Not sure what this means among Walmarts, but this store is the cleanest and "prettiest" I've ever seen. Construction is what you expect, but the floors are a little cleaner. And the skylights illuminate the space in a gentler more inviting way than other super centers. The welcome person in the entryway was a little friendler and more atentive. And large speakers broadcast light, upbeat music in the parking lot, which is landscaped with some of the most blossomy Texas Sage I've ever seen. Selection of products is what you'd expect. Service is a step up here, in my experience. It also seemed that a few items cast slightly more. But, I'm no expert on the prices of all items across Walmarts. So, if you need a nicer Walmart experience, this location is your best bet. read more

The worst experience of my life. I hate this Walmart so bad. I placed an online order, they forgot to put an item in my car. I asked if I could go back and pick it up. No. The only option is to be refunded, then re order the same item again. I'd have to wait, AGAIN for my pickup order to be ready, meanwhile also be double charged for the 10 days it takes to be refunded from the FIRST purchase. Customer service is a disaster too. I lost my credit card and tried to call the store to check if it was there. Ai answers the phone and won't let you speak to customer service without giving them a reason why. I will never shop at this store again. The biggest waste of time and energy. I'm sorry I ever spent any money here at all. I'm just going to cancel my card and order a new one. Ordering online should be easy-right? The problem is that once you have placed your online order you get a hold on your credit card. I have noticed the last 3 times that the total on my receipt (final receipt from my pickup) and what actually gets charged to my credit card is different. My credit card charge is always higher. I tried calling corporate and the young lady that answered my call was RUDE AS HELL. Never could get an explanation and it wasn't worth it to continue to piss her off for asking for a supervisor so I ended the call. The difference is always less than $1 but if it's happening to me I wonder how many other customers are experiencing the same thing. Just can't figure out why Walmart's math doesn't match the receipt. read more

They sell a rotisserie chicken for less than $5! That's all you need to know. How much better of a deal can you get? I'm not a big Walmart person. I visit a Walmart maybe three times per year, but on this day, in Keller Texas, I found a chicken for less than $5! It was darn good, too! Recommended based on the $4.47 chicken. read more

This store has to be under a new manager lately. If you come to the store close to closing time they are extremely rude. The turned the lights off in the entrance way about 20 minutes before closing. Then as I entered the "greeter" was standing in the middle of the out doors, (because they already locked the entrance doors) and looked at me and other customers like he was annoyed. Then said, "Are you going to shop quick? The store closes in 15 minutes." Seriously? Then when I got to the "self check out" because they never have an actual line open... they had shut every one down except 2. So there was literally a line of 6-7 ppl waiting to check out because there weren't enough self check outs open. Why!? Terrible customer service. And grumpy workers. read more

a girl was playing her violin outside of the walmart which sounded beautifully. she wasn't harming no one and she was saving up money for her sick mother. Then, for some reason, walmart decided to kick her out when she was minding her business and making others around her happy. i'm am so disappointed in walmart. Purchased a folding chair at this store on 10/1. Sign posted said $7.47 but rang up $9.97. The attendant said it was a new corporate policy that they couldn't adjust the price in store if it is what was posted online. Call a mgr, I said. I don't care if it's just a couple dollars, that's false advertisement. Attendant comes back and says the mgr said he could change the price only because they were having problems with their pricing system. The one star is not for the store but for this "corporate policy." I'm shopping in store, not online, Walmart. This policy is ridiculous. read more

I've been to many Walmarts across the states and this is far the best and cleanest Walmart I've been to. There's actually staff around when you need help and everything is always stocked so I always find what I need. If people are complaining about this particular store, you clearly never been to some of the horrible Walmart chains that are hands down ghetto as hell. The worse Walmart for someone to work at. Line leads and coach of the OGP are atrocious. They mistreat their employees. Within a couple weeks they had multiple OGP workers quit because of Tish and Cory. Tish yells continuously while at work. Gets into arguments with other associates where customers can observe. Cory lies and will not be truthful in almost every situation he is in. Lied multiple times to my a person that I know about her employment status. That person I know exceeded their goals of 100% picks everyday. She exceeded their goals of picking 600 picks. Was never tardy, not once, never absent, ever. When she finally put in a resignation they still acted like she didn't and started adding points against her. She had already quit. All this was saved on her phone. She has to this day all text messages from her correspondence to her line lead. All his lies. The OGP lead's dishonesty shows no integrity and he should be evaluated for more training. In fact, the three leads and the coach should all have more training. For the store manager to allow this behavior to an employee that exceeds her goals shows favoritism and unfair statutes in all unethical ways. Golden Triangle Walmart should be reevaluated above district managers to find out what and why this is happening. I will add this review to Yelp in case the mismanagement takes this down. Dishonest management from the top down is terrible. The coach says they fired employees when the truth is they quit and also transferred to other Walmarts. read more

