    One would typically ship at Wallmart because of cheeper pricing. Not the case online. READ carefully, don't assume. I paid $22 for x1 can of coke with Carmel coffee This prompted me to look at some other items that are ridiculous. Qty 1 dose not mean a case of 12 !!! *Needless to say, I returned the coke and was issued a full refund, and instructed not to return!! In store experience// never have the 2% lactaid milk when I go, in any brand.

    The service is terrible at times I went to get a money order and stood in the line where there was only one person working and it took 35 minutes to be helped when I was helped I asked for a money order and the cashier told me the money order machine was down and I asked why are there no signs posted that the machine was out of service ! , she replied with a look of I don't know! Here's a pic of the counter and there's no signs posted anywhere

    This particular location is usually my family's local, one stop shop. We keep coming back because it's always clean, the produce and meat are fresh, the prices are reasonable and the workers are friendly. Unfortunately, today we had an EXTREMELY different, UNPLEASANT experience. My children and I ran in to grab a few items for dinner. And as many of you certainly can relate, 45 minutes later we had a basket full of groceries and toiletries. We headed to self checkout because to an 11 and 9 year old, whose social life has been abruptly disrupted due to COVID, scanning groceries is fun. After a few items had been scanned my 15 year old daughter asked me, "Why is that lady starring at us?". I looked around and saw a Walmart associate standing with her hands folded, and even with her mask on I could tell she was grimacing at us. I told my daughter, "I'm not sure why she is looking at us like that but let's just ignore her". More items were scanned and we could almost feel the glare of this person. My youngest two children told me that lady was making them very uncomfortable. I walked over to ask the worker why she was looking at us, and in a very rude manner she told me, "My job is to watch you." I asked her to politely stop and questioned why would her job be "to watch" me when cameras are literally positioned everywhere in the store even on the register. She told me in a very disrespectful tone to "Go back over there". At this point, I asked for her name because her name tag was turned around. She said her name is "Natalie". I walked to the nearest register and requested to speak to a manager. I was told the person I was speaking to is the manager. "Natalie" ignored me when I returned to where she was standing. She told me it does not matter what I say she will keep watching us. During this time I noticed several other people were completing transactions but were not being uncomfortably watched. I returned to the self check out station where my children had finished scanning everything. My bill was $180.03. I swiped my Bank of America check card and "Natalie" said something like, "I bet she is paying with an EBT". I actually don't have an EBT but if I did that would not warrant the disrespect "Natalie" showed. If "Natalie" is in fact a manager, shame on Walmart for hiring someone so unprofessional who clearly has zero knowledge of what good customer service looks like. "Natalie" should not be allowed to harass customers. Not once did she greet us or ask if we needed help with anything. Her only purpose was to discriminate against us based on her grossly incorrect assumption that somehow because I have three children I must be on Welfare and was trying to steal. Ultimately, I returned every item and got my $180.03 back. It was important that I reinforced to my children we don't shop where we are disrespected. We vote with our dollars.

    Spoiled! Not only does the service suck here but the so does product quality!

    FIRST TIME HERE NEW TO THE AREA!!! Horrible female asset…read moreprotection worker, I walk in and she immediately starts following me around the store. When I call her out on it she gets shocked and scrambles for words saying "oh I'm just standing here" I spoke to the manager which helped me through my entire shopping process and when I'm going to self check out the asset protection worker comes up to me again and starts looking at everything I'm scanning. I stop immediately turn around and look for the manager again, at this point I'm walking around furiously when I speak to the manger, the manger apologizes and pulls the APW aside then I speak to a guest service worker, super down to earth and he tells me that the asset protection worker is like that and has had multiple complaints from other customers. He offered to put all my stuff back because I no longer felt comfortable shopping and didn't feel welcomed as a customer, will never shop at this target again!     Don't do drive up. Maybe don't even shop here cause it is twice now that they recycled visibly used…read moreproducts to me. Last drive up: ordered an expensive dinosaur toy. I showed my son, still parked, and he noticed a dried playdoh in the toy's mouth, multiple indents on the toy's head, ties holding the dinosaur were loose and the box was previously opened but taped shut. What turned out to be a quick pick up was me and my son having to go inside - grab the correct toy from the toy section (mind you, there were new dinosaurs of the same item perfectly stocked on the shelf) then head over to the returns and exchange line which was long due to some Pokémon card release. And on top of that which should have been a clean swap, the cashier expected me to pay the difference. I said no and asked to speak to the manager. The manager questioned me on my drive up - pick up time and after me explaining that I JUST picked this up at drive up she couldn't believe it herself. I showed her the drive up sticker on the box that had my last name and pick up time, literally 10 mins apart. She stated that no scans were necessary and an even swap was all that was needed. This was all such an inconvenience. Visibly damaged items that have been returned should never be given to another paying customer. Cause now I'm not even going to spend my hard earned money at Target, unless I am gifted a gift card. 1st time this happened last year, I bought a revlon blow out tool - someone's brown/blonde hair was still wrapped around it. Disgusting and unacceptable, Target.

I contacted the seller, the manufacturer, and Walmart customer service multiple times seeking assistance. While Walmart representatives were courteous, the platform ultimately provided very limited support once the dispute involved a third-party seller. The seller stated that it could not identify the product, and the manufacturer stated that it could not process the warranty claim without additional product information. As a result, despite having proof of purchase and documentation of the defect, I was unable to obtain warranty service for a product sold with a 10-year warranty. My concern is that consumers rely on Walmart Marketplace as a trusted platform. When products with long-term warranties are sold through the platform, there should be a practical way for customers to obtain warranty support when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Thank you to the worker that was gracious enough to stop and answer my questions regarding their hours. I then proceeded to the paint department to get some spackle. Once I got to the register the cashier had no customer service skills. She gave no greeting. She didn't tell me the total. She never said a word. I know that people are people and sometimes you may be going thru things but it is still important to give good customer service. That is one aspect of your work responsibilities. Hopefully, management will see this review and just remind the staff the importance of good customer service. When spending your money you just want to be acknowledged and treated with respect.

The shopping carts are small and easy to maneuver with cup holders and a hook for purses or backpacks. There was plenty of parking. The bad: I wanted to browse the store more but couldn't with two toddlers. I always get asked if my email is correct at checkout. It isn't. But every time I try to correct it, it doesn't allow me to at the store. The interesting: They had interest crocs sandals I've never seen before.
