dont risk doing walmart delivery because you may starve to death. 30 percent of the time walmart cancels their delivery and on the weekend there is a 40 percent chance you may get your delivery if you call walmart about 5 times. dont waist your time giving walmart a weekend delivery. now its getting christmas time and walmart is always out of stock many items snd walmart agressively tries to substitute many items. this walmart has no conscience and if walmart gets express orders getting 10 dollars more per order then your orders may be put off till the next day. walmart said to there are many orders today never delivered. maybe as many as 100 orders not delivered on december 22. i even told walmart that i am handicapped and i could starve to death and dont want to wait till tomorrow since walmart will cancel that order so that walmart can make more money with their express order. another period walmart did not deliver 10 out of 12 orders and then you have to wait 10-20 days to get your money back for each order. i do currently buy from a more expensive supplier where i can get good deliveries and dont have to worry about my delivery. imay pay 5-10 dollars more to prevent myself from starving to death with walmart nonsence during busy periods. how do you know when walmart is giving false info about your delivery. earlier today walmart said my order was on the way but they dont show tracking when walmart does not show tracking you probably wont get your order and if they did get me my order they were missing about 12 items plus 4 hours of aggravation because of walmart. read more

Went to Ocoee, FL Walmart photo 1st. Inept place. Tried again here. The 1 hour photo wasn't one hour. Waited an hour or more. Then the woman said it'll be another half an hour. Went home. Never got my text that they were done. Called 3 times. Left on hold over 10 min each time. Rude. Called the superstore manager and he/she never came on line either. I went in to find a puddle jumper for my son for the pool. I walked around the entire store and couldn't locate one. I ran into Al, an assistant manager and he ran me around the entire store trying to locate one for me. When we couldn't find one, he went on the computer and realized there were 37 in stock in the back. He went in the store room himself and brought out the puddle jumpers. Let me look through to find the one I wanted and stocked the shelves himself. As an assistant manager, it was nice to see that he was helping me himself and not pawning this mundane task off on a lower level employee. He took the time to go above and beyond to help me and did it with a smile and genuinely wanted to be helpful. This made my vacation much more enjoyable. Thank you Al!!! read more

I was in the 20 item speedy checkout lane with three items to purchase. Two groups of Brazilian customers with shopping carts piled high were in front me. "How are they going to checkout?" I wondered to myself. Well, here's what did...made a multitude of 20 item piles and paid for each pile separately. Seriously? Even if they thought it was okay, a Walmart employee (e.g., the cashier) should have explained the speedy checkout concept and sent them to a regular checkout lane. What do you get when you take a classy place mixed with bad attitude and put Walmart on it ? 1st of this is a really nice Walmart fully stocked on everything I was looking for and more. I really was not going in there for customer service, just picking up a few things and leaving. Being on vacation and not from the area I realize I was missing things from my bag this is why they got a 1 star rating because of there customer service 1st phone call I asked to Speak to manger to tell them about my situation and to see if I could get a refund or items from my local Walmart then I was put on hold for 10 mins, I hung up and called back again, this time the person answering the phone didn't even acknowledge the fact that it was Wal-Mart. He simply said hello, then he put me on hold for another 5min, I hung up and called back again. This time a lady answer the phone she told me the 2 managers were busy doing something and no one could help me. She suggest I hold for 45 min. She also made it seem if it was my fault that my items weren't in the bag. My next call will be Corp. I hope they can help. read more

