Never go here! There are Walmart employees everywhere, but no one is going to help you or even bother smiling towards you. I went here to get fishing licenses and you have to be helped in the Sporting Goods area, so I pressed the button on the counter that says "push here for assistance". No one came. Pressed it 147 more times and even held it down, no one came. Found an employee by the bicycles and asked if there was anyone in SG's for a fishing license and I kid you not his response was "no." Just no. Not can I help you with anything? What do you need? Nothing. Just no and then he walked away. I laughed and went back to pressing the button. Finally I found someone who helped me and she got me through the process quick and finally out the door. Never ever again. Oh! Worst customer service ever. I walked into the store to order cupcakes for my sons 3rd birthday and was told they would send me confirmation of the order by text the next day, they never did it. So I decided to call somewhere else to get them done. Fast forward a week or two and I get confirmation, so I decide I want to call and cancel, and no one answers the phone, it actually never rings when you press bakery, it just hangs up, so i call another department and the guy says I don't know have the extension sorry and hangs up, I am again trying to call and no one is answering any lines. Don't know where to start. The employee was very unprofessional and rude. She refused to let me use self checkout when there were about 5 slots open. She "claimed" that I had more than 15 items in my cart, however I counted next to her on how much items I had and still refused to allow me to use it. Not the mention she was on her phone the entire time, no eye contact, nothing. She ignored me, so I stood there.., another woman came to checkout and she helped her instead of me so at first I thought she didn't hear me but then after she proceeded to escort me away from self checkout and to regular checkout. After, she continues to open her phone. I regret not asking her name. She was horrible and I won't be shopping from this store again. Horrible customer service. read more

Came to pick up 10 cans of formula for the month. Was denied and told there was a limit of 5. I let them know I had WIC and I was still denied my baby's formula. When I was reaching for the formula she also let me know i couldn't hold it. It had to be taken to the front. When I asked the lady at self check out why I was only able to do 5 cans she had no straight answer. She told me I can take 10 but do them in 2 separate transactions. WHAT?! I don't have time to be making all these trips. There is no policy on limiting formula. You act like it's coming out of your paycheck. read more

To start our visit we had to wait over 25 min to get a $20 dollar tide pods. Then when the worker came they insisted it had to be taken to the registers. Once at self check out the worker came over didn't say a word & just started opening up the backpack & wallet we had just scanned. I under they need to check but they could have acknowledged us & told us what they where doing. The worst part of this shopping experience was the registers. We had 3 $25 gift cards. We used them for our transaction. There was an issue & they had to void the payment & redo it. In that process they only refunded us one gift card. The self checkout worker tried to help us & stated it could be fixed. How ever the lead & manager refused to help us saying we needed to wait 24 hrs. They stated they had no way to fix it or reimburse us. The lead Natalie then chose to yell at the self checkout associate for telling us it can be fixed. That was unprofessional to do that in front of customers. The coach Marlene refused to help us & stated she couldn't refund us or credit our purchase. She gave excuses such as the register would not allow her to issue a gift card, she stated the register would be short. Even though I told her the self checkout took my money it would end up being over $50. She said wait 24 hrs and then call the number on the gift card. The person who helped us at the original register had even printed out the gift card history and register that showed it had been redeemed. I told them to keep the physical gift cards since they have my money & let me get the credit applied to my purchase. I ended up having to call Walmart.com who confirmed the gift cards where's used & processed & they can't refund me. The store has to refund me. I had to drive back to the store & wait for the lead & manager to help me. First Natalie spoke to the person helping on the phone & told me she can't do anything till her boss approves. When Marlene finally showed up the person on the phone repeated that I was owed a refund. The lead Natalie rolled her eyes and Marlene all of a sudden could fix the issue & give me my $50 back. This could have all been handled in a timely manner. All the workers stated this was an easy fix and could be done but management refused to listen & help. read more

I was looking to blow up a photo of my grandma for her funeral service and the other Walmart was out of large print film. I called in the morning and Noah helped me and told me that he had a little bit left if I could make it there quickly. The other location had been out of large print film for over two weeks. I wanted to say that he is a great employee and I'm thankful for his help with photos of my grandma for her funeral service. He was so sweet and kind. He helped me edit and adjust my images and assisted with all my questions. I must say I was needy and he was multitasking and helping other customers with ease. Commenting on a big box store is pointless, but this ridiculousness tonight needs to be stated. Been shopping at this location since 2010. Tonight I spent half an hour walking around shopping loading up my cart. Asked an employee where the hand sanitizer was since they recently moved all health and cleaning items to the back of the store in a new layout; they pointed me to the wrong aisle. So I left my cart there and walked around to the other side where I found it. Came back and my cart is gone. I asked the employee if they saw someone take my cart, he said "oh, if you left it right there we probably took it." So I said, is it in the front now or where would you guys have taken it? He said he had no idea. So I walked to the front and talked to another guy that was equally as clueless. WORST customer service ever. Waste of my time, left with nothing since they wanna take my loaded cart somewhere else. Going to Target from now on. read more

