Creekside Dental did not disappoint! 5:00 PM filling: They pre-numbed my tooth and numbed my tooth. Waited a decent amount of time for the area to be well and truly numb, Before they drilled. I chose to wear my headphones and listen to my music on my i-Pod. No issues with the filling, smooth sailing. 6:00 PM cleaning: Chris Cassinelli was the Hygienist that cleaned my teeth. She was kind, gentle, caring and very professional and courteous. She performed her job well and I will definitely be back again for a teeth cleaning with Chris! Dr. Rhoten is fine for regular dental business, but I would advise against using him for a occlusal guard. I had regular jaw pain before, but I was in life altering chronic pain for months while trying out the guard and getting adjustments. Even though I shelled out hundreds on the piece I had to start using my old retainer piece just to function. He's a fine person and regular Dr., but please use caution in regard to jaw issues. This experience was very upsetting and I will not be returning because of it.

The dude plays practical jokes on the other staff members (which can make your appointment more entertaining than you were expecting it to be). I've been through a root canal with them, and I think they were pretty good about it, though I don't have any other experience to compare it with. It took 4 hours (Dr. Han's record), and it wasn't awful. They're also willing to work the system for you, so that's pretty sweet.

I have never paid more than $60 for nitrous during a cleaning. They had a somewhat new hygienist that took 1.5 hours to clean my teeth (which are in good shape...normally takes about 45 minutes...no extras were needed such as xrays, etc). When I checked out, I was told there was no charge for my cleaning (insurance covered), but handed me a bill for $180 for nitrous! I was flabbergasted. I have shopped around and most dentists have a flat rate from $39 to $60. I wIll be finding a new dentist!

While on an airplane I had to take them out and put in a tissue. Yes I lost them. Well I had a teeth cleaning appointment so I asked on phone if they could also fit me for my teeth. Juan says they don't do that and will refer me elsewhere! WHAT? How long has this been policy. He says year year half. Hmmm I've only had mine for about 8 months!!