I've never had a great experience at Walmart before, but the staff at this location is awesome. At one point, I accidentally sat on my brand new iPhone 6. I had walked away from not realizing till a few minutes later. Frightened that someone may have stolen I asked one of the staff members if they or anyone they work with found my lost phone. Not only did they turn into the customer service, but they walked me over to the customer service introduce me and help me get my phone back so I wouldn't worry. Today all of the credit card processing was down in the entire store so I had to leave a cart full of food behind unless I wanted to pay cash. They did not bother to tell anyone about this until they were already in the checkout line. The cashier was asking if you were paying by cash or credit/debit card because the credit card system was down. Why couldn't they have announced this over the PA system so people wouldn't waste their time trying to buy items if they didn't have cash. I've been shopping at this store for 9 years and today was the last straw. This store is a complete nightmare. It's always picked over, the staff is rude and it's always packed with tourists. The photo center associates and manager(s) need training on customer service asap! They do not introduce themselves, advertise their name nor speak to customers with a pleasant and joyful demeanor. My 1-hour photo order was not processed and they did not have the decency to contact me. I requested that my order be cancelled and the local associates and even customer service online has not been very help. Customer service online rushed me off the live chat indicating chat system limitation and transferred me to someone else. I've never had a bad experience at Walmart up until this point. Their lack of empathy, customer service, and training has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will no longer shop at the Walmart at Turkey Lake nor use any Walmart photo center. The local CVS or Walgreens photo center provides great quality photos at prices comparable to Walmarts. read more

The most DISGUSTING, DISRESPECTFUL Walmart I have EVER been to. The employees obviously are mad about being there, which they should be because they work at Walmart, and take it out on the customers. I could not even use the bathroom because it was so gross. It had a layer of toilet paper on the floor as well as poop in every stall. This place should be shut down or monitored by hq. I shop in here a lot because it's close to home. I usually am treated ok by staff. Honestly, it's usually the other customers from out of the area that are rude. Anyways, I was shopping tonight and decided to look at the Christmas clearance area which was all signed as being 75% off. I found some really nice things. All of which scanned properly except the tuelle which is originally $1.97 each. The lady working back there said it would be adjusted at the register. Since I'm in a wheelchair, I grabbed an empty box off the shelf to carry all of my things in and went to check out. The cashier said she could not do it and called manager Angel. Angel said that $1.97 was the sale price and pointed to the price on the box. I explained that I had just grabbed the box to carry it in and that the bigger box back there said on it " $1.97 Tulle " He refused to check. So I went back to Christmas and brought the entire display with me. He still refused to discount it because he insisted the $1.97 was the discount. Even though the box clearly stated it was the original price. He argued with me in front of everyone and refused to honor it. He walked away from me stating he had nothing else to say to me and was done with me. Then manager David backed him up. I was do humiliated and fed up that I just needed to leave. I left the tulle at the register and when we tried to leave with our groceries which we ALREADY paid for, they said we can't leave because we didn't pay which they know full well we did. Angel was a complete and total jerk who deserves to be fired for treating a loyal handicap customer like that. I will follow through with this with Bentonville. I have never seen a Walmart where every single aisle has a check out cashier. I traveled to Orlando in February and it was a bit cold. I went to this Walmart to get a hoodie, but was told by an employee (wearing a hoodie) that they don't sell hoodies. I saw another employee wearing a hoodie, and another, and another, and another. By the time I made it to the check out i noticed every cashier had a hoodie on. The store manager came out wearing a hoodie clad in golden tassels, made of some sort of silk with a holographic set of flames on it. I'm not sure if this is some inside joke and I'm the butt of it or something. All and all i did find out they DO sell aqua socks. read more

Thursday my tire was punctured right before I got home from work. Due to traffic and how close I was to the apartment I got in there and parked in the first available spot. I still had my road hazard warranty from Wal Mart, where I had purchased the tire, and this morning took it in to get it replaced. Shouldn't have been a problem, the treads were in good shape and I had kept my tires properly inflated since having to replace them all in 2014. They DENIED me, saying that a groove caused by the rim showed I had driven it under inflated which violated the warranty due to the groove from the rim in the sidewall from me having to get off the road. I showed them the puncture and said, "Of course it was underinflated, this happened, sir!" And the assistant manager refused to do anything more than say, "This voided the warranty." SO I just launched off a letter to their corporate office about this, and to the store, and after I buy the new tire on Friday I'm done with Wal Mart. Apparently unless your tires are basically PERFECT after getting damaged they aren't going to honor their own policies. And don't bother with road hazard from them if you do get a tire, it's a freaking scam. read more
