Worst Customer Service that I have ever come across. I called in to check if they carried something. Called 10 times and each time they would just put me on hold. Waiting for me to hang up. They didn't even press the hold button, I could hear them taunting me in the background. Ridiculous. I come in to the store on two different days back to back. First day I came in and they told me to come back later that night to check after re-stocking. I come in that same night and they haven't stocked. I ask around and all the managers tell me to come back the next morning it should've up by 6am. Here comes the next day, I walk in around 6:11am and the pallets are still stacked, nothing has been done about the problem. The assistant manager straight up told me that she didn't want to help me and that I had to wait until someone restocked the pallets. What gives?? What kind of store can't give me a straight answer and not have me come back day after day. Never come here. There are always solicitors inside and outside the store....What the heck is that about??? Well we all have our issues with Walmart...or maybe it's really the people you see there. I can't step foot into a Walmart after 10pm because I get angry. Angry because I witness young toddlers awake at this hour screaming, (clearly its passed bed time) and a mother giving them soda from McDs. As a mom, this irritates me, so I try to go in the wee hours of the morning around 6-7am. By this time the store is restocked, and empty for me to enjoy my experience. I always save the most here, especially with my coupons. (& no I'm no crazy coupon lady. I just use them on products I need. & just for 1, not 20!) I truly do love target better for the home decor & clothes for the kiddies, but you really can't beat the prices on the important things like soap & juice. If this Walmart wasn't so close to my home, I would never go there again. Granted, some staff members are very friendly, nice, and helpful, but most of them are not. My last experience was terrible. I went to get one photo printed and it ended up taking over 30 minutes. I waited in line for 10 minutes behind one person. The employee assisting him didn't acknowledge me and 3 other employees came and left without saying a word. Finally, when a young man attempted to help me, he said I could pay for my photo at any register in the store. So, I went to the register nearest to where I was parked. I waited in auto department for 15 minutes and the employees there were rude and too busy to give me their full attention, only to find out I had to go back to the photo department. I will never get another photo printed at Walmart ever again. The only good thing about Walmart are there prices and that they're conveniently open 24 hours. However, they run out of stock often, their aisles can be unbelievably messy, and the staff is usually grumpy and unhelpful. Also, parking is usually full. During regular business hours, I recommend finding somewhere else to find your products. read more

Auto Center - Not Honest - About two years ago, I purchased lifetime tire balance/rotation from the auto center at this Walmart. Last week I went there for tire balance/rotation. I was told that I did not purchase the service, which I did and received service in the past two years, because the original receipt it did not say lifetime on it despite later receipts say so. I asked the manager about the past service, he said, "They did that as favors." I understand that the price for the service is low and they hesitate to continue to provide service, but to say that I did buy the service is dishonest. In addition, the manager said that he could not provide the service because my tire tread is below the requirement for service, but he also said my tires are fine. My tires have about 50% of tread left. Dishonest is the least I will say about this Walmart Auto Service. Avoid this store. read more

Considering that this WalMart is in Rancho Cuamonga (a pretty decent area, middle class), it's really surprising how gross this store is. Yes, we are talking about WalMart, but come on. I really hate WalMarts in general. I go as little as possible but when I do go, I try to go when the least amount of people are there. At this particular Walmart "the freaks come out at night" for sure. Between 9-midnight LOOK OUT!. (see peopleofwalmart.com) They are currently kind of making it like a Super Walmart so the aisles have been widened and the electronics department is a bit fancier than it was. If you go into any experience expecting more than what evidence around you expects, you are going to be disappointed. A Wal-Mart is a low income, low price shopping experience. In Southern California Walmarts are not seen as a nice place to shop because huge shopping malls are so accessible. If you go to other parts of the country, Walmart is the shit, but that's because there is nothing around. All that being said, the Rancho Cucamonga walmart is the nicest one around. They just remodeled and their food section is pretty cool. The guy in the electronics section is a genius and really knows his stuff. They normally have great selection of everything. This review pertains to my experiences at this particular Walmart. In order to save time, I've divided into categories: The Good: There's very little to put into this category, except the low prices you usually expect, and the parking outside, which is normally available pretty close to the store. The Bad: Have you ever been in a Turkish prison? I imagine the guards there are better trained than the employees here, and the atmosphere is friendlier. Shelves are constantly understocked and void of the product you wish to purchase, and the other shoppers are seemingly unfamiliar with any of the courteous practices that modern society has come to expect. The Ugly: Have you ever seen a 60-lb grown woman with a see-through dress on? Have you ever turned the corner to be greeted by 8-inches of hairy butt crack? Do you enjoy being harassed by solicitors as you enter and exit shopping locations? Then this is the store for you! Why do I keep coming back? This Walmart is one of the most useless Walmart's I've ever had the displeasure of walking into. It's hideous, most of the employee's are completely useless (maybe if Walmart paid them more they would actually give a hoot about their jobs), and they offer (like all Walmart stores near you) an awful pre-paid card that will give you nothing but grief. Many months