I went to the Walmart Supercenter to purchase a TV. After returning home to set it up, I planned to take a photo and send it to my family. At that point, I realized I had misplaced my phone--most likely in the store's Technical and TV department. I immediately drove back to the store to inquire about it. Unfortunately, I discovered that someone had turned off my phone. Later, I found that an individual had attempted to use Zelle to transfer money from my checking account to theirs. A Wells Fargo representative informed me that the person's name was Vincent Costello. I then tried to get assistance from the Walmart store, but they were unwilling to help. When I contacted Walmart's corporate office, they advised me to file a police report. I want to make it clear that I am not seeking to recover any money. However, I strongly believe this individual should be prosecuted, potentially face jail time, and be terminated from their job. read more

Not EVEN including how they treat associates, this is a disgusting and disgraceful company. I would not shop here especially for produce. They allow meats that have been out for hours to be brought back with the returns. Fruits, vegetables, etc, are exposed to horrible conditions, and often times they're put back out for sale when dropped on the floor, or things similar. As far as how they treat workers, if you plan on working here, don't plan on having any unplanned major health problems, they will terminate you over it. doesn't matter if it's a miscarriage all the way down to a heart attack, they will tell you "life happens" and there's nothing they can do about it. The pay is shit for the amount of work expected of them to do. If you can't work 5 departments at one time as 1 person, that's a yellow warning because you're too slow. I mean seriously it is constant manipulation and power trips and just disgusting behavior. The managers are supposed to be there to guide, not to attack, yet they will treat you like an enemy no matter how much you bow to their feet. This walmart is Hell in disguise. Idk why this Walmart has such a bad rating. It's clean, organized, and the staff is amazing! They've put out their summer items and the prices have blown me away. Did I mention how impressed I was with their staff? I spoke to at least 10 ppl and all of them were eager to help me. They pointed me into the right direction of everything I needed. My kid got sick and the staff was jumped into action in getting it cleaned up and assured us that it was ok. Thank you Princeton Walmart. This is my kids favorite Walmart now. read more

Tried to buy a ps5 game locked in the case at 10pm, but apparently the goofy ass shrew working electronics said they closed at 8pm... Okay, thats great but the game is right there so i asked him if he can just let me buy it now and stop with the jokes. He said "Oh Im sorry i wish i could but i cant if there was any other way i would do it, we havent had a manager here all day." The greeter tonight (Superbowl Sunday) at closing at the front door does not like white people. She only addresses the black folks. It was blatantly obvious and really sad as I always look forward to the greeters at Walmart, but unfortunately at this one I found her to completely ignore me, in fact, wouldn't even look at me. May I suggest someone who is kind to all as they walk in and out? I came past several times as I had to visit the store a few times tonight as I forgot a few things I needed in my first visit earlier in the night. Then I had to run out to my car to get my credit card so I passed her six times in and out through my 2 visits this evening. Same response every time. I received these white sub rolls that are "made in the walmart bakery" and there were live roaches inside the plastic packaging. I had these delivered to me through the Walmart+ delivery service and I was absolutely shocked, petrified and disgusted. It's really unfortunate how nasty the bakery at the walmart must be for the workers to not notice this. I called over and over at the walmart I got these from, to let them know these should be inspected and hopefully pulled from the shelves. I persisted for well over an hour and nobody answered whatsoever. I highly recommend skipping this walmart, and probably most, as there are most likely infested roaches in the food products, and nobody in customer service would even bat an eye anyway. I will absolutely not be returning and I contacted FDACS to let them know of the lack of food safety experience we received from this location. read more

Like your typical Walmart. Sometimes you can find deals at this one that you can't find at others. Employees aren't very welcoming or helpful when asking them to help find something. The first time I came here there was trash all over the parking lot scattered and smashed. It smelled really bad and off putting, I almost left. Walmart usually saves me a little more than other places but the service and organization of things bring down the rating. read more

Walmart Supercenter - This place is a perilous deathscape.. - Department Stores Near Me - Orlando, Florida

