Bought a coffee pot from here that broke in less than 2 months didn't have the receipt (didn't plan on returning it) also don't have the card it was bought both any more due to fraud. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a new one. I asked to speak with a manager someone was sent out said let me ask my store manager and surprise surprise she sent someone else out to say they Couldn't do it! I've worked in customer service fire the past 6 years, never have I treated others, or have been treated so poorly. I walk in and a chubby Hispanic employee with blonde hair was standing at the door as a "greeter." I say good morning & ask her where to find something and she told her eyes and points and says that way. No aisle number or anything. OK maybe she's having a bad day. This Walmart is terrible and always has rude service. The lady that works the cosmetics section was not happy to be there and speaks to you in a very disrespectful tone. Also I don't understand why every time I go there, they say it's okay to pay for cosmetics in the front, but today they were yelling at me to pay here. Why is it never consistent? Then I go to the front to pay for the rest of my items and the lady at register 4 looked at me like I'm stupid and said, "I'm closed". And I was like, "Well your light is on". And literally she didn't say anything and turned it off on me. Like she could have said something like, "Oh, I'm sorry I forgot to turn it off" or "I'll take you still" then turn it off, but she just shut it off with no words. Then the lady at the next register was strange. I told her I have 2 cases of water and one of those large detergents that was too heavy to put on the line and she stared at me like she didn't know if she was suppose to scan it or not. *The makeup department is always out of stock on the item's I want to purchase. One time i went at night didn't see what I needed so i went the next morning when they opened at 6am and the makeup section still looked like they way it did the night before. *there have been many times where the cashier is rude, doesn't greet or end the transaction with a thank you, also I don't wanna hear about your baby daddy having a baby with someother chick or the guys saying what chick looks bomb. One time in garden at the register the cashiers were talking about some "work drama" seen me there waiting to ring up my items and didn't greet me till they finished their conversation a few mins later. read more

I went to Walmart as paying and honest customer, only to be bombarded by fat overweight security clowns, who clearly profiled me (there's just know other way to say it). I had a military type, over the shoulder bag that I have medications inside to save my own life, if need be. Needles to say I watched 10 plus women walk inside with hobo style purses and not one was asked to put their purses in a clear flimsy foot locker. Here's the thing, Walmart has the right to refuse services to anyone. I get that, but when you are profiling people based upon history of any person, that's plain BS! As a VETERAN & first responder (whom Walmart claims to support), I am disgusted by the behavior of their employees and their business practices. I don't care how bad I need something I will not spend another cent there. In closing I asked a, "manger," about these business practices in which she told me, "It's something new that ALL Walmart's are doing." My response: "Really, that's odd, they have never done that at Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, or any surrounding areas." I asked her to produce the, "policy," in which of course she didn't. I ordered my pool last week and decided I would get it delivered at Walmart and pick it up from there it was supposed to be ready for pickup today I called around 1 and said they didn't have anything so they told me to call around 6 I called at 6 and told me that the people that work at the delivery department are on lunch and asked if I can call back in an hr I called at 7 they told me the same thing I called at 8 and someone said they would transfer me to the department and I stood on the phone for 5 min with no ring on the phone called back and I was on the phone for a total of 15 min all they did was transfer me to electronics and electronics said they would transfer me back after holding for 15 min I decided to give up! omg wtf happened to this store i was having not great service but good service there didnt have any real prob just the usual bitchy clerk here and there thats ok.. but this one took the friggen cake and then some .. i have a very bad bad habit i usually throw my phone and wallet in the cart. this time i put my wallet and phone in my pocket but really fcked up i put 50.00 in the cart on the seat part with the clothes cause the clothes were for my granddaughters i was gonna put some $$ in for them .. i was looking at another outfit for them not far from my cart.. nobody but me in that section i could see my cart i was just across from it i turned for a blink of a min checking sizes grabbed them headed to my cart guess what happened then an associate came up grabbed cart took off with it didnt even ask me anything like is this yours just took off with it as if it was go backs.. i had walk up front with my back killing me big time i was using the cart to take the pressure off my spine that the associate jacked from me.. about 10 min later i finally got managers they couldn't find it they looked around real quick took them less then 5 min and after that said idk where it could be went about their thing no apology no could we offer you this for this experience nothing this has so tramatized me bad i cried i wanted scream at top of my lungs i was so mad i had a massive break down after that cause i found pants on sale for my son really nice ones wrangler and george for 5.00 those were gone and those were the ones in his size they didnt have anymore that size. this week being my bday coming turning 50 which i was happy about but it just threw me into a depression and panic attack.. i been there like 4 times in less then a month never had anything like this happen to me before it was really disturbing its really bad when someone has no idea of what someone else is going thru and causes this much grief.. ask be4 u take something that your not sure about ive spend almost 600.00 in less then a month at that store to just get screwed like that.. i so wish i wouldnt have given walmart that much of my money now i still cant believe the treatment i recieved.. im gonna post my reciepts with everything i spent at this store in less then a month.. read more

I'm going to try and say this as nice as possible, the people who hang outside are an extremely annoying bunch. I'm annoyed that security doesn't get rid of the panhandlers and the weird people who hang around and want to chat with you (usually strange men). Now for the store, it's not as disorganized as Highland Walmart but it's certainly not much better. Most of the items are either damaged, dirty or expired. Do not buy electronics here! They open your new electronics (video game systems, computers, etc) to "verify" everything is inside before selling it to you. I am very disappointed with the store. I received approval for a Walmart card online through that site was given a copy of my temporary card and it clearly said on it to give to store associate so they can hand process if you want to use before you get your card. This store is getto they have people follow you around the store and after spending 300$ in there on the way out I was going to grab a few milk crates because I was going camping well the had people come out from everywhere like I was robbing the place vary rude to me they were .
