So love Walmart but mainly talking about the McDonald's staff in this Walmart since I couldn't find the Yelp page for the mc donalds. Went in yesterday and ordered my usual and a few extra for someone I was with. Cashier is nice the lines goes by quick I get my food and didn't receive one one of my mc chickens, definitely not a big deal. But mc donalds new rules are they have to wear gloves so the cashier took my money, touched the counters touch the screens touched our food and touched Everyone else's too that probably came in yesterday. So when I noticed the missing item I mention it to him and he's like are you sure? Grabs the bag out of my hand rummages through my bag with his dirty gloves all over my food and fries and was like oh okay and noticed he left the second mc chicken on the counter. And throws it in there and apologizes for forgetting. I never have problems with mc donalds and he's young, I don't mind the covid rules but the gloves are so stupid and useless when he's touching food and also touching everyone and their moms cards and money. Ok, I am not typically a Wal Mart "fan," but this store is actually pretty good! Groceries are well organized, people are friendly, and prices are notably less than the local Publix stores - I have seen many items with a price difference of over $1 per item, so it is well worth the trip to Wal Mart. I have also purchased a number of housewares, lots of sunscreen, vitamins, and Danskin workout wear here. It is actually my first stop when grocery shopping these days! The downside? Produce selection can be limited at times. They have it....or they don't. read more

I was calling this Walmart's Electronics department to see if they had the Animal Crossing switch, and after waiting for 20 minutes they declined my call. Then, I kept calling and calling, and even called customer service. Nobody was answering. I am a young girl that just wants to know if I can play Animal Crossing on the Limited Edition Nintendo Switch, but my dreams are crushed. Also, the switch is $299 at every other store but at Walmart it is $500+. Yesterday it was $519, but now it is $533. Really disappointed and sad. read more

Maybe someone from Walmart can explain why they're forcing customers to come within 6 feet of each other by herding them through one entrance? The brilliant response from the associate at this store suggested it's to control the number of people in the store due to COVID-19 restrictions. How ironic is it that Walmart implemented a crowd control policy by INCREASING the risk to customers? Here's an idea, place an associate at each of the 2 entrances with a counter in their hand and a radio...establish the limit, then communicate to each other. Customer Service desk is full of women employees who have no manners, no couth, and zero customer service skills. They are rude and have no desire to help customers. Just was read the riot act twice how they cannot ring up vegetables there and we had no vegetables. Just nasty women.Its like dealing with a gang. We tried to get rung up there three minutes earlier after power surge bc the cashier sent us over. I told this employee they would need a lot of employees bc all customers were being sent over. She said, "Why do you think I am coming over?" in a rude tone and opened her eyes really wide at me. Totally uncalled for. read more

Worst experience of my life. I went in at 7am on a Tuesday morning to get a new battery. It took them over an hour to change the battery. When I got back in my car my check engine light was on and my transmission light was on. When I went back to Walmart they were rude and would not listen to my issues even though they caused them. They refused to even look at my car. I had to take my car to a mechanic. The people at Walmart had put the battery in wrong and messed up the computer in my car causing all of the alerts to go off in my car. It was undriveable. The mechanic had to do a complete computer reboot. The Auto center at Walmart is completely unprofessional and incompetent. I will never go there again and suggest the know one else does!!!!!! read more

Went to this Walmart and their customer service was completely impossible. Went to customer service twice to get somebody to come to jewelry and had to wait 20 minutes before we got any answer ask for a store manager they said they didn't have one but the assistant is David I will never be going to this Walmart again and I suggest you don't go either. JT at the Tire Center was extremely professional, very helpful, efficient and a total pleasure to deal with, as was the rest of the crew. I got a great deal on great tires and they had them installed in no time for the best value in town, with an excellent warranty. Great to be able to shop and get things done right there, too, while waiting. read more

I had the worst experience at the pharmacy. I received a phone call stating my rx was ready. However, when I drove to Walmart an hour later, the pharmacy gave me attitude about my prescription and said "they didn't have that medicine". After I played back the voicemail stating they had it, I continued to get more attitude. Then, they made me wait 45min to refill my rx. I will be continuing to fill my rx at Walgreens! They are much better and very respectful! read more