This was a tough one. We were in the area and I have been looking for a few items I can not find in their locations near me so we stopped in to do our shopping. It was a fairly busy parking lot and once you entered you knew it was going to be different. They had a ton of Easter baskets right by the entrance and we walked most of the store. The pharmacy was near the center of the store and I had trouble finding a couple items I was interested in there. I found a few cleaning supplies I needed and headed towards the grocery section. They had quite a few items I have not seen before and some that I have not found locally for some time. We were able to find most of the items on our shopping list and several extra items. It was all good till we got to the checkouts. None of the self checkout lanes were open and several people complained about it. There were only about eight lanes open and the lines were all quite long and slow moving. It was taking forever and then the "Karen" decided to express their entitlement. While it was entertaining it was uncalled for. Members of staff came to talk to her. We bring our own bags and like to have things packed carefully. Our cashier was clueless how to pack a bag and we had to repack everything once out at our vehicle. Most items were fine but bread items should never be in the bottom of a bag. Clearly some training needs to be done. read more

I always do a Walmart pick up from this location. The staff is friendly and always gets my order correct. The location is busy, but they keep the parking area clean. The are often sale out of my favorite waffles, but overall they always have everything I need . read more

The store itself is the normal experience you'd expect as far as offerings and such. The area itself is a little rough so sometimes you'll hit that inside the store as well. They are mostly clean and well stocked. As most people are use to, finding help here is non existent. It's still shocking to me how that's just the norm for this chain. Lord knows that I'm not a fan at Walmart, no matter what time of the day it is. Nothing is organized, the staff isn't the best, and there's so many registers and only 3 available. I know what you're thinking, why not use self service? Well they were out of service, so I had to wait in line. Why is it that they never have enough staff at the register, but you see them lolly gagging in the back. But nonetheless, the options are all there with how Walmart serves nearly everything. Produce area, though huge, seemed dirty and not well taken care off, clothing and shoe departments were a mess, even though is was Friday mid-morning and almost no clients around and the store, though big, looks like everything is cramped. Even with the 30 min drive to get here, I already know both me and my partner will be back when we can- we just felt right at home with this place. It's definitely not the area we liked about it, but the way the store itself was designed and the fact that it has almost everything reminds of us of Texas. I couldn't believe this place had different departments beyond just gardening and clothing that typical supercenters have- this Walmart is a true supercenter worthy of its own street by the name of Walmart Plaza. It has more than just a Subway inside too which I was incredibly surprised at- I have been disappointed by so many things in the Orlando/Winter Park area, that this Walmart was an incredibly pleasant discovery. I had begun to make peace with the fact that there were very few "nice" stores in Florida that I really enjoyed going to- stores here are either incredibly crowded with unpleasant staff (and if it's not one thing it's the other), but contrary to other reviews of this Walmart, I think this is a very spacious and organized place. I was overjoyed that they had art supplies at this location even if they didn't have the particular supplies I was looking for. This goes for pretty much every department in this store- they have a lot of things to choose from even if they don't have exactly what you stopped in for. My partner found a new phone case out of a lot of options to choose from, and we had a lot of fun exploring each department looking for what we needed even if we didn't always find it. My only real complaint is that despite being so spacious and organized, their employees seem overworked, as the location itself is a bit short-staffed according to other yelpers and my own experience in the store. Additionally, yelpers are right again that they do overcharge for many of their items as well which kind of cancels out their whole "save money, live better" slogan. I know it was around 10:00PM when we were checking out finally after all the fun we had perusing our options, and the cashier seemed like she was just ready to go home because she was the only lane open and a line was forming behind us. I just felt unwelcome by nearly all the employees, but it was easy to brush them off because there weren't many to encounter throughout the entire store. I think total there were 3 on-duty cashiers, 6 people shelving, 3 on security, and 2 at the tech department, which even at a late hour, for a 24 hour supercenter, being that short-staffed at any Walmart puts a serious strain on employees that makes it unenjoyable for shoppers. I implore management for the sake of their own employees to bring more members on to help make a more enjoyable experience for everyone involved, but regardless, I have to admit that we'll be back for the spacious location. read more

Walmart's grocery from this location is atrocious. It has actually caused me to cancel my subscription. My last order was almost 2 hours late. Customer service reps are rude. They wouldn't refund me for month's subscription so I ordered again to get my money's worth since I already paid for the service. The order was supposed to be here between 3-4. It's now 5:19, it says my order was delivered. I called and I'm told the driver checked in the order too soon and my order is delayed. Unacceptable. And I don't know where their customer service call center is located but those are the most disrespectful reps I've ever encountered. This is exactly why Walmart has the reputation it does. I came to Walmart to buy a game for Christmas on 12-20-2019 at 11:09pm and the staff tells me that I can not purchase a game because the electronics department closes at 10pm. But Walmart is open 24 hours a day. Total BS. I come to Walmart at night to avoid the people and lines. read more