ago, before Christmas, my Father and Step-Mother put items for Christmas on layaway so they could slowly pay them off. Just a few weeks before Christmas arrived, my Step-Mother happily went to claim these items... only to find that Walmart had lost them. Then, the employee handling the transaction proceeded to explain to my Step-Mother that they would not be giving her a refund... until she threw a fit and the manager stepped in. Oh, & the Walmart money card people have been "raving" about because of it's "cheap", "user friendly" ways.... waste of time. My sister was attempting to buy hair extensions from a company based out of Canada called Luxy Hair, however, she did not have a bank account and decided to buy a money card instead. Little did she know, Walmart money cards cannot be used outside of the U.S. No big deal, we'll just get her money back, right? Wrong. Called GreenDot to get her money back... 30 Mins and an argument later and they go from "We'll send you a check in 7-10 business days" to "We can Fed-Ex it to you for a $20 charge" to finally (after I got pissed) "We'll FedEx it to you in 3-5 Business days free of charge" Flash forward to a week later. My sister calls customer service (the check has still not arrived). They tell her "Oh, it looks like that check was sent out yesterday" Seriously? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not waste your time! Oh, I forgot to mention the moronic Walmart Employee that sold her the card at this location. She was an idiotic, young girl that had no clue what she was talking about and gave my sister a card that had instructions in ONLY Spanish. Today I went this Walmart to cash my check on my hour lunch I went to this Walmart because it was the closest to the job I was at. I'm a job coach and I work at different locations. I have been cashing my checks for over 2 years at various Walmart's. I don't work for a small hole in the wall company. I work for a large company. I work for the Riverside county branch. This Walmart is conveniently located right off the 15 freeway. It's also very close to the 210 as well. It has a large convenient parking lot. As far as merchandise goes, it seems as though this location consistently runs out of the popular items. Yet they don't seem to want to restock as frequently. It does how ever have amazing prices, same exact products as target and the other competitors but at a lower price. That's is why I like this location. I have been coming to this Walmart for years. It's 24 hours which is awesome! It's large and there a Mc Donald s inside. Sometimes it's very clean but if you go later at night (after 11pm) they stock the store and there are pallets everywhere. No big deal just be careful where you step so you don't get a pallet jack to the ankles. There are a lot of cash registers but never more than 3 open at a time... Usually two. A self checkout (or 5) would be a fabulous idea here. The best thing is the accessibility during holidays like thanksgiving and Christmas when I forgot to get something from the grocery store. The problem is that they confirmed it arrived but they have no idea of the location of the order in their back warehouse!!! How is that. Then I have had 3 clueless pickup employees ask me questions that they should know better than me like "how big are the boxes we are looking for?" Are you kidding!! How should I know, I ordered it online and I don't know how they packed it! At least 2 of the 3 were genuinely trying hard to figure things out but 1 of the 3 was utterly useless. She seemed to have no answers for anyone she "helped". If these jobs go out of the country I hope they take this one with her. This Walmart became one of the worst nightmares in terms of returns! Looks like the staff make their rules as they go along! First they say, no returns and/or exchanges with out receipt from last Christmas! Recently we bought bunch of Valentine theme items and made sure with the check out that they are returnable! When we went to return after the Valentines day, they customer service says "All the Holiday items are non-returnable after that day" even with a receipt! The receipt does not say anything about it and the check out agent does not know anything about it! Shame on this company! Sent my husband to exchange the size of some pants and the CS area said they were closed at 10. It was 10:03. He would not exchange the pants that we needed for a job the next day. He told my husband to come back at 7am. I think this could've been done at a register if he didn't want to do it. There was no money being exchanged. This review is aimed solely at the Tire Center. The store is the store - it's WalMart. But a few months ago, I got a flat. Out of desperation (it was late on a Sunday, and I needed a tire), I went to Walmart Rancho Cucamonga. I was made to wait quite a while before getting any assistance from the clerk inside the store. When I was finally helped, they at first weren't sure if they even had a tire that would fit my car (2008 Mustang). They finally found one, and when I asked if they had another (because I didn't just want to buy one tire, in order to keep wear even) they looked around for a while, and finally found another one. This aggravation is not so much my issue with them. What I had a problem with is that after they seemed to have no trouble getting the first tire installed, they seemed to be unable to get the other tire on the wheel without a lot of extra effort, almost to the point of not being able to get it on at all - which made no sense to me...the tires are the same and so are my wheels. Why would one go on easily, and not the other? Both tires eventually got put back on my car, and off I went. A while after this, I had service done at my Ford dealer, and after they rotated my tires, the ones that WalMart had put on the back were now on the front. Now suddenly, the front end of my car is shaking pretty badly when I'm on the freeway. This went on for some time until I took my car back to the Ford dealer for another round of service. I asked them to check the balancing on the front tires that Walmart had installed. Sure enough, the balancing was way off and they had to fix it. My front end doesn't shake, rattle and roll anymore. So, Walmart Tire Center couldn't get one of my tires on as easily as the first, and they didn't balance them correctly. Take heed before you ever get a tire here. I've advised everyone I know to never get a tire from WalMart. read more
