lynnwood so I figured I would stop by and pick up some party supplies at this one. I had thought this was a superstore, but it clearly is not. Full on sheriff at the door to start(NOT just a security officer). Found a few of the party supplies I was looking for, but what astounded me the most was that the store does not carry birthday candles anymore. I searched and searched and finally I asked somebody and she told me that when they redid the store, they just didn't put them back in!! Overall, the store was not very clean, and I left wishing I had just driven to the one on Everett Mall Way. read more

This Walmart doesn't carry any fresh produce and barely has any fresh protein for sale (they have eggs, bacon, etc.), so the food selection isn't the best healthwise. I noticed the other Walmarts have healthier brands and products available that this store doesn't carry. They've now locked up all the lotions and products for your face, so you have to wait for a worker if you want to get any of those. They also locked up the perfumes, which makes more sense. When they run out of stock, it usually takes them a month or more to eventually restock it. The self checkout area is barely open anymore, but there's usually 1-2 self checkouts open next to the regular checkstands when that area is closed. The parking area for online pickups usually fills up, since one time I couldn't find any spots open and had to walk over and wait by the tree in between spots. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Sun 9/7/25 placed an online order @ walmart.com. Delivery was scheduled for the same day sometime before 10 PM. from the walmart Lynnwood supercenter store on 164th. As I suspected walmart failed to deliver any of my 5 items. The next morning, walmart again sent a post that delivery was delayed and what I purchased would be delivered on Mon 9/8/25 before 10 PM. (Day 2 of refusing to surrender my purchase.) That delivery too fell through! I spoke with customer service who could not guarantee when and if I would ever receive my purchase. But they are sure eager to accept my credit card payment. Walmart treats this failure nonchalantly. I guess that implies that this does not impact them at all. So far, there has been no offer to investigate what is going on; I suspect there are any number of possible explanations, including theft and/or fraud. read more

Easy to call to schedule, came in and paperwork was ready for me. In and out quickly. Doctor Kwan is very thorough, and wants you to see clearly! Excited to come back when my benefits renew. Walmart.com ordered two Christmas presents online. The first one was a set of 5 hot sauces only 4 came, WTF so I called they refunded my money and then I had to go try to find the missing hot sauce. Second was leg stand for my blackstone grill, which came half put together and a screw stripped in it so bad you couldn't use it. Requested a replacement but shoulda just got a refund. I can't believe they would ship that out like that and have me be embarrassed in front of family at Christmas. Then I called to complain and they just tried to buy me off First guy wanted to give me $15, supervisor wanted to give me $20-$25. Oh not money back a credit to buy something else online, what a joke! I told them never mind they had already lost me as a customer, especially online! I work retail so i know how the environment is right now but i'd like corporate to know they are losing customers by making the store everyday a hassle. FIRST, you take away hand baskets (yeah it seems like a small thing but some of us don't feel like adding more of a drag to the already trafficked, overstimulating store) SECOND you somehow have cops in the store but things like lotion all locked up. (I mean I cant completely blame you for this one because I know this is new America) but you mean I'm suppose to push a button to wait for 5-10 min then flag an employee down just in case the button is broken or the worker with the key is not missing somewhere, then wait another 5 to 10 minutes so I'm not a total buffoon and get sent to wait in incredulously long line even just to check the price of something. As someone with POTS and who has to trek to the bus stop this is incredibly aggravating. Once again not blaming the workers, although most of them seemed to keep their head down hoping to not be dragged into the issue of not having the key which I get, I'm sure its frustrating for them too playing telephone but this is an issue the store is creating, the guy that ended up helping me- a taller, middle age gentleman was very patient making sure the button was not glitching and I did get eventual help thats why I'm giving 2 stars atleast. Theres a lady in self check too that is always pleasant and smiles too and I dont feel they should have to deal with this! They never complain but like I said it becomes a ridiculous game of telephone that makes me wanna faint or abandon my stuff down and leave!!! Atleast the security guard is getting paid more. Maybe they should have a mini cashier line over there too. Lastly I have to dig out my receipt and cant even get a plastic bag. The paper tears completely and when I go to a huge walmart I dont exactly expect to be buying a small amount of things like your local wallgreens, you cant even get cash for the bus unless you happen to buy something and have to have atleast $20, I go to WALMART cause i take the bus and am not rich at this point just have a place for people to drop off their bags/coats at entry point, keep the baskets and keep people from living in a dystopia that isnt really even functional. read more

