An hour passes no call an hour and a half passes so I call and ask about my drop off. They said mine was next and it would take about 30 minutes to an hour. So again I wait and wait, and I didn't leave the place because they said it was only going to take an hour. After another hour and a half goes by I was fed up with this. I walk in and I see one of the employees going through bag #7 which was weird because my bag was #6 and i hadn't been called. So I asked if yall arent done can I please have my clothes back, you could see she was visibly irritated, she gives my clothes back and I left. If you're wanting to sell your clothes here think again I try my best to be patient because I know that they have other customers and things come up but 3 hours for 2 small bags of clothes is insane. I will not be returning, I am highly disappointed and now my day has been wasted.

Went to try it on, the fitting room clerk was helpful. (Anytime you go to the fitting room in any Ross stores you hang it on the check in, up to six items at one time.) The rooms and floors were dirty. Waiting in the long line, which feels like a Disney line to go on a ride, my checker called next. I was friendly and tired to chat while she scanned. She was short. I paid and once my item was on the counter, she yelled next. I hadn't put my card in and I was pushed out of the way. I refuse to move until my wallet is secured and walked out of the door.

I find it worth noting that it was very odd that no cars were parked outside of the store when I arrived. All the cars were next door. I thought they were closed. I'll certainly try shopping at Macy's in the future should I need something I realize they sell; they simply didn't meet my needs on this visit.

I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this.
