I just started looking around to get some ideas for x-mas gifts, I guess it's been a while since I've been in a Walmart. I could not believe the crap they carry now. The bikes they carry are all chinese made even the Schwinn and Mongoose bikes They have no high end bikes at all anymore they used to carry $500 -$800.bikes, electric bikes even $2000 go carts. What a disappointment. So on to electronics I go hoping to see some cutting edge technology. Wrong! not even close they don't even have touch screen pc's anymore all they had was some less than mediocre towers and a couple bundles all made exclusively for Walmart cutting every corner possible to beat their competitors price. They have Hp's, Dell.s and compaqs that are not even on these companies websites. Shame on these companies selling out their name like that. Feeling sick to my stomach I now move on to the entertainment section where I find Sansui tv's that are crappier quality than Emersons and are made in Korea Sansui really! They used to put out the best tv's you could find anywhere with the hottest Japenese technology available. I saw lots of tv's there with brand names on them that looked very cheap and suspiciously generic .I even found a Magnavox dvd player / recorder that when you looked closer at the warranty label it said to contact Funai electronics for any warranty claims unbelievable! Completely disgusted now I start heading for the nearest exit when I run across a Dyson dc33 vacumm that looks nothing like the two dysons that I own its about 6 pounds lighter and made of almost all plastic. I now find one in the box and just like I thought it said on the box "made in China exclusively for Walmart. I don't know what they are thinking over at their at Walmart's cooparate headquarters but I think they are just taking advantage of the American people and the rough times were going through with this recession were in by making us think were getting quality products at a low price when in fact their selling us crap! If you want to Buy nicer quality products with alot more selection I suggest you pay a little more at Target or Sears. Regretfully, E.Lee Covina, CA. read more

when I entered this walmart I felt as if I entered an alternate universe.. I have been in walmarts all across this country, but this one wow clean floors employees helpful and pleasant. the bathrooms sparkling clean. this was an incredible walmart. hands down best walmart I have ever seen. read more

This place at night is a nightmare. You figure if you go at 12am this place would be slow. Wrong. The workers this late are of no help. They are so slow and seem confused. Cashier line is long plus you get some weirdos in the stores. I get flashbacks like I'm in Kansas again but worse these people aren't behaved like the Midwest folks. The nice thing is its open 24/7 and have good prices on egg whites the day time mornings/afternoon is best time to go here. read more

this was the first ever 24hrs wal mart i've been to. i used to go here during work hours and run the clock doing errands. saved me many many times. the convenient of having something open 24/7 is always good especially for me sometime i sleep at 1am - 6am them nocturnal nights. read more

The new parking lot just doesn't feel right, maybe I'm not used to it. The new drought tolerant landscaping is nice though. I am usually a daytime customer, park near the garden center, pick up only what's needed, and exit as quickly as possible. However, last Sun. at 11PM I realized I needed a loaf of bread, so I had to enter through the main entrance. As I pulled up there were 5 guys, 2 of which wore their pants mid-butt style, shuffling toward the building, blocking the drivers aisle. I waited. A couple other cars seemed ready to leave their parking places, even a truck with the Raiders logo, also waited. Kind of an uneasy feeling with late night characters lurking about. The incomplete renovations are most obvious coming through the main entrance. The relocation of several departments has caused crowding of aisles and merchandise, reminiscent of my rare visits to Kmart. The bread aisle was nearly empty but I managed to grab the last loaf of Potato Bread! I waited in the shorter of two long lines to make my purchase, eager to get the hell out. This store, under renovation, is completely uninviting!! I have had some positive experiences with helpful employees, one around Christmas, more recently the Pharmacist, and the cashier that particular night. I was taken back when she said that the re-Grand Opening was set for Aug. 2016! I hope that I am not desperate enough to have to return anytime soon for the sake of late night convenience. Sorry, I am not impressed with our lovely community's need for a Super Walmart, drawing in hordes of low income trash. read more

We moved out here 4 years ago and we were looking for place to get work done on our vehicle. The first visit was an oil change which took almost 2 hours. We thought maybe it was just a bad day so we gave them another try. We had tires put on the next visit. this visit was about 2.5 to 3 hours. Our latest visit was my wife taking our vehicle back because there was a nail in the tire and that was where we had purchased the tires. After an 1.5 hours they told my wife they didn't have the tool to take the nail out an there was nothing they could do. I'm not sure why they didn't have the tool and why it would take them an 1.5 hours to figure it out. I would not recommend anyone going to the auto center at this Walmart. I gave them several chances to prove they wanted my business. They obviously don't care. We are now looking for another place to take our vehicle to. Bye Walmart Auto center in Glendora. Great prices, great hours, nice to see seniors working there but why can't you send someone outside to check for carts taken from your store and left out on Lone Hill? Don't you care about the image your allowing the exterior of the store to present? And shame on the City of Glendora, how many people who work for the city in any capacity drive up and down Lone Hill and don't see abandoned carts?? The same carts day after day, some even week after week just sit there. No more pride in this city huh. I went to this Walmart for an pre black Friday sale. I went for a 50 inch TV that was on sale for $115.00. They didn't have any and the employees didn't know about the sale! They tried to show me more expensive TV's. I tried to call Walmart's 800 number and got nowhere that night. I did some more research and found out that this store only had three of those TV's. I also found out that many stores had none at all! I again call the 800 number. I made my complaint known! I pointed out that there was no disclaimer that stated quantities were limited. This practice is reminiscent of the bait and switch that Montgomery Wards use to do! I have not herd back from Walmart about my complaint! They don't care about customers! read more

Worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. Aisles are very narrow. Employees do not want to assist and will tell you that it is going to be awhile. No one is helpful. Also, I just left and possibly met the worst cashier. "Ome---" was too busy socializing with another employee while I was in line. She kept hitting the cash register looking like she did not know how to operate it. She was not paying attention. Unprofessional altogether. I don't expect a lot from cashiers working at Walmart due to how they pay but this was bad even for them. read more

Don't ever take your car here. I've been waiting for over an hour to get my oil changed and they still haven't started doing the job. I can change my oil in twenty minutes in my driveway. Why is it they take so long with an engine bay. This is ridiculous I hate this place and will never be back. read more

My friend works there and she loves her job she never had an issue with anyone until one morning she was getting ready to leave work & she noticed her purse was not in her locker. She told me she remembers putting it in her locker when she started her shift but when her shift was over her purse was missing. She told me that she let several members of management know that her purse was missing and all her belongings as well. I picked her up from work that morning because obviously she couldn't drive herself home since her car keys were in her purse which was stolen. The entire weekend went by and not one member of management knew what was going on with her purse. I was disgusted by the whole issue because no one there seemed to care that an employee's belongings were missing and that EMILY an electronics associate STOLE my friends purse from her locker and yet EMILY is still employed there no action was taken against her either. Makes me sick to think that walmart has no care or concern for their associates belongings or well being. She contacted the in store security and he blew her off but the only two managers to care about this issue were lydia and brandy the two managers who understood what my friend was feeling & going thru. Sad to think that thieves work there and are allowed to steal from fellow employees. read more

If I could I would have put zero stars. Let's see where the heck do I start. I've never liked shopping at Walmart this place sucks! But they have a movie in stock for a very cheap price. So I decided to purchase online for store pick up. When I get there lady at costumer service is so rude! Tells me I'm at the wrong location. Then when I go to the correct place lady tells me my order isn't ready goes on tells me I should call this number. They'll give me an estimate of the time to wait. I'm calling the number. Seems like a dealer ship number or something so I hang up. This man comes up asking about my order number trying to help which is great nice dude. He stated if I were to call the number all they would do is direct me back to the store. So that hag just gave me the number so I could get outta her hair. He then tells me he's going to call Walmart.com. I'm just waiting for this guy about 60 min pass he comes to tell me there is no such movie in stock and has not been for weeks days whatever, then goes on to tell me he's going to deny the order. I get home and receive an email telling me It'll be ready by 8:42. I ordered a damn movie nearly around 4:40PM. I will NEVER shop at Walmart again I'd rather pay 20$+ then shop here with all these unprofessional people I work for a staffing agency and I wouldn't hire HALF the people working here all grouchy, with attitude. This is ridiculous! Horrible horrible customer service. I've never had so much regret. Waste of time. I tried cancelling the order but now says that it's a 50/50 chance it'll get cancelled BS! if I could I would choose to give no stars to this store. worst customer service ever. and no body knew what they were talking about. you guys should really know what's being sold. product knowledge. went at midnight to get a movie I wanted. couldn't find it. asked the lady working and she said i don't think it's out. oh we can't find it or the display. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CANT FIND IT?! be prepared people! then she pointed to the superman display and said but! there's the superman movie...like no! I didn't ask for superman I asked for a different movie. then she said it'll prolly be out by 6am. ok like I'm gonna come back for that? no. then I called the next day and asked if they had my movie then the girl said nooooo I don't think we have that it isn't out yet. but it is I know when one of my favorite movies is out. told her it was out already then she said let me check. came back and said yeaaa I THINK we have it. Two occasion two very bad customer service experiences. Once in the photo department I was making a Kodak memory video for my uncles funeral which was the next morning. I was on the kiosk for about three hours scanning and editing the video. I clicked on create cd and moments later around 945 pm the attendant in the photo department walk up to me telling that I need to quote move so he can shut down the machine. I explained that I was waiting for my cd to finish burning then I would be done. He huffed and puffed and walked away only to return 15 minutes later to tell me once again I needed to move its 10and the photo department is closed. I said wait this is a 24 hr Walmart he said I'm gonna go get my manager. I said please do. He returned to assure me that even if he turned off the printer that my disc would still finish. Not th case at all! I found myself at cvs until 3 in the am. Was so out of it at the funeral. I would have tracked that guy down if I had the energy! read more

This is for the Auto Department. Very poor customer service. I drove up to the auto repair section. There use to be a drive up line and the attendant immediately helped you. It was done in a very orderly fashion. Today there was nothing so I parked and and saw what seemed like the clerk. He had a uniform and was holding a hand held computer. So I walked over to him as he was talking to another male. I stood there waiting and waiting and waiting for some kind of acknowledgment. The clerk never turned around. He continued talking and totally ignored me. I finally walked away because I thought maybe I was standing by the wrong person. I felt strange. I figured if he worked at the Auto department he would have said something by now, but since he ignored me I went into the counter and asked the woman if she can help me. She said I needed to go to the guy outside first. I said what guy? I told her, I stood by the person I thought was the employee but he never helped me. or said the usual, "Ill be with you as soon as I finish here." She went outside to see what was going on. I followed her and watched her go up to the same clerk I stood waiting for. I saw them laugh and say some words. She came up to me and told me it would be a 2hour wait and that the clerk would get to me when he could. He was now talking to a new customer. It would have been nice if he would have come up to me and said, yes I can help you now. I know you have been waiting. I waited another few minutes thinking what to do. I have a tire that keeps going flat. I was not able to check my car in. It was way to hard. I didnt feel as if they wanted my business today. I finally left. I wont be going back to the Walmart Auto department anymore. read more
