    The good: This Walmart is massive! In their garden center, they had giant outdoor 11 x 8' rugs for $20 on clearance! I got my Christmas tree here for an affordable price as well as food items that I haven't seen elsewhere (like princess string cheese). They had super cute kids bikes here that had seats for kids to put and buckle their dolls. Their holiday section is great! Their hours are great (6AM-11PM). My mom got lots of kids' clothes from here for great prices. I like this place better than the other Walmart in Torrance since it is bigger (rather than having a separate Walmart Neighborhood market). The bad: Their garden center mostly had bikes and Christmas stuff rather than plants. The interesting: They have an auto-care center as well.

    I think this last a little bit over 30 days I tried returning back to Walmart in store at the Torrance location they did not take it back.

    This place has gotten a lot better since my last review. I come here all the time, it's the closest location to me. I come here for everything; toiletries, household items, car items, clothes, food, money order, and returns. They are pretty quick with stocking items but quickly remove them for the next holiday. Just overall crowded as usual. But their self-checkout line has been very useful. The lady that's been working here for a long time is very nice and sweet.

    I truly avoid this store whenever I can. The parking lot is always a mess, trash everywhere. People unbox merchandise and then leave the box & trash in the parking lot. Who does that? Pigs? I did find some Wicked merchandise, just 3 items. When I asked an employee, she showed me a rack that had nothing but S and XS. She said "that's it." Luckily I didn't believe her and I looked through several other racks. Wicked Items were mixed with Christmas items, Snoopy, Grinch, etc. I was lucky to find something - hooray. Looked for some other things. Packages were ripped open, etc. I needed to leave. And this was all before 10AM!!! Ok, bye.

    Great deal on Motorcraft 5w30 on J25 aisle in locked cabinet.. BUT it took about 20 button presses to get someone to open cabinet

    Never do curbside. They take over an hour to deliver your items to your car. Workers are very unprofessional also.

    FIRST TIME HERE NEW TO THE AREA!!! Horrible female asset…read moreprotection worker, I walk in and she immediately starts following me around the store. When I call her out on it she gets shocked and scrambles for words saying "oh I'm just standing here" I spoke to the manager which helped me through my entire shopping process and when I'm going to self check out the asset protection worker comes up to me again and starts looking at everything I'm scanning. I stop immediately turn around and look for the manager again, at this point I'm walking around furiously when I speak to the manger, the manger apologizes and pulls the APW aside then I speak to a guest service worker, super down to earth and he tells me that the asset protection worker is like that and has had multiple complaints from other customers. He offered to put all my stuff back because I no longer felt comfortable shopping and didn't feel welcomed as a customer, will never shop at this target again! I showed my son, still parked, and he noticed a dried playdoh in the toy's mouth, multiple indents on the toy's head, ties holding the dinosaur were loose and the box was previously opened but taped shut. What turned out to be a quick pick up was me and my son having to go inside - grab the correct toy from the toy section (mind you, there were new dinosaurs of the same item perfectly stocked on the shelf) then head over to the returns and exchange line which was long due to some Pokémon card release. And on top of that which should have been a clean swap, the cashier expected me to pay the difference. I said no and asked to speak to the manager. The manager questioned me on my drive up - pick up time and after me explaining that I JUST picked this up at drive up she couldn't believe it herself. I showed her the drive up sticker on the box that had my last name and pick up time, literally 10 mins apart. She stated that no scans were necessary and an even swap was all that was needed. This was all such an inconvenience. Visibly damaged items that have been returned should never be given to another paying customer. Cause now I'm not even going to spend my hard earned money at Target, unless I am gifted a gift card. 1st time this happened last year, I bought a revlon blow out tool - someone's brown/blonde hair was still wrapped around it. Disgusting and unacceptable, Target.

The shopping carts are small and easy to maneuver with cup holders and a hook for purses or backpacks. There was plenty of parking. The bad: I wanted to browse the store more but couldn't with two toddlers. I always get asked if my email is correct at checkout. It isn't. But every time I try to correct it, it doesn't allow me to at the store. The interesting: They had interest crocs sandals I've never seen before.

    Subject: Disappointing Customer Service Experience During Catering Pickup…read moreDear Albertsons Management Team, I am writing to share feedback about a recent visit to your store for a scheduled catering order pickup. As a longtime customer, I was very disappointed by the service I received and hope this will help address some operational issues. I arrived on time for a catering pickup scheduled between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM, entering the store around 2:02 PM. There were four food service staff members visible, yet I waited nearly 25 minutes for my chicken order. One young lady was polite and cordial, but overall there was a noticeable lack of coordination and communication among the team. As I waited, the customer line continued to grow with little attention paid to those of us waiting. While waiting, two employees (one African American and one Hispanic) began shouting at each other and appeared ready to engage in a physical confrontation. I even encouraged nearby staff to de-escalate the situation so service could continue. This was extremely uncomfortable for customers and reflected poorly on the store. When I asked an employee named Juanita (per her name badge) if she was the manager, she said she was not. However, it later became clear that she was in fact the manager on duty. This interaction, combined with the visible lack of respect and cohesion among staff, suggests deeper issues with leadership, training, and team accountability. I understand that running a busy store is challenging, but customers -- regardless of background -- deserve prompt, professional service, especially when picking up pre-ordered catering for important events like a wedding. Without satisfied customers, no business can thrive. Unfortunately, this experience was so frustrating that I have decided not to return to this location. After more than ten years away, this visit confirmed I will seek alternatives going forward unless absolutely necessary. I hope you will use this feedback to reinforce better customer focus, staff communication, and leadership presence on the floor. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