This was positively!! the last time i will visit any Wal-Mart, Sams in Naples Fl. one simple question i had for an associate, Did not speak english? could not help me locate what i wanted to purchase. Went to Target! atleast they are willing and able to help me find my items. My friends keep warning me about Wal-Mart,Sams and their complete lack of training, complete lack of locations of store materials,complete lack of respect for your consumer base. -10 or more rating. I came here to buy beer. I was with my 14 year old brother while I was at self check out. The lady came over and I showed her my ID and she asked for my brothers ID, which obviously he does not have one. So the lady (Corina) did not let me complete my purchase which is completely ridiculous. I tried calling the store multiple times and tried every number option and no answer. This store is foolish and absolutely ridiculous. That is no way to treat a customer! I will gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

I have shopped in this Walmart before, costumer service is poor but must of time I don't need an employee when I shop there I even do the self checkout. Except for tonight that all "self checkouts " were closed (idk why) and I needed an employee to ring me up. Only two registers open! Not a big deal, after all I only had 5 small items to pay for. When I get there the cashier started cleaning around without even looking at me, she won't even move the electric band to get my small items next to her so I grabbed them and pushed them where she could comfortably reach, still no knowledge so I said "Hi How are you?" Without looking at me she said "fine". Ok... not a big deal maybe she's having a bad day, we all have one of those. I paid took my bag and left. I drove 20 minutes after a long day of work, get ready for bed and.... TWO ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY BAG!!!!!!!!! I purchased 5 SMALL items that easily fitted in ONE bag!!!!! Either she didn't put them there or put them in another bag!!! Why?!?! I don't freaking know!!!! But there's NOTHING more aggravating than that!!!!!!! Now I have to drive back tomorrow before work in HOPES they give me my items or my money which honestly I don't even know if it is worth it, to go back all the way there and deal with them. read more

This store is horrible! I tried to get help in the Portrait studio and the customer service counter wouldn't page anyone. They said someone was working over there to just go back over there. I went back to the Portrait Studio and no one was there as I told the customer service counter. I waited 10 minutes then asked someone in the Eye Center to call someone to help me. He did page someone and I waited again another 20 minutes to no avail. No one ever came to help me set an appointment and and answer my questions so I left and made an appointment somewhere else to have my portraits done. Lost sales! read more

Walmart is one of the worst store I have ever had to deal with. Order tires online at the Juliet store drove to Naples from fort Myers to have them put on to be told tires are not here. After looking and seeing they had 6 sets in stock I got passed around to 4 different Walmart employees who told me I had to cancel my order and buy the tires in the store. Now I'm out $300+ for ten days because they couldn't take the tires they had in store to put on my car. I called customer service to be put on hold for 30 + min to have a lady rudely talk to me and say well there nothing we can do have a good day.... This is a convenient place to go for a wide variety of everyday items for cheap prices. The store is open 24/7 and is located right by the intersection of I-75 and Immokalee Rd. It is true that their customer service isn't the best but this is to be expected at a business that emphasizes cheap prices. I also appreciate their walk-in servicing of oil changes for my car. read more

We tried the Walmart online grocery shop for you and then just pick it up when ready at your requested time..It was amazing and a time saver. The only drawback is you don't see the produce before you take it home so the produce can just be average. It's works fine and we will get produce, deli and meat elsewhere. read more

I went to get a new tire after going to a different tire shop and being told that they couldn't patch my tire and were trying to over charge me for a new tire. The service people at Walmart were all very friendly and professional. I didn't have an appointment but had called ahead and knew the wait was very long so I made arrangements to have someone pick me up until my car was ready. I asked them to double check if they could patch it and the gentleman told me if not they could get me a new tire for $70, about half of what the other place was trying to charge. I was called right around the time they told me it would take and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to patch it! I appreciate their honesty and not trying to sell me on things I didn't need. I will be using them again for any of my tire needs. read more

The noise level in this store is excruciating. It is packed with screaming, out of control children whose parents ignore them. They do have many products that are less expensive than they are at other stores. The checkout lines are too long, and like many other businesses lately, many of the employees do not speak adequate English. I try to avoid this store and may consider actually wearing ear protection if I go there in the future. read more

Also husband went for an oil change and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. Said he'd be back at 7 am. Went back and was told an 1 1/2 - at 7 am??? Went to Valvaline and was in and out in 10 mins. Walmart pickup is wonderful all around. Junie, who got my order together, was so kind and helpful. I could tell she was excited about this new service and she got me excited to continue to use them. It was quick and easy, especially for mamas of little ones. When they didn't have one produce item I ordered, they replaced it with a larger size name brand for the same price!
