Went to Walt's for the first time after knowing about them for years, I purchased a brand new swivel rocker chair for my travel trailer, the price was great! As for all the negative reviews on here people need to realize this: Walt's has new, used, wholesale and closeout parts, it's a warehouse, it's going to be a little cluttered and dusty but they have tons of hard to find stuff at great deals. People get their feelings hurt because they don't have a personal shopper holding their hand like Nordstroms... As for the people who post the picture of the anti mask sign on the door... The first amendment protection of OUR GOD GIVEN RIGHTS protects the fact to say something you might not like, but if it doesn't affect you conducting rv business then you shouldn't leave a bad review. As a small business owner I know Yelp is super "woke" and loves to perpetuate minorities as victims under the guise of social justice so hopefully Yelp will certify this 5 star review for Walt's even though it goes against Yelps marxist agenda... Ron is an old school hard headed trump supporting owner. It take a few time to get use to the hard exterior but he's a good guy, charges a fair price for the RV services and will try to fit you in when he can to get your RV fix promptly. This place has so much stuff. If you can't find it, you can find the pieces and make it. So many random pieces. If you are a DIY'er, this must be your heaven. I personally enjoy searching for stuff, but it can be very overwhelming. Don't bother asking if they have something. They guy said no and my friend found 2 of the things he needed. Brought our trailer in for repairs and when we went to pick it up the owner hit our trailer with his forklift, he refused to fix the crack in the fiberglass and told us he would no longer do business with us! Are you kidding me! I'm going to have to file a claim with my insurance carrier to have it repaired! This guy is a crook! Beware!! Update on this guy....getting the trailer repaired finally after fighting with the insurance company! Camping world just called to let us know there was dry rot on the cab...this is what we paid him to fix!!!! He just covered it up with a new cap and never fixed what he was paid to do originally!!!! read more

This place is one of a kind. They are knowledgable, patient, kind, caring, generous and an overall spectacular group of staff. We went there last time after thinking it closed at 5, we arrived at 4:45 and we stayed till about 5:30. They closed at 4.... They were patient and helped us with everything we needed. We came today with our dog again, and they fed him treats and pet him kindly. We got there at 4:30 and couldn't find a remaining part so all of the staff went looking for it for us. They even went in the back of the yard and found it for us. We got out at 5:45 when they close at 5. Very kind, would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Definitely worth the drive! read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I came to find a replacement faucet for my trailer. I was wearing a mask for my and my family's health and out of respect for others. The owner, Ron, told me I didn't need to wear one and I politely said thank you but it was my choice to wear one. He asked me if I was sick and telling me I was worse off by wearing a mask. I told him I respected his view and disagreed. He became irate and stared yelling about how only 111 people have died of COVID-19 and everything is made up by the Democrats to hurt Trump. His employee, Regina, who was trying to help me with my purchase, tried to get him to calm down and he started getting more upset. She apologized to me as he walked away and he went berserk, throwing F bombs, screaming, pointing his finger, spouting conspiracy theories, and telling Regina she was about to "clock out" soon if she didn't stop talking about him to me. I was appalled the owner of a store would challenge a customer about his health, choice to protect himself, yell at him, yell at his employee, and act in such an unprofessional manner. Tried to support a local small business today. Instead, upon walking into the store the owner told me I didn't need to wear a mask and when I politely stated it was my personal choice, and after he quizzed me on whether I was sick, and I told him I can run ten miles in the heat with my mask, and told him politely I disagreed with his opinion that my mask was bad for me, he went into a profanity-laced red-faced tirade at me and his employee about how COVID-19 has only killed 111 people and is made up by Democrats to hurt Trump. After he walked away, he came back and started yelling again, F bombs galore, with other customers around. His store didn't have the parts I needed, anyway, and I pray that his employee will find another place to work, free of an abusive boss. President, Ronald Hanstad, charged $3,147.00 for repair of my RV. After providing payment, I assessed the RV only to find out that the repairs I paid for were not done. During the extended time, 4 months, Ron charged me for RV storage. When the substandard repairs were complete, Ron magically lost my only set of keys and refused to re-key the vehicle. He continued to insist I pay for storage when I could not use the vehicle or move it. I am now waiting for the police to file a report, and will follow up with a law suit. Ron rents RV's, and owes me a compensation for failure to make the repairs as promised, and what I could have rented the vehicle for over these last two months. Please consider taking your vehicle to a reputable RV repair shop and dealer. read more

Went there for service on my fifth wheel landing gear . It worked when I hooked up there but when I got home it didn't. I was not impressed with the shop there was parts of everything everywhere.If you know what you want and have time going threw all the stuff it may be good. I brought my class C motorhome to Walts RV to have the slide resealed. After about a week I went back and spoke to the owner. The owner said it will be completed soon and then went on a racist rant about Michelle Obama being a nigger transvestite. Now, I absolutely don't like Michelle Obama but using the N-word, especially to customers, is way too far out of line. When I received my motorhome and got home I checked out the repair and noticed there was leveling compound all over my Rv slide. I brought my RV back to Walts rv and he agreed to fix their mistake. After two weeks of waiting, my RV was finally finished. When I started my RV I noticed my catalytic converter was missing. Someone cut my catalytic converter out of my RV when it was being repaired and stored in the repair shops yard, under their control. The owner seemed to not care and told me there's nothing he can do And will not repair it at his cost because it's too expensive . It cost me $3500 to replace my catalytic converter because it's a ford V10 and very expensive. A positive is that I do like his Trump flag. read more

Place is a rip off , beware when buying no returns or exchanges only store credit and even then you still can't find items that are in good condition . Place is mostly a junk yard most items are damage condition . You have to source out yourself as if you're in a pick a part ! Prices are close to new items . I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. This place is a disorganized mess! The guy at the front counter (presumably the owner) is not wearing a mask. We entered the store wearing masks for our safety and for the safety of others. When he saw we were wearing masks he told us that we didn't need to wear masks. We politely told him we would decline his invitation to remove them and that we choose to continue to wear the masks. As we walked through the disorganized aisles, he was spouting off crazy rhetoric about how great Trump was as President and how ugly Hispanic children are being used as sex slaves. I actually found something I wanted to buy, but couldn't bring myself to spend money in an establishment that stands for crazy conspiracy theories that put us all in danger. We just drove all the way out here from Orange County because the website said Walt's is open until 4 on Saturday. It's 2pm and they just closed as we were pulling up. We asked some customers who were exiting why Walt's closed early and they all shrugged and said "He's just like that". It seems that Walt's inventory of RV parts was purchased and moved to a new location in Corona - the address above is correct - and under a new name: Stardeck. This is the place to go for hard to find RV parts. We were looking for a very scarce trim piece for our 2007 motorhome, and had zero success finding it online, at Camping World, or at RV dealerships because our RV's manufacturer had gone out of business. We were referred to Walt's by the helpful folks at RV Spa in Upland, and sure enough, this is where we finally found the part! Price was totally reasonable too.