Incompetent deliver/pick up service. Ordered some beauty products for my girlfriend when i chose 'deliver to your door' it took them 30+ minutes to get the right paperwork filled out. When they do, i was just sitting there waiting stupidly like an idiot. None of them were helpful. Only the store manager later apologized for the completion process. And during my wait time, i saw the self-checkout station wasn't open. Heard an old man said the reason for closure is due to shoplifting is pretty common here. Sigh... Lines are always ridiculously long. They only ever have self checkout open but there is always at least one person standing at the exit hounding people as they leave. There is no one ever available to help especially in electronics and when someone does show up, they make us feel like we are the biggest pain in the butt for needing an item. I ordered several presents for Christmas. Every single item was broken and or missing crucial parts. It was the most embarrassing Christmas as everything I gave was broken or incomplete. Customer service says I need to return the item to the store, even though they have free return shipping thru Fed ex. I will have to rent a truck to get it back to the store. Couldn't find what I was looking for. From start to finish it was a "meh" experience. The most obvious entry door was marked exit only without any direction to locate the entry point. Then upon exit there were shelves that had been placed near the check stands that impeded the idle which caused a narrow pathway leading out. It felt haphazard and constricting as if I was being closed in on. Shelves not well stocked in a variety of different sections. My cashier was friendly and helpful. read more

I went here in a hurry and found that I was sucked back in time. This Walmart appears to have been opened in 1503 and has been updated here and there to be open still in 2024. . The setup and the vibes are old school and you'll agree! I don't know if I went on the wrong day but there was no self checkout open only the register with cashiers so I had to wait around in line. And then it's 11am and they have no employees checking out people ... Employes filling shelves with more junk then needed! I'm only giving 1 star because I have too. I'm sick and tired of always being stopped when I leave the store. I had the receipt in my hand and my stuff was in a bag. I got outside was waiting for my Mother in Law and I watched 4 people who was pushing a cart out with stuff inside with no bags and non of them were stopped. I felt discriminated against because they were white and I'm Native American. I wanted to say that my purse costed more than you make but I didn't. I would say considering how many times I've been here going right when they open until probably 11am to noon is the best bet to not have as many people around shopping. There's a solid in and out system in place at the store as far as COVID is concerned. It's pretty alright but sure it can have both positive and negative experiences but as someone who is on a "budget" I find that most of the prices are better than other retails spots. The negatives would be a more than likely full parking lot ; boxes needing to be unpacked like primarily in the grocery section. But other than that I'll let you know if anything changes . Do they even have customer service training for new employees? Every time I go here the staff are incredibly rude and act like you are the most annoying person in the world. Nobody comes to unlock things and get them for you when asked, and if you do, you're going to be waiting about 30 minutes and they will roll their eyes and sigh at you the whole time. Saw one lady try to ask an employee for help and she couldn't get his attention because he had his AirPods in. Walmart supercenter is pretty much a one stop shop for customers: A pharmacy, photo mat, McDonald's, Jeweler, grocery store, clothing, furniture, kitchen, bathroom, auto, hunting & camping and much more. Prices are very fair, staff are friendly, store kept clean, fast service and lots if parking. I'm not a fan of the backpack policy where you have to store it into a locker but these days you never know. Good stuff Walmart supercenter. read more

I came here to return a defective product, probably made in China. it broke soon after I started using it, the same day that I purchased it. I called them earlier to ask about returning it, but nobody answered the phone. So I decided to drive here. I got into the return line, long before 7 pm, and the line was still open. While I was in line, a lady, probably some type of manager, told me that the line is closed. I explained to her that I'm driving to another state and I want to return this before I leave. She was not positive if I could return it to a Walmart in another state, especially because SalesTax is different in other states. This Review is for the Optical Department. They have lost my business forever and have even motivated me to seek out Laser Corrective Surgery. I used to come here and purchase fames only with my VSP insurance, as the quality of their lenses was not up to my standard. I did this for 6 years, then all of a sudden they refused to allow me to use my benefits for the fames only siting the fact that they don't make enough money off me that way. They called it "Buy Back". I will not be bullied into purchasing something from them that I do not want to purchase. At least I wont have to see the dumb insulted look on their faces every time I said I only wanted the frames only and not their cheap low quality lenses. I came into this Walmart by pure chance and was much more disappointed by what I saw than I could have expected. I was looking for an item when I walked by a sad and pathetic display of Beta fish in their "fish" department?? Why does Walmart even sell live animals? They're kept in tiny, plastic cups in direct sight of one another. When an employee named Gary asked me if he could help with something I asked him about the conditions of these Beta fish and he was quick to snap at me that I didn't know what I was talking about. He was extremely rude and defensive when all I had was a question. He also moved the fish even closer together and claimed them to be "healthy". One cashier per twelve people. Nobody to help in the aisles, only grunting janitors. Everything is cheap yet still not worth it. Homeless in the area are abrasive and will not hesitate to come up to your car to ask you for money. Nobody in this store cares about customers. Figures a large corporation would train its employees to treat people like sheep. Update: stood in line (see picture) for 45 minutes just to be told they couldn't even cash our check. The check was from UPS, a global company with plenty of renown. No indication on their signage at all about this. Can't write an amazing, super mind blowing review for Wal Mart because the folks that work here aren't having a good time, but prices are cheapo and that fits the bill sometimes.