Had a battery that was purchased in 2016 from Walmart. Car was completely without electrical power. Took the battery back and note it tested at 0 cold cranking amps. However their computer says it is a GOOD battery?? Finally they realize that it is a dead battery and I get a replacement. It had a FIVE year warranty. The final two years being pro-rated. So this battery only was 6 months into the 24 month pro-rated portion. If the battery had failed in the first 36 months 100% replacement at no charge. Now in this case I should still have 18 months of coverage. So they should cover at least 70% per the warranty. Nope not according to Walmart. I got $ 20 credit, when it should have been at least $ 70. Well that their system and they don't care. Basically a battery warranty is not five years of coverage at Walmart. Only three years, they do not honor the pro-rated portion equitably at ALL. read more

This place is a awful environment for disable people, they excluded me from using accessible motor wheelchairs due to my age and my disability; They said I wasn't "disabled enough" to use the proper equipment for my disability then they escorted me out of the store. This place is not disabled friendly so if you have a "unknown disability that people are not able to clearly see" don't come here. The atmosphere was very messy and unsanitary and all the products were everywhere. I as a disabled person feel publicly humiliated because the worker made a huge deal out of my disability in a wheel chair while smiling and laughing at the situation with her co works. The animosity and audacity of this corporation is dis hearting and I will not being coming back here ever again. read more

Staff is pretty helpful-ish and friendly, inventory was only missing a few things I was after, and the overhead played a round of Human League, so that ain't bad. Service is great, however the fruit and vegetables are always old when you do pickup. I don't understand why they offer pick up when they can pick out good fruit or vegetables. I always get fruit and it has mold on it inside a bag. It's almost like they just don't care what you get. read more

Only one register open. I understand there's self check for small orders but only having one cashier and a line down clothing is unacceptable. I was so excited that this Walmart opened so close to my home. However it has been a great disappointment. This grocery side is constantly out of stock of many regular items and do not shelf many others that other nearby Walmart carry. My wife uses the grocery pick up and after 2 bad experiences she had elected to go the other super Walmart on North Beach where we used to go. Also, since they opened in July I have ordered items twice for same day pick up online. The first order, the website said it was in stock at that location and after I got the delayed alert I went to the store and was told the store was out of stock. The second time, after a day I got the delayed alert, went to the store only to find they had plenty of what I ordered on the shelf. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or what, but the management needs to get their act together and get this Walmart up to par. read more

I went to pick up my Black Friday order but as soon as the associate approached me he had a really bad attitude. I had my order number ready for him and he kept aggressively saying " read it to me!!" Then he had the audacity to call me an idiot for it. That was the last straw for me so I asked him to get a manager out so I could speak to them about the situation. Then he responded by saying " I don't have the time for that I'm just trying to find the order" and I kept asking for a manager but he kept telling me no he doesn't have time for that. This location is one of my favorite locations to come to. It's faulty new so it seems cleaner and more organized. It's also not as busy as the other locations in the area. Their online order pickup area is pretty nice. I always come here if I can help it. read more

Horribly racist store. I went to the self checkout, and the Indian female stared down my damn throat while I got groceries. I don't steal. All I wanted were Christmas boxes and waffles. She was so rude. Meanwhile, the woman across from me had no issues, no item checks, no one watching her breathe while she got groceries. I am so pissed. Love the Walmart Pickup experience. They are always prompt to bring out my order. Pretty great about order accuracy too. Staff is always friendly and polite. This Walmart also likes to do little things to bless people. On Valentine's Day, they gave me a long-stemmed red rose. On Mother's Day, I received a bag of goodies. They also gave us a bag of treats near Easter. I look forward to when it's time to go pick up an order, for I know it's going to be a pleasant trip. read more

In town to visit a relative in the hospital with grandkids in tow, called this Walmart store 3 times to see if they carried small boys swim trunks. Eventually someone answered the phone but when they transferred me to customer service, I never got an answer. Next call, I asked for boys wear and was on hold for several minutes, no one picked up the call. Too bad Walmart gets a huge portion of sales but doesn't provide a proportionate amount of customer service, whether it's this store or any of their other stores. Yesterday I was shopping for a charity event for our active duty soldiers and had the WORST experience possible. The only helpful person was Jennifer. Christine and Chase were rude even beyond the normal Walmart standards. I spent $798 and NOT ONE PERSON OFFERED TO HELP ME OUT! NOT ONE! They all sat there and watched the items fall ... they watched me struggle to get out the door. If I didn't need those items for these deserving Soldiers I would've taken everything back. You all destroyed my faith in humanity and even though I have a thick skin you actually made me cry yesterday. Thank you for hurting my soul. Called corporate yesterday and they don't care either.
