I come often to this Wal-Mart after work. I come around 10 or 11pm. They are doing renovations right now and so the store is always under some repair. The lines are very long because they only have one register open. and I feel bad for the employees who have to work through that and get everyone's angry stares. It takes about 10-15 minutes sometimes to get through a check out. On the flipside, the employees are friendly and they have always been eager to help. I have never encountered a rude employee at this store. Its not really their fault that service is bad or that the store looks unkept. I came to there auto department so they can install it and it took two hrs and a half for them to put in a car battery and I was the second car to show up in the morning. Worst tire and oil change ever. After waiting an hour and a half, they tell me that they don't have the oil filter for my car. I went to auto zone and spent $9 and they said they'd "comp" the price from my price. They only comp'd $2 of it. They broke 2 factory Acura wheel cap covers (I got a tire rotation) and then lied and said that they were missing upon arrival. They also lost my four chrome wheel inflation caps and said they were missing upon arrival. The whole thing took over 3 hours and it was easily the worst, most unprofessional job ever. I purchased an intex air bed a couple of weeks ago for company about 2 hours after filling it went flat I checked the valve to make sure it was tight and refilled it. Again it went flat I finally took it back for an exchange and was told no can do. i don't have my receipt and if I did i had it for more than 15 days. I am so disgusted in the way I was treated today at Walmart and the lady at register #1 should be ashamed of herself. I was one of the first 10 in line before they opened and we were informed outside that we can get two items per household so I did and grabbed what I needed. The lady was very rude since she started to ring me up. I started to load up my items in the checkout and she was telling me I could not get two cases of waters or eggs. We were all informed by the manager outside that we were. She kept being very rude and loud and she assured me she was correct and started to take items away from checkout and I told her we were told by the manager the correct amount. And she started to pull my items away from me and argue with me its very inappropriate for her to do that. She is the reason why people are going crazy in the stores and there are fights at stores. How low of her to do that to people buying groceries in the times we are in. Imagine how she will treat everyone else. I will call corporate and report her for treating me the way she did. No one should go through that it doesn't matter if we are shopping here or anywhere or doesn't matter how stressed she was. I don't understand how stressed she was when they had just opened the store. The manager did go and told her it was two per household and she said oh I thought it was one. Don't buy a Razor Scooter from Walmart.com. They use a third party provider. If you want or need to return the scooter you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, the shipping charges to return the scooter AND the cost to ship the scooter to you. No where on their website is this posted! Be aware when you purchase. They will deceive you and you will lose money, a lot, if you want or need to return the item. Not sure where ANYONE on this post that gives this place ANYTHING more than a one is getting their drugs from, but carry on in your world full of unicorns and flying kittens. This is HANDS DOWN the worse Walmart I've been to. I live in Glendora so I've given it MULTIPLE chances and it has FAILED EVERY TIME. For one, the overall experience is worse than LA traffic. NO HELP ANYWHERE, and they act like it's a problem when you DO find someone. My last experience was with the photo lab. I waited 2 hours and showed up to pick up pictures that were suppose to be ready. NO ONE TO BE FOUND. I was there right on time. I called the photo lab and watched the phone ring for 7 ENTIRE MINUTES. 7 minutes!!!! I actually walked behind the lab and browsed through the pictures looking for mine. NEVER FOUND THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL IN THE MACHINE. After looking for an employee, which took another two minutes to locate, they said "oh, they're on break". UNBELIEVABLE. This was about the 5th time that I've had an issue with SOMETHING at this Walmart. It's SOOOOOO BAD. I hope this review reaches the masses. When I called to complain to the Manager, like it says you can do, there WAS NO MANAGER THERE. It was the logistics manager and they had no answer. They promised I would get a phone call from a manager the next day (which was yesterday). NEVER HAPPENED. Let me just say this. You can go to Target and get a Starbucks coffee to shop around with and employees asking "Can I Help You With Something", or you can go this Walmart and find NO employees and get you a nice fat McDonalds Cheeseburger to shop around with. This is a review of the staff in the pharmacy only, other than these morons my experience of the rest of the store is ok. Went in to simply get a refill on some meds for the dog, he's dying of a huge tumor on his shoulder, the meds help with the pain and inflammation. The moron at the desk sitting on her fat uncaring ass told me that they don't have that Rx in stock will take 4 days, so ok he needs them and we can get them from another location a few miles away where they do have it in stock while we wait. But NO, can't do that and the dumb ass counter person did not tell me that or warn me that she was "transferring" the Rx to my store. These people don't let you know what they are doing, or explain in any way what you have to do to be compliant with their stupid procedures. So now we have to transfer the Rx back to the original store, notice they can't do that, gotta go to the other store and wait hours for the other set of stupid incompetent morons to get it done. Do not use their online service of sending ur item to the store for pick up - we seriously waited a hour for the item and watched more and more people come and experience the same frustration. Then when the item was finally brought out (huge box) , the box was damaged all over . The person working then said "here it is" ... Now my experience with other stores that provide the same service is that for large items they will bring it out to the front of the store for u and have u pull up your vehicle right up for a convenient load - nope not here.
