My go to Walmart. It has most of the thing I need in great price. I like this Walmart in three different way. Grocery, daily use, and pharmacy. This is a super Walmart. So it has more items than regular Walmart. Start with grocery. They have bakery, fresh produce, deli, meat and seafood, frozen section and many more. Price is acceptable. I like the Parmesan chicken wing. This is my favorite in the deli section. I like the cream pop at the frozen section. They do have Ahi tuna grade fillet. It good for seared or sushi. Daily product includes clothing, sport items, electronic, art and craft, bicycle, jewelry, and more. I like the most is their eye glass center, you can get good pair of glass with lesser price with insurance cover. The pant and shock is my frequent item. The pharmacy has the beauty product I need, it also has my daily care product like tooth paste, shampoo and mouthwash. Well. They are definitely very convenient for me.

Tampa Supercenter 19910 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647 placed order May 10, 2023 Order# 2000109-24667308 After waiting in parking lot 20 min they delivered 1 item out of 7 The manager said on the ph they dont have my order on file? After another 15 min they send me another 3 items by an aggressive Spanish speaking guy with a long beard to harass me and tell me that " I have an attitude" invited me to leave with half of the order delivered even I show him on his own hand held device the missing items-he called the manager SIMMI to evict me from parking lot-He refused to tell his name and his badge was on reverse--She came out with missing items and apologized bc or "human error" That took one hour of my time-Never use this pick up service again-Filed consumer protection reports since I am a senior citizen

This is how dirty this store stays! Gum stuck on the floor as well as trash and food stains!

I went in for some Halloween things for my grandchildren. I had to use the self check out because only 3 registers were open. Lines were long everywhere as it is 6:30 on a Friday evening. I purchased multiple items of the same thing and suddenly the screen popped up "not a scannable item need associate assistance". A guy comes over resets and takes my picture a gives me an item count as thought I'm stealing! This store has no one in any departments. The fitting rooms had no one to unlock doors. Many waited over 15-20 minutes and no one ever showed up! This store is also dirty from the floors to the disgusting restrooms! We the customers are now doing the cashier's jobs while Walmart raises their prices! Rude associates who stand around and do nothing! One associate at each exit is checking receipts which causes a huge delay! If they don't trust us to do our own check out than they need to Re staff actual cashiers! This is pure greed as Walmart pays less for help!'

The running theme with Walmart no matter where you shop is the service, or should I say the substandard lack of it or its consistency. I've been all over this country and I went from being followed around the store at a Walmart in Vermont to being completely ignored at a Walmart where I'm from in Maryland to getting exceptional service at the Walmart in Western Massachusetts where my wife is from to ranging service in states across the country and through the years. Fast forward to where we currently live in Tampa and my Walmart of choice has been the one on Bruce B. Downs Blvd in New Tampa because they've been pretty consistent over the course of the time that we've lived here, compared to Walmart stores near where we live and in other cities, towns and hamlets across Florida. Today we decided to do our grocery shopping at Walmart first before going to Publix. I think someone dropped a 'bad attitude bomb' in here. From the deli to the customer service department, the way they're treating people is Kay Krazy and it's like they don't even care. Blue shirts with badges walking around ignoring customers like they're being paid to. Man, I swear, if Walmart goes out of business it'll be a happy/sad day. The prices are reasonable the service on the other hand is Unbelievable!

Another year has gone by since we were here and things have still not changed. This is a nice area of town so I thought they would at least make some in-store improvements Nope it's still just a so so store. The shelves are not fully stocked and they are out of a lot of things. I also had a very difficult time understanding the staff. Mostly foreign languages. Guess it's our last time to shop here.

Don't buy anything frozen for there. Their big freezer in the back is broken. Got ice cream from their and it was melted.

This was once both the best and the worst place I have ever worked -- separated only by time. Both…read moreas a customer and former employee, this place is not the same. There was a period when Fleet Feet New Tampa was genuinely special. Under different leadership, the focus was on caring for people, not pushing sales. We were taught to educate customers, listen to their needs, and help them make the best decisions for themselves. The culture centered on community, integrity, and service. It felt aligned with Fleet Feet's stated values and with the Tampa running community. In my experience, that culture no longer exists. Under the current management structure (with the exception of the current in-store manager, who is brand new and not responsible for what I'm describing), the environment shifted entirely toward profit maximization at the expense of people. In my opinion, anyone who questioned these priorities was marginalized, pressured, or pushed out. I personally witnessed and experienced practices that I believe are unethical and harmful to employees. In my experience, employees were terminated shortly after requesting to use earned and accrued time off, allegedly because it was "not in the budget," which effectively prevented them from ever being able to use time they had earned before it expired. I also observed what I believe to be retaliation against employees who raised concerns about pay discrepancies and wage issues. When concerns were raised, meetings were held framing the situation as "not being handled the way management would have wanted," which in my opinion discouraged transparency and accountability. There was, in my experience, a pattern of bullying and intimidation. Employees were pressured to perform tasks outside their job scope, asked to work alone in the store despite safety concerns, and even pressured into running personal errands for management. When employees did not comply, I observed hours being cut, people being marginalized, or accusations of unrelated wrongdoing being raised. That said, I want to be very clear: many of the outfitters who work directly with customers are still good people with sincere intentions. They genuinely care about helping runners and walkers. My criticism is not aimed at them, nor at Fleet Feet as a brand, nor at franchise-owned stores, which I believe may still operate with integrity and customer-first values. This review reflects my experience with this specific corporate-owned location and the leadership overseeing it. In my opinion, the district leadership and operating partner responsible for this store created a toxic and hostile work environment that pressured people to act against their values in the name of profit. I believe this runs directly counter to Fleet Feet's core values and does not reflect the moral fiber of the Tampa community. There was a time when this store was something truly positive. I hope leadership changes so it can return to being a place that serves the community with integrity and treats its employees with dignity. Until then, I personally cannot recommend supporting this location if those values matter to you. This review reflects my personal opinion and experience with this specific location.
