I watched an altercation between an employee and a client today at 2:55pm. The employee was yelling at the client to "speak English" when the client was asking where something is. The employee said "I am Filipino I don't understand why she thinks I need to speak Spanish". The client and employee both had an accent but I could understand both of them, if anything the employee had a heavier accent not that it matters. I didn't step in because the client held her own and told the lady not to talk to her like that and that she will be making a complaint. The weirdest part was that the employee walked up to me because she saw me watching and was looking for approval, but I just shook my head and walked away. I see that lady all the time in the mens shirt section folding, when I've asked her where something is before she says "ask someone else that is not my section" so I know she has a attitude problem. read more

I have always came to this Walmart as it is close to my house and have never had a problem but today was just not okay. My boyfriend and I went shopping to buy some essentials that we needed and we went to the Men's department and after pressing the HELP button 3 times and no one was around. I found an associate in the Men's department folding some clothes and I asked for help and she had a stank attitude. MAITESS was her name and she goes to the area where we needed assistance with because it required a key and she pulls out a mask that she DIDN'T HAVE BEFORE on in front of us and unlocks the cabinet that was made of glass and she slammed it. If I could give this Walmart no stars I would. I have been here a total of 4 times and I have never been somewhat satisfied. Let's start with the Seva eyebrow place in the front. Awful, the older lady over charged me by a couple dollars. I'm not bothered by the money I'm bothered that I left there literally crying because my eyebrows were horrible. THE WORST WALMART BRANCH I'VE EVER BEEN TO! I was in the area so I've decided to come here for some stuff. Staff are so rude (at least the 3 staff I asked). I couldn't find any shopping cart even at the parking lot. There were at least 6-8 people outside also waiting for some shopping carts. So over it. It was bad enough hunting for parking, waiting in long lines, and shopping alongside people in pajamas and various other forms of questionable clothing. Now they put ALL small items in locked cabinets, I will not ever go back. Want aspirin? Call an associate to unlock the case. Heartburn meds or eye drops? Shampoo? Same thing. Butt powder? That too. You have to press a button to call an associate to open the case, take it out and hand it to you. WTH?! Okay, I understand that you have a terrible shoplifting problem, but I don't have that kind of time or patience. For a few pennies more I will go to Target and not be treated like a thief. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Only come here as a last resort! Not only is this location overly crowded, but the parking is so annoying! I went tonight because my boyfriend saw online that they had an ugly Christmas sweater (only 2 instock) and it was his size. When I finally managed to snag a parking spot, I head inside and have no clue where the sweaters are. I go towards the men's section, no Christmas in sight. I see an employee and ask her if she knew where they would be. Her response was outright rude! First she just points and says over in the men's section... so I kindly asked if she could show me because I didn't see anything. Her response "you're gonna have to just look for yourself " I'm sorry what?! I would have my head on a platter if I said that to a customer at my workplace! I then see another employee and ask him if he knew where the Christmas sweaters were and he also says the men's section. If I could give no stars I would. There was a manager in Walmart with the name Nikki on her jewelry nameplate. Didn't get her name due to no name tag but saw her necklace. She was rude and just didn't want to help. Kept acting like I was such a bother. In the end she said she couldn't help with my issue. So I called customer service to see if they could help...... a hour later another manager comes by named CYNTHIA. I just so happened explained the same issue and SHE IS WONDERFUL!!! She literally helped me in 1 min. I mean like it was nothing. I can't believe I had to go through all that. But CYNTHIA WAS AMAZING. I even hugged her. Then the other manager who I assume her name is Nikki, comes over peeking. She just didn't want to help me. This Walmart is horrible though. So many people don't care to work there. I mean it's absolutely the worst. But when you get great customer service it do make a difference. But that other manager she needs to be fired. I watched her with several customers. It just made no sense. And she has the audacity to be training someone. But I would leave CYNTHIA 5 STARS. And also they just be cursing at the front. This is not my favorite Walmart store by a long shot. The lines are frequently very long, with cashiers that don't seem to be in a hurry at any time. While the prices are pretty good, you really do have to pay a heavy price when it comes to your patience, your frustration, and your time getting the heck out of there! Parking is not so hot either, and if you are someone like me that values their car, you'll park alllllll the way to the end of the lot to avoid other shoppers from hitting your car. (Side note: The police department frequently uses this location to store their bait cars. There are signs posted very secretly in the lot) Anyway, if you aren't in a hurry, and you just want to blow some time while shopping for your household necessities - go here. I was told it would be 45 minutes so I went and shopped and at 10:30 I was told my pil change was declined because they couldnt remove the oul filter.