Ive never had such a rude lady ever. She was working cosmetics, I asked a product and when I asked for another from a different cabinet she rudely answered "I can't be opening them and closing them, are you going to buy this or not". The pick up ordering which I guess is separate from the actual Walmart is beyond bad at their job. They send me an email stating that my order is ready. I get to the stall and check in. 30 mins goes by and still no one comes. 20 more mins goes by and I finally decide to see why no one is coming and the staff decided that they didn't want to drop stuff at the car and they will only address orders at the door, which defeats the purpose. I had one item should have been the most easiest of tasks and they could not manage that. The Rudeness is overwhelming in this store. It's bad enough that the laundry detergent is locked up. It's even worse when you are ignored after waiting too long for help. The store wasn't even busy at 9:00 am. At least three employees looked right at me and walked on by. I felt like a second-class citizen. Needless to say, I gave up and left without getting any. There are never enough checkers because they want everyone to do self-checkout. You pay exorbitant prices for low-quality cheap goods. The CEOs of Walmart need to be reminded who's keeping them employed. People with common sense are getting sick of this egotistical behavior. Walmarts in several areas have closed. Pride always comes before a fall. As of today, I've decided not to grocery shop at Walmart. I don't appreciate being treated like a 5-year-old over laundry detergent. From now on, I'll be shopping at Vons. I prefer to be treated like an adult and a valued customer. Someone suggested delivery instead of in-store shopping. Nope, already tried that. My 88 year old mom shops here and the only reason they get 2 stars is because her last trip the checker helped her bag her items so that person gets 5 stars, normally they never offer help, my mom tries to bring her own bags but they won't help her so she pays for bags and sometimes she gets help. Her last visit she had all her items on the conveyer belt and they closed the checkstand and made her re cart her items and go elsewhere to check out again with no help bagging. Today I took my 84 year old mother with me to Walmart, she doesn't go out very often since COVID happened so she isn't familiar with the products all being locked up or the cash registers in the cosmetic section. When she was shopping today she picked up a few items in that section and she continued to leave that section to finish shopping and the cashier started yelling at her. The audacity of that employee. I rarely suggest that anyone should ever lose a job for a mistake because everyone deserves to earn a good wage but that cashier really should be fired. She caused great embarrassment to my mother and when my mom told her I'm not stealing anything Why can't I pay up front with the rest of my groceries the cashier yelled again "because I told you, you have to pay here." And then proceeded to take her basket and grab thing out of it. This is by far the worst treatment of a customer I have ever seen. I know that Walmart has a bad reputation for terrible service however It is expected for what you get in some cases This is not one of those cases. Our seniors are not as resilient as the young kids serving them. They need to learn to be respectful of our seniors and stop treating this way. Luckily my mother has no heart issues, I know some of my other family members would have had a heart attack had they had this same experience. My main complaint is due to her age however in reality no person should be treated that way! It's totally unacceptable behavior and unnecessary. Someone really needs to do training. Also if you lock up anything, I don't buy it. Not everyone is a thief and we don't need to be treated like we all can't be trusted. If it's locked up I figure you don't really want to sell it and I will get it somewhere else. I went once before and needed something that was locked up and had to wait over 30 minutes before I finally complained about the wait and then they continued to ignore me so I ordered it through Amazon and had it delivered to my house that same evening, didn't get mistreated and it was actually less expensive, this is why I say you don't want to sell anything that's locked up. This Walmart is unorganized and dirty. The customer service is lacking and the professionalism is non existent. There are empty fixtures throughout and right when I walked in today, fruits on the ground, being stepped on. While I understand they may be short staffed, the fact is, they are open and should maintain to the standard and mission of their company, at the least! read more

I was discriminated at this walmart the cashier was very rude and didn't bag my items. First when I went to aisle 8 and I asked the cashier on aisle 7 are you opening up she said yes so I went to aisle 7 well she let me wait for a good 5 minutes before ringing up my groceries I stood there. The cashier never told me they don't bag no more so after I made my payment I ask are you going to bag my groceries she sad no. I was like ok you should said upfront so I knew she was being prejudice and I wish I saw a manager but I didn't. Now, I understand needing to minimize theft and loss, but make it consistent and fair to everyone. I entered the personal items section overhearing an employee telling a customer any items picked up in that area had to be checked out at that register. Bluntly. Line looks long but actually was fast. However, that same employee let a couple walk on out with items from that very section. Not a word. Both employees looked miserable and you can tell they've gotten a lot of push back. Not their fault. At all. They had essentially 3 door employees (receipt lady, lady sitting on a stool, security guard or asset protection). I understand if they had business oriented conversations going on, but it wasn't. And the interaction with each person was unsavory. I know Wal-mart has primarily minimum wage workers. I guess that comes with minimum attitudes because they weren't friendly or customer focused. It just left a bad impression of "Why did I choose Wal-mart?" I'm from Arkansas, home state to Wal-mart so I guess I'm just expecting more. So in the meantime the ladies in the optical department were able to replace his frame immediately with his old Rx and we can wait for his appointment in 2 weeks for a new Rx.
